Democrats Lose Another Talking Point As Egg Prices Drop Sharply For The Third Straight Week

After essentially ignoring runaway inflation for the majority of Joe Biden’s term in office, leftists rushed to blame President Donald Trump for high prices within the first few days of his second term.

One of the easiest targets was the price of eggs, which remained high due to a variety of factors outside of the current president’s control.

But after nearly two months, Trump’s economic policies are clearly beginning to take hold — and the evidence is already showing in the cost of a dozen eggs.

As even NPR admitted:

The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported Friday that the national average wholesale price of eggs has been steadily declining since late February. In other words, the cost that distributors are charging retailers is going down.

According to the latest USDA report, the average wholesale cost of large white eggs was $4.15 per dozen — about half of what it was just a few weeks ago.

The drop in wholesale prices is thanks to the absence of major bird flu outbreaks so far in March, which has allowed the nation’s egg supply to start recovering. That’s a positive sign, economists told NPR, but how soon prices might change at the grocery store will depend on a few key factors.

4 Death Row Inmates to Be Executed This Week

46-year-old man convicted of rape and murder is to be put to death by nitrogen gas in the southern state of Louisiana on Tuesday, the first of four executions scheduled this week in the United States.

Jessie Hoffman, who was sentenced to death for the 1996 murder of Molly Elliott, a 28-year-old advertising executive, will be the first person executed in Louisiana in 15 years.

A district court judge last week stayed Hoffman's execution on the grounds that the use of nitrogen gas may amount to cruel and unusual punishment, which is banned under the U.S. Constitution.

But the stay was lifted by the conservative-dominated U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, allowing the execution to proceed.

Only one other U.S. state, Alabama, has carried out executions by nitrogen hypoxia, which involves pumping nitrogen gas into a facemask, causing the prisoner to suffocate.

The method has been denounced by UN experts as cruel and inhumane.

Elon Musk reveals DOGE has found 14 'magic money computers' that create cash 'out of thin air'

Elon Musk said that one of the wilder discoveries his Department of Government Efficiency has made is 14 'magic money computers' that can send payments from thin air.

Musk's DOGE has already slashed staffing at several federal agencies, cut federal spending and in an unprecedented move emailed federal employees asking 'what they got done last week'.

Ted Cruz hosted the 'First Buddy' and richest man on earth on his Verdict podcast Monday and Musk did not disappoint in taking listeners inside DOGE and brought up one shocking discovery after gaining access to the Treasury Department.

'One of the things you told me about is what you called magic money computers,' Cruz said.

'You may think that government computers all talk to each other, they all synchronize, they add up what funds are going somewhere and its coherent and that the numbers you're presented as a Senator are actually the real numbers. They're not,' he said.

Musk said the numbers could be off by anywhere from five to percent.

'Any computer which can just make money out of thin air, that's magic money,' Musk explained.

Cruz asked: 'How does that work?'

Musk responded: 'It just issues payments!'

The Texas Senator then said Musk claimed that the computers at the US Treasury Department were sending out 'trillions in payments.'

'They're mostly at the Treasury, some are at HHS, one or two at State, there's some at DOD, I think we've found 14 magic money computers,' Musk explained.

He added: 'They just send money out of nothing,' alleging that they fabricate payments and send them worldwide.
