i love you too
i learnt so much from Trump
thank you
smart anons, please, i have a question for you:
a family has been using a plot next door to them which belongs to the the municipality for 10 years and they grow plants etc for themselves and invested some money.
now a new neighbor buys a house and asks the municipality if he can buy this community plot, so he can use it for himself, and of course the other family got angry…
what is the right thing to do..?
(for the record, both are my neighbors and i want to help them to not hate eachother but have a peaceful negotiation and hopefully a win win…. btw. the mayor is retared and corrupt :(
wow, i thought the same first, but in my eyes the 2nd family is correct, because they asked for a price in the first place whereas the 1st family just somehow occupied it (they are good people for the record) and the municipality allowed it
should the municipality automatically give the 1st family the right to buy it instead selling it to the 2nd family?
i don't know
i think the municipality just wants to play the game of the highest bidder… but:
the 1st family just used this plot 10 years for free whereas the 2nd immediately asked for a price which includes paying taxes, so super correct.
if i were Trump, i would say to the 1st family "Nigga, you had 10 years to buy this plot and make it your own, you didn't. I'm paying right now, so it's mine now"
anybody with me?
again, i like both my neighbors,
i just wish they get along which eachother because prolly i will be the one suffering because i am in the middle, omg..
it's a fucked up Balkan country, kek
