In FL, we are currently being scammed with "Toll By Plate" messages for an outstanding payment due (when none occurred). No invoice number, no pic of the license plate that was the offender, nothing to actually report on to the State.
Many are getting 2-3 of these a week.
Scam billing needs to be legally addressed.
