Toledo Cops have oncoming lane blocked, motorcycle slowly goes down side not blocked and cop gets pissed. Cop puts him in cuffs for not answering questions, then cop moves the cones and lies to supervisor saying he went through the block to justify the unlawful stop/detainment. All on camera. 100% unlawful detainment and the cops literally conspired against him to deprive his rights. Do they care? Nope.
They are domestic terrorists and it's time they're treated like it.
