his very public presence itself should open the eyes of the every caring American on both sides of the aisle.

 

elected and appointed self-serving billionaires and multimillionaires exist at the state and national level throughout the country.

 

the level of denial is incredible. "as long as the rich guy says something i agree with i'm sure he'll fix my problems"

even if it's a convoluted path, it's still effed up that his dad had kids with his step-sister.

 

he's an uncle/step-uncle to his half-brother. no matter how you slice that, the family dynamics are awkward and it skews how they must function in general. values/ethics are affected.

 

add on top of that the incredible boost to the ego that "wealthiest in the world" adds.

 

as far as he's concerned he's right. it's got to be difficult to be objective or think critically in that position.

the government needs to be more transparent - no more secret slush funds or tricky behind the back pass-back-funding.

 

and there's a reckoning on the horizon. cash in the bank isn't worth losing virtuous lives who just weren't born in the right place.
