As far as pizzagate goes, i believe that horrible things are happening and possibly the shoes but red shoes have meaning in some circles and the Ruby slippers in wizard of oz. As far as being from the skin of victims, i dont know. That would need to be proven. And for a while they pushed it as a fashion trend on television.
