Look up tenderizing deer meat/beef with baking soda. Two Tbsp. baking soda and Two cups of water for an hour in the fridge will change your deer eating world……No Bullshit. That's what the Chinese joints do to beef with broccoli. Rinse in clean water and fridge till needed. Tender deer is possible. We got an old 8pt. this year that we are eating and it is tender when treated this way. Try it on a small piece first….don't take my word….but try it…
