Sean Diddy Combs Slapped With Another Superseding Indictment as Four Alleged Victims Are To Testify at His May 5th Trial
Federal prosecutors on Friday added two charges to Sean “Diddy” Combs ' indictment and said they expect four accusers to testify against him, expanding on allegations that the jailed hip-hop mogul engaged in sex trafficking with multiple women and as recently as last year.
A superseding indictment accuses Combs of using force, fraud or coercion to compel a woman to engage in commercial sex acts from at least 2021 to 2024.
The indictment, returned by a federal grand jury in Manhattan, also alleges that Combs was involved in transporting the woman — identified only as “Victim-2” — and other people, including commercial sex workers, to engage in prostitution during the same period.
The new charges are in addition to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges filed against Combs when he was arrested in September. They increase the total number of charges against him from three to five.
In a court filing, federal prosecutors said the racketeering conspiracy charge involves allegations that Combs sex-trafficked three victims and forced a fourth, one of his employees, into sexual activity with him.
Combs, 55, denies committing any crimes. He is scheduled to stand trial May 5 and remains locked up without bail at a federal jail in Brooklyn.
“These are not new allegations or new accusers. These are the same individuals, former long-term girlfriends, who were involved in consensual relationships,” Combs' legal team said in a statement. "This was their private sex life, defined by consent, not coercion.”
Friday’s superseding indictment is the third filed against Combs.
In the first, in January, federal prosecutors disclosed that their case involved at least three women whom they said Combs forced to engage in commercial sex acts. They also alleged Combs showed a firearm to a female victim during a kidnapping and once dangled a woman over an apartment balcony.
Combs' January indictment didn't include additional charges but modified some details of the existing ones, including adding four years to the alleged racketeering conspiracy. Prosecutors now say it started in 2004, not 2008 as the original indictment had alleged. A superseding indictment in March contained minimal changes.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to the first set of charges, which allege that he coerced and abused women for years with help from a network of associates and employees while silencing victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.
His arraignment on the new charges has not been scheduled. Prosecutors asked Friday that it be held at his final pretrial conference on April 25.
In their filing Friday, prosecutors said three of the four accusers who are expected to testify have asked that their identities not be revealed to the press or the public and that they instead be referred to by at trial using only pseudonyms.

Alabama school lunch lady, 41, 'took boy home and had sex with him'
An Alabama lunch lady was arrested this week after allegedly confessing to having sex with a student.
Amy Nicole Wigginton, 41, reportedly admitted to having sex with the boy on at least two separate occasions at her home in March 2025.
A lunch lady in the Lauderdale County School system in Lauderdale, Alabama, Wigginton often shared images to social media with her husband and children.
Wigginton was arrested last week after officers confronted her over the allegations.
She was interviewed by police, and after making her confession she was charged with two counts of a school employee engaging in a sex act or deviant sexual intercourse with a student.
It is unclear how old the student was, with a court document obtained by WAFF48 noting that they were 'enrolled in (her) school' and is 'under the age of 19.'
The age of consent in Alabama is 16 years old.
But sex abuse charges can be filed in cases involving victims aged up to 18 if the suspect is an adult whose job it is to care for them.
Wigginton was booked into the Lauderdale County Jail and is being held on a $100,000 bond.

Police officer who tried to meet boy, 14, while carrying 'limb restraints and bondage equipment' in Aldi bag is jailed
A police officer who tried to meet a teenager while carrying 'sex toys, condoms, limb restraints and bondage equipment' in an Aldi 'bag for life' has been jailed for 32 months.
Inspector Thomas Kettleborough, 35, had sexually explicit conversations with what he thought was a 14-year-old boy he had met on Grindr and arranged to meet him in a car park in Bristol on July 14, 2023.
The Avon and Somerset officer was caught in a sting operation by the South West Regional Organised Crime Unit when he went to meet the child, Exeter Crown Court heard.
Nicholas Lewin, prosecuting, said Kettleborough used a false name, calling himself Liam on Grindr and Snapchat, and claimed to be 28.
Mr Lewin said: 'Police officers attended on Mr Kettleborough and arrested him in relation to the conversation.
'During search of his vehicle, a yellow Aldi bag for life was located inside the boot containing an assortment of sex toys, condoms and bondage equipment, including a pair of limb restraints.'
After Kettleborough was arrested, police found he was in possession of more than 150 indecent images of children on his phone and computer.
In a statement prepared for the sentencing hearing, the mother of a victim said: 'I now live every day in fear for my children's safety and the guilt I feel as a parent that I couldn't protect my child has eaten away at me.

Negotiations between the U.S. and Russia about the war in Ukraine seem to be losing steam.
Russia has long insisted on a solution of the conflict which removes the root causes of it. It can not allow for Ukraine to become a NATO battering ram at its doorstep. It can not allow a fascist government in Ukraine.
Any solution to the conflict must resolve (at least) those two issues.
The Trump administration wants the Ukraine problem out of its way. It wants to implement a ceasefire to be able to turn away and ignore the festering problem.

On Tuesday, Moscow reinforced its hard-line, maximalist demands when Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov complained that Russia’s demand “to solve the problems related to the root causes of the conflict” was being ignored by the U.S., and “we cannot accept all of this as it is.”
As the U.S. overstates its progress in talks, Moscow seems concerned that Trump’s negotiators do not understand how serious it is about these demands, according to [Thomas Graham, senior director for Russia at the National Security Council under the George W. Bush administration and now a fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations].
“The question is whether the administration has the patience to continue those negotiations and whether they can conduct the negotiations in ways that can extract concessions from the Russian side,” he said.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has condemned US President Donald Trump’s new slate of tariffs, declaring that Ottawa stands ready to become the global economic leader in place of Washington.
He delivered the remarks on Thursday as he unveiled retaliatory measures for Trump’s claimed “reciprocal” tariffs, which include an additional 25% automobile industry tariff on Canada. Ottawa has responded by tariffing all cars and vehicle content imported from the US that is not compliant with USMCA, a cornerstone free trade pact between the US, Canada, and Mexico.
The sweeping new wave of tariffs ranging from 10% to 49%, affecting most countries in the world, was rolled out by Trump on Wednesday on what he called “liberation day” in an effort to rectify America’s import-export imbalance. Carney said the move was bound to “rupture the global economy,” which has already become “fundamentally different today than it was yesterday.”
“The system of global trade anchored on the US [is one] that Canada has relied on since the end of the Second World War. A system that, while not perfect, has helped to deliver prosperity for our country for decades is over. Our old relationship of steadily deepening integration with the US is over,” the prime minister announced.
Carney described the development as a “tragedy” that has become “the new reality,” but claimed that Ottawa was ready to take “global economic leadership” instead of Washington.
“Canada must be looking elsewhere to expand our trade, to build our economy, and to protect our sovereignty. Canada is ready to take a leadership role in building a coalition of like-minded countries who share our values,” he said. “And if the United States no longer wants to lead, Canada will.”
Canada has become one of the prime targets for Trump’s attacks on the global trade status quo, with the US president alleging that Washington has been “subsidizing” Ottawa in the amount of about $200 billion a year. The best way to resolve their economic disagreements would be for Canada would be becoming the “cherished” 51st state of the US, he has suggested on multiple occasions.
While Canadian leaders have firmly rejected the annexation idea, opinion polls have indicated it is also extremely unpopular among the public as well. A recent YouGov poll suggested that up to 77% of Canadians firmly oppose it, with only around 15% in favor of a merger with the US.

Air Force Backtracks on Banning Personal Pronouns from Email Signatures
The Air Force says it's again allowing airmen and civilian employees to put their preferred personal pronouns in their email signatures and correspondence, backtracking on a Trump administration restriction after recognizing that a law exists protecting the practice.
The Department of the Air Force, which includes the Space Force, announced Thursday it was scrapping the prohibition on pronouns as part of updated guidance on one of President Donald Trump's executive orders titled "Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government" that aimed to deny legal recognition of nonbinary and transgender people.
The news release said the "directive to cease the use of 'preferred pronouns' (he/him, she/her, or they/them) to identify one's gender identity in professional communications (email signature blocks, memoranda, letters, papers, social media, official websites and any [Department of the Air Force] official correspondence) is rescinded."

The Navy has relieved the commanding officer of its Colorado-based Information Operations Command, according to a statement released Thursday.
Cmdr. Christopher Johnson was relieved from leadership of NIOC, a subordinate command of Naval Information Operations Command Pacific headquartered at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, by Capt. Chelsey Zwicker, the commodore of the Hawaii headquarters.
Johnson is the third commander of a Navy information warfare command to be removed by the service in the last six months, though the previous two commanders ran schoolhouses while this was an operational command.

But now, and almost under the radar, it is also spreading within Israel itself, rebranded as "MMC" and marketed as a 'party drug', often without users realizing what they are taking.
Captagon, which produces psychedelic effects similar to other dangerous synthetic drugs, is typically smuggled from Muslim countries. It seeps into the streets and slowly takes a toll on users, especially given its potential for extreme side effects. "This drug itself isn't new", explains a security expert familiar with the issue. "Its chemical name is fenethylline. 'Captagon' is just one of its commercial names. It was originally developed in the early 1960s as a medication for children with attention disorders. It reduces fatigue and suppresses appetite, boosts self-confidence, and generally enhances performance, to the point that in the 1990s, some Olympic athletes used it illegally to improve their athletic abilities."
By the mid-1980s, the drug’s high addiction potential became evident, leading to its ban. "It turned out to be highly addictive, even compared to other well-known drugs", the expert says. "Once it was outlawed, it started flooding the streets illegally and became known as ‘poor man’s cocaine'. It’s a synthetic stimulant that costs much less than cocaine - less than half the price - because it is made in substandard, unregulated labs. That, combined with aggressive marketing, makes it so widespread."

Dr. Uriel Bertler, Israel police chief inspector and an expert at Israel’s National Narcotics Laboratory, warns that Captagon produced on the black market is counterfeit and differs significantly from the original medication that was sold before its ban, making it highly dangerous. "Its active ingredient is amphetamine, a powerful stimulant classified as a controlled substance", Bertler explains. "We seize tens of thousands of tablets every year."
What distinguishes Captagon from other amphetamine-based drugs, according to Bertler, is its signature marking - a pill engraved with two half-moons on one side and a single score line on the other.
In recent years, the main hubs of Captagon production have been Syria and Lebanon. Under the Assad regime, Syria became a Captagon powerhouse, generating at least $5 billion annually under the leadership of the dictator’s brother, Maher Assad, who commanded the Syrian military’s Fourth Armored Division.
