The best you get in cereal is 3 grams at the most, whole milk 8g. Cereal should have 16-17 grams. 11 grams vs 25 grams is a big difference. Most eggs have 2 grams but should be 4 grams. Most people cannot afford to eat the breakfast that you do. 3 eggs last me 3 days, 1/2 slice of cheese, 1 slice of turkey bacon. Eggs here are still around $10 for a good quality egg.
