Progress merely for progress’ sake is what has gotten us into the mess our country is in. If old ways are working fine, they aren’t broken. And if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Have a justification for changes with good sauce why they are needed, and a consensus from the board. We don’t have an ‘improvement officer’.
