Cop FURIOUS When Told He’s Asking Too Many Questions! Threatens arrest for simply verbally opposing him claiming it's obstruction.

In 1987, in their 8-1 majority opinion the Supreme Court said the "freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.” when they invalidated as unconstitutional an ordinance that read "“It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, strike or in any manner oppose, molest, abuse or interrupt any policeman in the execution of his duty, or any person summoned to aid in making an arrest.”

Seems pretty clear doesn't it? Our free speech CAN NOT be considered obstruction/interference, and we can not lawfully be arrested for it. So WHY are cops all over the country threatening to arrest AND arresting people for free protected speech claiming it's interference/obstruction?
