There is no biblical evidence. Anything contrary is heretical. God predates the concept of marriage and for that matter animal life. Marriage exists for the physical form, as pointed out by Jesus, that after death someone who was remarried would not have a conflict from a previous marriage.
Jesus is called the lamb of God because a traditional sin offering would include a lamb. Also note there were requirements that the sacrificed be without any marks and virginal, which refers to Jesus not having any sin and not having a wife, despite what gnostic gibberish might say.
No God doesn't have a wife unless he decides to marry next time he comes back as Jesus. Also of note, God pretty much follows his own rules, so the level of sacrifice needed to match the level of sin forgiven. Considering the amount of sin mankind would be generating by the 21st century, you would have to otherwise extinct all qualified sacrificial animals many times over. So Jesus came to earth to be sacrificed, to pay for all future sin, and he knew it ahead of time, and he resisted attempts by his followers to stop it, because he knew his death was only temporary and even explained this to his followers, and he already had returned to heaven recently so it isn't like it was a mystery or anything.
All catholics aren't even christian if they haven't accepted Christ's gift of salvation. This is true specifically because of those families who make their kids come to church but don't raise them properly so the just drop out or people who start but drop out, or from countries who required you to belong to that denomination in the past .
