You really only need a handful of informed and courageous billionaires. They're they ones that pay most of the tax. That's where the leverage is. Get them to stop funding the politicians, and the politicians will change the law ASAP. That can happen IF AND ONLY IF you first stop the internal government gift. High tax rates pay for themeselves for the donor class. If that stops, the incentive to pay tax, aka fund politicians that won't lower tax rates, doesn't go away.
