It's not the Constitution but the SCOTUS rulings which name all persons in USA protected by the 4th Amendment.

Constitution refers to citizens only

Edgar Miles Bronfman Jr., born May 16, 1955, in New York City, is an American businessman, filmmaker, theater producer, and media executive. He is the son of Edgar Miles Bronfman Sr., former CEO of Seagram, and Ann Loeb, and grandson of Samuel Bronfman, who founded the Seagram Company, a major distilling empire. The Bronfman family, of Russian-Jewish and Romanian-Jewish descent, is one of Canada’s wealthiest and most influential Jewish families, amassing their fortune through Seagram’s liquor business during Prohibition and beyond.

Bronfman Jr. initially pursued a career in entertainment, driven by a passion for the arts rather than business. He did not attend college, instead focusing on music and film production. In 1972, at age 17, he produced the film The Blockhouse, and in 1977, his production company, Efer Productions, signed a three-year deal with Universal Studios. He produced The Border (1982), starring Jack Nicholson, which was a commercial flop. As a songwriter, under pseudonyms Junior Miles and Sam Roman, he wrote songs recorded by Dionne Warwick ("Whisper in the Dark") and Céline Dion ("To Love You More"). His early entertainment ventures were supported by his family’s wealth, including his father’s connections at MGM.

In 1982, at his father’s urging, Bronfman joined Seagram, starting with a three-month training period before becoming managing director of Seagram Europe in London. By 1984, he was president of Seagram’s U.S. marketing division, and in 1994, he became CEO. As CEO, he shifted Seagram’s focus from liquor to entertainment, a move that proved controversial. He orchestrated the sale of Seagram’s 25% stake in DuPont, which accounted for 70% of the company’s earnings, for $9 billion. With these funds, he acquired PolyGram, MCA, and Universal Pictures, aiming to build a media empire. However, these ventures struggled, and in 2000, Bronfman led Seagram into a $34 billion all-stock merger with Vivendi, forming Vivendi Universal. The merger was disastrous; Seagram lost control of its entertainment assets, its liquor division was sold to Pernod Ricard and Diageo, and Vivendi’s stock plummeted. Bronfman stepped down as Vivendi Universal’s executive vice-chairman in 2001, remaining vice-chairman of the board. In 2011, a Paris court convicted him of insider trading related to Vivendi, issuing a 15-month suspended sentence and a €5 million fine.

From 2004 to 2011, Bronfman served as CEO of Warner Music Group (WMG), navigating the music industry through digital disruption. He oversaw strategic acquisitions, improved artist relations, and diversified revenue streams, leading WMG to increased market share despite industry challenges. In 2011, WMG was sold to Access Industries, and Bronfman became chairman until 2012. He is currently a managing partner at Accretive LLC, a private equity firm, and chairman of FuboTV and Endeavor, a nonprofit supporting entrepreneurs. In 2017, he co-founded Waverley Capital, focusing on technology and entertainment investments.

Bronfman has been married twice. In 1979, he married actress Sherry Brewer, against his father’s wishes due to racial differences, and they had three children: Benjamin (b. 1982), Vanessa, and Hannah (b. 1987). They divorced in 1991. In 1993, he married Clarissa Alcock San Román, with whom he has three children: Aaron, Bettina, and Erik. He is the half-brother of Clare Bronfman, convicted in the NXIVM sex-trafficking case. A philanthropist, Bronfman is active in Jewish community initiatives and chairs Endeavor’s board. His business decisions, particularly at Seagram, have been criticized for diminishing the family fortune, but his leadership at WMG and ongoing ventures reflect a complex legacy in media and philanthropy.
