not everyone can be matched for fecal transplants and sometimes there is psychosis if you are mismatched.

it's important to understand though that if you get in the sun and increase your serum vitamin d levels, they proved that increases the diversity of the microbiome within the gut. so yes fecal transplants help but ultimately, that's not where you want to be long term.
