Big case today in the United States Supreme Court. Birthright Citizenship was not meant for people taking vacations to become permanent Citizens of the United States of America, and bringing their families with them, all the time laughing at the “SUCKERS” that we are! The United States of America is the only Country in the World that does this, for what reason, nobody knows — But the drug cartels love it! We are, for the sake of being politically correct, a STUPID Country but, in actuality, this is the exact opposite of being politically correct, and it is yet another point that leads to the dysfunction of America. Birthright Citizenship is about the babies of slaves. As conclusive proof, the Civil War ended in 1865, the Bill went to Congress less than a year later, in 1866, and was passed shortly after that. It had nothing to do with Illegal Immigration for people wanting to SCAM our Country, from all parts of the World, which they have done for many years. It had to do with Civil War results, and the babies of slaves who our politicians felt, correctly, needed protection. Please explain this to the Supreme Court of the United States. Again, remember, the Civil War ended in 1865, and the Bill goes to Congress in 1866 — We didn’t have people pouring into our Country from all over South America, and the rest of the World. It wasn’t even a subject. What we had were the BABIES OF SLAVES. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Good luck with this very important case. GOD BLESS THE U.S.A.!

Gabbard fires 'deep state' heads of National Intelligence Council to root out 'politicization of intel'

Senior intelligence officials told Fox News Digital DNI Gabbard is moving the National Intelligence Council to ODNI

DNI Tulsi Gabbard refers alleged intel leakers for prosecution: 'Need to be held accountable'

DNI Tulsi Gabbard joins 'Fox & Friends' to discuss the effort to shut down intelligence leaks, how she has taken action against those leakers and the use of Signal for government officials to communicate.

EXCLUSIVE: Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has fired the top officials leading the National Intelligence Council – whom whistleblowers describe as "radically opposed to Trump"— and has moved the agency to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, or ODNI, to ensure she can block any "politicization of intelligence," Fox News Digital has learned.

Gabbard fired Mike Collins, who was serving as the acting chair of the National Intelligence Council, and his deputy, Maria Langan-Riekhof,Tuesday, senior intelligence officials told Fox News Digital.

DNI GABBARD REFERS INTEL OFFICIALS TO DOJ FOR PROSECUTION OVER ALLEGED LEAKS OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION

Fox News Digital reached out Langan-Riekhof for comment and did not immediately hear back, and couldn't immediately find contact information for Collins.

Collins also has whistleblower complaints against him for political bias and "deliberately undermining the incoming Trump administration," officials said.

They added that Collins was closely associated with Michael Morrell, the former deputy director of the CIA who worked to write a public letter in 2020 claiming that Hunter Biden's laptop had "all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation," and to get signatures from top ex-intelligence officials.

As forLangan-Reikhof, officials said she has been a "key advocate" for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and is someone who whistleblowers allege is "radically opposed to Trump."

Meanwhile, Gabbard is moving the National Intelligence Council from the CIA to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to "directly hold accountable any improper action and politicization of intelligence," Fox News Digital has learned.

Many intel community leakers are "career bureaucrats that are entrenched in Washington politics," officials said.

"It takes time to weed them out and fire them," one official told Fox News Digital, adding that "plans to eliminate non-essential offices within ODNI that we know are housing deep state leakers are underway."

A CIA official told Fox News Digital Tuesday that the National Intelligence Council "has always been a DNI component. It makes sense for them to be physically located at DNI."

GABBARD ESTABLISHES NEW INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY TASK FORCE TO RESTORE TRANSPARENCY

The moves come as Gabbard has taken steps to root out leakers and alleged "deep state holdovers" who officials say are politicizing intelligence analysis and "trying to sabotage President Trump’s agenda."

So far, Gabbard has referred three intelligence community professionals to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution over alleged leaks of classified information. Fox News Digital first reported on those criminal referrals in April.

An ODNI official at that time told Fox News Digital that the intelligence community professionals allegedly leaked classified information to the Washington Post and The New York Times.

Politicization of our intelligence and leaking classified information puts our nation’s security at risk and must end," Gabbard told Fox News Digital in April. "Those who leak classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."

A senior intelligence official told Fox News Digital Tuesday that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence is investigating 12 other intelligence officials over alleged leaks of classified information.

For example, officials told Fox News Digital that ODNI fired two bureaucrats in early May who they say leaked information from an assessment about the violent Tren de Aragua gang to the Times. Officials said those bureaucrats were "CIA detailees" who were fired for "not following proper procedures."

In April, Gabbard established a task force to restore transparency and accountability in the intelligence community. Fox News Digital first reported on the Director’s Initiative Group (DIG), which started by investigating weaponization within the intelligence community.

Officials said the group will also work to root out politicization and expose unauthorized disclosures of classified intelligence. In addition, it will work to declassify information "that serves a public interest."

Gabbard also has held to account employees who participated in sexually explicit National Security Agency chatrooms, and is pursuing action against those who have made unauthorized leaks of classified information within the intelligence community.

All the while, officials have complained about the hold up in confirming intelligence nominees, which they say are "essential" to enacting the Trump agenda.

Currently, ODNI is without its nominees for principal deputy director of national intelligence; National Counterterrorism Center; National Counterintelligence and Security Center; intelligence inspector general; and general counsel; among others.

Episode Notes

This week, Andrew was joined in the studio by Michael Collins, the current acting chair of the National Intelligence Council. The NIC is an incredibly important, yet often overlooked, constituent of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence – Among many other roles and responsibilities, the NIC leads the production of the Annual Threat Assessment and Global Trend publications.

With decades of experience in the Intelligence Community as an analyst and seasoned leader in the field, Michael Collins is perhaps the perfect person to help our listeners better understand the NIC and the critical bridge it builds between agencies, the intelligence they collect, and policymakers. Tune in to learn more!

And…

This year, the National Intelligence Council is celebrating its 45th anniversary. 1979 was quite a historic year for intelligence and global relations – In addition to the NIC’s founding, the US and China established full diplomatic relations, the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan, and the Iranian Hostage Crisis began in Tehran.

Irish revolutionary leading figure Michael Collins.

Washington DC stalwart Samantha Power’s grand-daddy, John Duffy, was also a double-agent for Irish revolutionary leading figure Michael Collins.

Samantha Power is one of stalwarts of the Washington political establishment. She has degrees from Yale and Harvard. She has worked as a journalist. She won a Pulitzer Prize in 2003 for her book A Problem from Hell: America and the Age of Genocide. She was a key member of Barack Obama’s election team and went on to sit on the National Security Council and in 2013 became the United States Ambassador to the United Nations. She would be on the shortlist as a future Secretary of State in a Democratic administration.

Not bad for a girl from Dublin.

Power was born there in 1970 and at age nine immigrated to the United States. The Irish always have some skeletons in their closets. Sometimes the bones bring good news. The ambassador was shocked at what tales her skeletons had to tell.

Recently, on RTE’s Who Do You Think You Are? Power learned that she had a unique connection to revolutionary Michael Collins through her maternal great-grandfather, John Duffy. She learned on the TV show that her great-grandfather, a Royal Irish Constabulary [RIC] man in Athlone, County Westmeath, was secretly active in the Republican movement from early 1917, took orders from Collins, and even helped save him once from a British assassination attempt.

What Power didn’t know was contained in Duffy’s Witness Statement at the Bureau of Military History [read it here]. The statement only runs 26 pages long, but it has several interesting interactions between the young Collins and Duffy.

‘Think Like a Wall Street Analyst’

One of the first major decisions by William J. Burns, the C.I.A. director, was to create the China Mission Center. The idea was to ensure that stations all over the world, not just in Asia, focused on collecting intelligence on China.

Mr. Burns took the step aftera strategic review that was led by Michael Collins, a career intelligence officer. Under Mr. Burns, Mr. Collins was appointed director of strategy, with a mandate to help improve the agency’s work on China.

The China challenge requires the United States“to be smart on critical domains like biotechnologyand semiconductors,” said Mr. Collins, who now leads the National Intelligence Council, a coordinating body across spy agencies. “We have to be better.’’

To get a sharper understanding of which technologies China is targeting, the C.I.A. has begun asking American executives and scholars for insights about what Chinese companies are trying to develop. American universities and companies, often approached by Chinese investors and researchers, have knowledge of the specific technologies, U.S. officials said.

But officials said it was important to bring in people with deeper knowledge of China’s commercial and technological ambitions. For now the spy agencies are struggling to get information to policymakers as quickly as they want it.

Last year, a Canadian firm, TechInsights, revealed that China’s leading chip maker, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, had developed a seven-nanometer chip. The U.S. government was unaware of the advance and was surprised that the Chinese firm had made the leap so quickly, said Jimmy Goodrich, an expert on Chinese technology who advises the RAND Corporation.
