There are five federal bills that would force 5G on every community in the entire country bypassing all local government laws.

At this point all else does not matter. According to Dr. Martin Pall if 5G is deployed the developed world will become "extinct" because reproduction could be at zero in less than five years. We are already at 1/25 male children becoming autistic.
