i've seen this decode before, and i don't want to discourage this line of thinking, but it doesn't 'pop' for me.

i'm not disagreeing with you, but i may or may not have ties to the wireless industry, and i'd really love to know what the heart of the problem is, as activists see it. (check my posts, not a shill, legit input throughout - i just don't know why faster networks are a problem)
