"Freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.โ - US Supreme Court in 1987's City of Houston v Hill.
"One mans vulgarity is another's lyric" - US Supreme Court in 1971's Cohen v California
Cussing is free speech, period. Yet here is a short of a man being arrested for just that, verbally opposing police and swearing. At what point do the people start exercising their right to use force against domestic terrorists violating our rights and kidnapping people for exercising their rights? It's at the point I wont blame anyone for ending them on the spot, especially on their own property.
