Nah. The wallet websites / apps do it too. Had to move my bitcoin from nicehash because they said they're moving to Switzerland. If I wasn't paying attention I woulda lost my coin. I only got $1,000 worth but still. In 10 years it could be worth $10,000 for me to buy a supercomputer with.
It's the same as with inactive bank accounts. In case the person died they can just take your shit.

Lol if Elon's guy got in then NASA would've gave all the contracts to Elon. Elon is a weasel dick. Rocket Labs is a way better company than SpaceX, but SpaceX took a monopoly with all the government contracts.
