Like so many libertarian purists before him, Paul has wandered too far out. He’s no longer swimming with the current; he’s grandstanding on a water ski of smugness, waving his principled flag no one asked for. And it all came to a head when he went on national TV and said, after a foreign flag-waving mob attacked ICE officers in Los Angeles,“We should cut the immigration enforcement funding in Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill in half.”Rand is jumping the shark.

The most serious border security legislation in a generation, and Paul’s hot take is to slash it.All because he’s got a bad case of what we’ll call Libertarian Derangement Syndrome, a close cousin of TDS, butwith more self-righteous monologues and very limited political wins.

To be clear, Rand Paul is not a dumb man.But he’s become a caricature of the hyper-emotional ideological libertarian who cares more about virtue signaling and sounding principled than taking a risk and doing something useful. And like all people afflicted with LDS,he’s becoming more worried about optics than outcomes.

But here’s the moment where the mask comes completely off:Paul only seems to care about reckless spending when it gives him an excuse to grandstand. When it’s time to cut real waste or rein in agencies that are actively undermining Americans, there’s awkward silence. Verified X account calls for criminal sabotage against ICE — panics when all hell breaks loose…

For years, the popular “LA Scanner” account on X presented itself as a simple, neutral feed with just scanner updates, crime alerts, and public safety notices. But now, the left-wing mask has finally slipped.

And what do we see underneath? A raging left-wing activist with Stage 5 TDS, an open hatred for law enforcement, and a not-so-subtle agenda to turn his 40K followers into digital foot soldiers for sabotage against ICE.

In a now-viral post, the account openly encouraged people to commit a federal crime – calling in fake reports to ICE in order to tie up their resources and “make them look like fools.” That’s not free speech. That’s incitement. That’s obstruction. And, as we mentioned, that’s a felony.

And here’s the kicker: the guy knew exactly what he was doing. His snarky “definitely don’t call in fake reports” phrasing was a wink-and-nod to his activist base. The intent was clear—and now that it’s blowing up in his face, he’s panicking.

For those that don’t know, filing false reports to a federal law enforcement agency is illegal under 18 U.S.C. § 1001. It carries up to 5 years in prison or 8 years if it involves terrorism-related targets. And according to Grok and legal analysts, it’s easily traceable thanks to SS7 signaling, ANI data, and VoIP tracing. Translation: You will get caught.

One X user put it bluntly: “Food for thought in case anyone wants to try and commit a felony by filing false reports… ANI makes it easy to trace your line, even if you spoof your Caller ID.”

However, things took a turn for Mr. LA Scanner once the violence escalated in LA and once MAGA accounts started calling for his arrest and removal from X. LA Scanner panicked. He posted a desperate backpedal: “I want to be absolutely clear: I do not support the violence currently happening… If you are rioting, you need to stop… But if you’re peacefully protesting the removal of immigrants… I support your right to do so.”Look:

The sudden backtrack from felonious wink-winks to “safety is the top priority” wasn’t just weak; it was transparent. He knew what he did. He just didn’t think it would come back on him. But it did. Because this is what happens when the left’s emotion-driven activism crosses the line into actual crime. Their fake moral high ground crumbles the second the consequences hit.

Here’s where this all started – because this isn’t just about ICE. It’s about Trump Derangement Syndrome taking over another American who let his rage cloud his judgment. Take a look at this unhinged statement he posted in the wee hours of June 9th.

Clearly, the person running this account has more than scanners on his or her mind. But it gets worse.

While those violent far-left mobs and Mexican nationalist rioters were wreaking havoc in L.A., Mr. LA Scanner decided to up the ante by posting what amounted to a hit list. A list of ICE locations, published in the middle of a live riot. This wasn’t public info sharing. It was tactical incitement.

Peter St. Onge: Over 1,000 rioters are attacking federal agents and Governor Newsom does nothing. LA’s Mayor is actually attacking ICE.

The left desperately wants to pin “chaos” on Trump. But it’s their money — much of it stolen from taxpayers — that’s literally buying the riots.

And it’s not the first time this kind of thing has happened from LA Scanner.We saw it in 2020, when leftist agitators doxxed and targeted police officers’ homes. In 2022, when pro-abortion extremists firebombed pregnancy resource centers. And again in 2023, when Jewish institutions were attacked after similar “lists” were circulated online.

Now here we are in 2025, and the same playbook is being run, right out in the open.

Andy Ngo: .@LAScanner appears to suggest violence by publishing a list of targets while far-left and Mexican nationalist rioters are engaging in a violent insurrection. Similar tactics were used by other leftists to target the homes of individual police officers in 2020, pregnancy resource centers in 2022 and Jewish institutions in 2023.

But why wouldn’t LA Scanner go after ICE? His own governor does it on a regular basis.

President Trump is firing warning shots at Harvard, left and right. Foreign students are a hot topic right now, mainly because so many arrive and instantly enlist in the Left’s progressive army, stirring up chaos and wreaking havoc across the country.

Shark Tank’s Mr. Wonderful recently offered a strong take on the issue, though relying on the CIA to protect America from radical students might be a stretch. Still, vetting them, especially their social media, should be a no-brainer.

I’ve hired former CIA operatives. Real spooks. They can run background checks on anyone, anywhere in the world. You want to know who’s legit and who’s working for a foreign government? They’ll find out. Vet every student. If they’re clean, great. Welcome to America. If not, revoke the visa.

Douglass Mackey, the young husband and father convicted for sharing an anti-Hillary meme, gets it. He knows that if we want to break free from toxic foreign influence, cutting down the number of foreign students is a critical step.

And Steve Bannon brings up another good point. So many of these students are using their visas to enter the US and overstaying, becoming illegal, many with bad intentions.

Zelensky knows he’s losing – US senator

Ukraine cannot win the war against Russia on its own, Tommy Tuberville has said

Ukraine’s VladimirZelensky is well aware that he cannot win the conflict against Russia on his ownand is trying to drag NATO into it, Sen. Tommy Tuberville, a Republican from Alabama, has said. Such developments could plunge the world into a new world war, he warned.

Tuberville made his statements on John Catsimatidis’s radio show “Cats Roundtable” on WABC 770 AM on Sunday. According to the senator, theconflict between Moscow and Kiev is on the verge of spilling over to other nations and potentially involving the American military.

There is “no doubt” Zelensky is trying to lure NATO into the conflict, Tuberville said, adding that the Ukrainian leader understands“he can’t win this war on his own” and “knows he is losing.” The senator also branded Zelenskya “dictator,” who had “created all the problems” and did not want to hold elections in Ukraine.

“He knew if he had an election, he would [have been] voted out,” the senator said. Instead, Zelensky is looking for ways to escalate the conflict, Tuberville believes.

The senator particularly expressed concerns about Ukraine’s recent attack on Russian military airfields. Ukrainian drones struck several Russian airbases in various parts of the country in late May. Ukrainian media claimed the strikes damaged or destroyed approximately 40 Russian military aircraft. Moscow stated that no planes were destroyed in the attacks.

According to Tuberville,Zelensky “just called his hand” with this attack and disrupted what “was supposed to have been a peace day.”The senator was referring to a second round of negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, which took place in Istanbul. Kiev’s attacks took place just a day before the talks.

The world does not need such an escalation, Tuberville stated, adding that Russia and Ukraine, as well as the US and the EU need to “pull together to get this thing over with.” Otherwise, “it will be a disaster like… World War II,” he warned.

US President Donald Trump has also said he “didn’t like” Kiev’s strikes on Russia’s airfields, and that Ukraine gave Moscow a reason to “bomb the hell out of them.” Russia has repeatedly condemned Ukraine’s continued drone strikes and acts of sabotage on Russian territory, claiming it undermines efforts to find a diplomatic resolution to the conflict.

(Zelensky thought he’d be lauded for bombing Russia, but everyone knows it was the agencies that planned and did it, but he gets to take credit. Sorry duded, no credit for you.)

Ex-Ukraine PM predicts Zelensky will flee country

The US has supposedly already given the “go-ahead” to remove the Ukrainian leader, according to Nikolay Azarov

Vladimir Zelensky will resign and leave Ukraine,former Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov has predicted, citing what he described as a US-backed effort to remove the country’s leader. (Didn't Trump say the other day, Zelensky is a dangerous man?)

In a post on Telegram on Sunday, Azarov suggested thatthe decision to remove Zelensky from power “has already been made in the US”and that Washington has given the“go-ahead” for his ouster. He wrote that although the Ukrainian leader has support in Europe, it is unlikely to change anything and will “hardly help” him. (Don’t know how he knows this, but it makes sense, because he and other NATO countries almost caused WWIII)

Azarov, who served as prime minister under ousted President Viktor Yanukovich, predicted that Zelensky would eventually step down, given that his mandate officially expired last year. He would then be replaced by parliamentary speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk, who would serve as acting president and begin shaping “a new political landscape” in Ukraine.

“I don’t think Zelensky will remain in Ukraine after this,”Azarov said. (so Azarov knows how things work in the phony government)

“He will request protection, most likely from special forces, but they will not make such sacrifices for him. The options for his future may vary,” he added.

Last week, Azarov made a similar prediction andalleged that the United States had “written off” Zelenskyand was orchestrating a multi-stage process to force him out.

He referred tothe recent arrest of Leonid Mindich – described as a financial associate of both Zelensky and presidential chief of staff Andrey Yermak– as evidence of this effort. (That makes sense.)

Azarov emphasized that the arrest was carried out not by the Prosecutor General’s Office, but by Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau and theSpecialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office – institutions he described as “created by the US, staffed by the US, and reporting only to the Americans.”

“This is a serious signalthat the process of removing Zelensky has begun,” Azarov wrote, suggesting that if Zelensky does not step down voluntarily, he will be “forced out.”

He also claimed thatUS auditors had recently arrived in Kievto examine the use of American taxpayer funds – a move he attributed to instructions from the White House.

Zelensky’s five-year term officially expired on May 20, 2024, and no election has been held due to martial law, which has been repeatedly extended. Moscow maintains that Zelensky has no legitimacy as the leader of Ukraine.

Nevertheless, the Russian government has said it is open to negotiating with the current Kiev administration but warned that Zelensky’s status could be an obstacle to signing any peace agreement. Russian officials have raised concern that documents endorsed by an illegitimate president could be legally contested by his successor.
