Somewhat. The cultural concept of transgenderism is different, but the idea of boning another dude pretending to be a woman exists. Much like Yuri in Japanese culture, men are expected to grow out of it and raise a family - but it's also done as a sort of hierarchical thing in many societies. It is publicly haram, but privately tolerated, much like most sexual deviancy was under earlier forms of Christianity.
As for great and little Satan, Islam is a religion which claims manifest destiny over the whole planet. It requires, as a fundamental tenet, the conquest of other nations until all exist under the rule of Islam. There are some interpretations that are less insistent on the point of the sword, but look at the iconography of pretty much every Islamic nation and you'll see they like swords. So, the Islamic doves are not going to have much theological or cultural ground to stand against Islamic hawks who are more than willing to try to lop off heads of people who refuse to submit.
The U.S. Was instrumental in creating Israel in the first place and Iran's religious councils sees it as being a sort of Jewish state in effect. Israel is basically an operating agent of a larger U.S./Jewish front.
That's a somewhat incomplete summary.
We'll flip Iran's regime on our terms, this time (Israel has a bad track record of picking subsequent regimes) and then start constraining the Israeli lobby. They largely have the Arab nations behind them in this conflict. They shouldn't need us to hold their hand.
