Isn’t that what prison is all about? Getting raped and beaten is an inevitability not a possibility in US prisons.
That’s how we turn bad people into good citizens correct? This is what we currently use to rehabilitate them to be able to function in a civilized society, get prisoners to either rape or get raped. What an excellent concept!!!!!
