Exclusive: Portland Trantifa Julie Mikela Winters, real name Christopher Hudson, has now been federally charged with felony attempted assault of a federal officer.
He is accused of trying to light an incendiary device next to the Portland ICE facility on June 24 and then threatening responding officers with a machete at an Antifa riot. Winters then allegedly threw the blade at the face of an officer, but he dodged. (Video in post below.) https://archive.is/knoPT
