Question about Isaac Kappy. When people suggest he's in witness protection, wouldn't that require that he personally witnessed crimes? In Gulf Shores, a city on Alabama’s Gulf Coast, a new $137 million high school broke ground in late April and is expected to open in the fall of 2026.

 

Designed by DLR Group and Goodwyn Mills Cawood, the 287,000-sf Gulf Shores High School will offer cutting-edge facilities and hands-on learning opportunities. The school will include state-of-the-art academic labs specializing in biomedical, marine biology, culinary arts, and finance, as well as spaces for music production, broadcasting, and the arts.

 

The school’s collaborative spaces include widened hallways, a media center with a maker space and video production studio, and a courtyard with “learning stairs” for interaction. The design also serves Gulf Shores City Schools’ emphasis on inclusivity and diversity of learning styles, with adaptable learning spaces and flexible classroom designs.

 

A notable feature of the new school is a “flex suite,” a versatile area that can accommodate groups of varying sizes, with seamless transitions between various activities. Similarly, the main hallway’s “sandbar” offers students a space to connect academically and socially.

 

The school’s Dolphin athletics center will be equipped with competition-size gymnasiums, locker rooms, athletic training rooms, a weight room, and a full-length covered practice facility.

 

Drawing on the coastal surroundings, the design features vibrant blue tones and other details that evoke the Gulf’s shoreline. Tall windows and expansive glass panels provide natural light and create an energizing learning atmosphere.

 

“The collective dedication of our educators, passionate community members, and forward-thinking leaders has shaped the vision for our new Gulf Shores High School,” Kevin Corcoran, Gulf Shores City Schools board of education president, said in a statement. “This school will be a hub of innovation, a center for excellence, and shape the future for generations to come.”

The British paedophile charged in connection with organising a "mock wedding" to a child in Disneyland Paris is Jacky Jhaj, who was found guilty of sexual activity with two 15-year-olds in 2016, the BBC understands.

Jhaj, 39, has been charged in connection with organising the fake ceremony on Saturday, in which a nine-year-old Ukrainian girl was due to feature as his bride.

He was arrested when police were called on Saturday morning by an actor who said he had been hired by Jhaj to play the father of the bride.

The BBC has previously investigated how Jhaj was able to hire hundreds of children to act as his fawning fans at a fake film premiere in London's Leicester Square in 2023.

Some of the children, who had been hired from casting agencies, were as young as six.

Teenage girls told the BBC that they had been asked to scream for him and try to touch him, without being told his real identity by the agencies.

Then in June last year, Jhaj was seen giving gifts to children outside dance auditions for another production - he was recognised by a parent who had seen the BBC article.

Two months later, and following the BBC's further investigation, Jhaj was filmed posing naked in front of a mocked-up BBC News lorry in London which had been set on fire.

For the mock wedding at Disneyland Paris, which was to be filmed by Jhaj's team, around 100 French extras had been recruited to take part.

The BBC understands that he appeared in front of a judge in Meaux, north-east of Paris, on Monday and was charged with fraud, breach of trust, money laundering, and identity theft and placed in pretrial detention.

Preliminary findings also stated that he had allegedly been "made-up professionally so that his face appeared totally different from his own", according to the French prosecutor.

Jhaj has been on the sex offenders register since 2016 and has spent time in prison. He is subject to restrictions on his freedoms under the terms of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Since he was released from prison, he has repeatedly staged productions involving children or young people.

BBC News can reveal that some videos of these productions were uploaded to a YouTube account styled as an official performer's channel.

The account received more than six million views and had over 12 million subscribers.

A video on a different channel included secretly filmed footage of one of the 15-year-old victims he was convicted of sexually exploiting.

Her family has told the BBC that Jhaj "destroyed" her life and said it's unacceptable that YouTube allowed the video to be watched for entertainment for four years.

Videos of the productions remained on YouTube for years until last September, when the BBC alerted Google, which owns the platform.

It told the BBC at the time that it takes users' safety seriously, but offered no explanation as to how an account featuring a man with almost no profile or success had 12 million subscribers, or why the videos were not removed.

Over the past two years, the BBC has spoken to videographers, production assistants and technicians who worked on some of the events before they discovered Jhaj's real identity.

Their records show that the cost of hiring casts and venues has run into hundreds of thousands of pounds.

The cost of hiring the area in front of the Odeon cinema in London's Leicester Square, which hosts red carpet events for major Hollywood premieres, would have run into tens of thousands of pounds.

French outlet BFMTV reported that the fake wedding at Disneyland may have cost organisers more than €130,000 (£110,000).

It remains unclear how these elaborate productions have been funded.

The French prosecutor said the Ukrainian girl arrived in France two days before the Disneyland event – but had not been a victim of either physical or sexual violence and had not been "forced to play the role" of a bride.

The prosecutor's statement also said that Disneyland Paris had been "deceived" and that the organiser had used a fake Latvian ID to hire the venue. Disneyland Paris can be rented by members of the public outside opening hours.

In a statement, the UK's Metropolitan Police said:

"A 39-year-old man is wanted by the Met Police for breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and a breach of a Sex Offenders' Register notification requirement.

"We are aware the man has been arrested in France for other matters and officers are in contact with the French authorities."

A naturalized U.S. citizen born in China, Sun used her homeland ties to help New York wrangle PPE from the country where much of it was made even as exports had dwindled because of China’s own battle with the virus.

 

Sun connected the state with vendors the Chinese government recommended. But, according to the indictment, she also forged documents to falsely claim that Chinese contacts had suggested two additional companies. One was run by a second cousin of Sun’s, and the other by a business associate of her husband’s, the indictment said.

 

Sun didn’t disclose those relationships to New York’s government, which signed contracts with both companies in March 2020 and went on to pay themover $44 million in all, according to the indictment.

 

The cousin funneled about $2.3 million back to Hu, the indictment said. It doesn’t specify whether Hu’s associate allegedly paid anything. (read more)

I am not hiding anything, Trump is a HUGE disappointment this time around. His fucking up Covid made me wary of him, but he seemed to back off his support for Fauci/Gates kill shot he rammed through, he did for the most part keep us out of new wars last time around, and no doubt he would be better than the alternative so I supported him.

Now pretty much everything he campaigned on (minus the Trans stuff which he has done as good as is likely possible) has had the air sucked out of it by lawfare or he has done a 180 on and he has actively worked for the opposite.

Big beautiful barred spiral galaxy Messier 109 is the 109th entry in Charles Messier's famous catalog of bright Nebulae and Star Clusters. You can find it just below the Big Dipper's bowl in the northern constellation Ursa Major. In fact, bright dipper star Phecda, Gamma Ursa Majoris, produces the glare at the upper right corner of this telescopic frame. M109's prominent central bar gives the galaxy the appearance of the Greek letter "theta", θ, a common mathematical symbol representing an angle. M109 spans a very small angle in planet Earth's sky though, about 7 arcminutes or 0.12 degrees. But that small angle corresponds to an enormous 120,000 light-year diameter at the galaxy's estimated 60 million light-year distance. The brightest member of the now recognized Ursa Major galaxy cluster, M109 (aka NGC 3992) is joined by spiky foreground stars. Three small, fuzzy bluish galaxies also on the scene, identified (top to bottom) as UGC 6969, UGC 6940 and UGC 6923, are possibly satellite galaxies of the larger barred spiral galaxy Messier 109.

Hubble Captures an Active Galactic Center

The light that the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope collected to create this image reached the telescope after a journey of 250 million years. Its source was the spiral galaxy UGC 11397, which resides in the constellation Lyra (The Lyre).

At first glance, UGC 11397 appears to be an average spiral galaxy: it sports two graceful spiral arms that are illuminated by stars and defined by dark, clumpy clouds of dust.

 

What sets UGC 11397 apart from a typical spiral lies at its center, where a supermassive black hole containing 174 million times the mass of our Sun grows.

As a black hole ensnares gas, dust, and even entire stars from its vicinity, this doomed matter heats up and puts on a fantastic cosmic light show.

 

Material trapped by the black hole emits light from gamma rays to radio waves, and can brighten and fade without warning. But in some galaxies, including UGC 11397, thick clouds of dust hide much of this energetic activity from view in optical light.

Despite this, UGC 11397's actively growing black hole was revealed through its bright X-ray emission — high-energy light that can pierce the surrounding dust.

This led astronomers to classify it as a Type 2 Seyfert galaxy, a category used for active galaxies whose central regions are hidden from view in visible light by a donut-shaped cloud of dust and gas.

 

Using Hubble, researchers will study hundreds of galaxies that, like UGC 11397, harbor a supermassive black hole that is gaining mass.

The Hubble observations will help researchers weigh nearby supermassive black holes, understand how black holes grew early in the universe’s history, and even study how stars form in the extreme environment found at the very center of a galaxy.

Fiery meteor traveling 30,000 mph lands near Georgia town, NASA reveals details

BLACKSVILLE, Ga. — NASA has shared what they know after many people in the Southeast filed reports of a fiery ball falling from the sky on Thursday.

 

Key information:

A fiery object was seen falling from the sky around 12:21 p.m. Thursday

The meteor was traveling at a rate of 30,000 mph

The fireball was produced by an asteroidal fragment weighing about a ton

The event was reported in at least five states

The meteorite landed near Blacksville, Georgia

 

According to NASA, the object that fell from the skies landed near Blacksville, Georgia, which is in Henry County.

 

The event was seen by the GLM (Geostationary Lightning Mapper) sensors, NOAA GOES satellites, and many residents from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina.

The fall appears in data from five different NEXRAD (Next Generation Weather Radar) and TDWR (Terminal Doppler Weather Radar) radars. A composite image of radar signatures can be found below.

 

According to Bill Cooke, lead, NASA’s Meteoroid Environments Office at the agency’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, the meteor was first seen at an altitude of 48 miles above the town of Oxford, Georgia, moving southwest at 30,000 miles per hour.

Cooke said the meteor disintegrated 27 miles above West Forest, Georgia, unleashing an energy of about 20 tons of TNT.

 

For comparison, the atomic bomb that was dropped on Nagasaki, nicknamed "Fat Man," had an explosive yield equivalent to 21,000 tons of TNT.

The resulting pressure wave propagated to the ground, creating booms heard by many in that area. Cooke added that the fireball was produced by an asteroidal fragment 3 feet in diameter, weighing over a ton.

 

It is also worth noting that a minor meteor shower is currently passing through the atmosphere. June Bootids typically lasts from June 11 to July 2 with its peak occurring usually around June 21, according to the American Meteor Society.

This type of meteor shower only produces strong activities on rare occasions and is typically observed with rates of one visible meteor a night. It is also best seen during the evening hours.

 

WYFF News 4 talked with Astrophysicist David Moffett, who oversees Furman University's planetarium and observatory, said, "I thought maybe this is associated with the meteor shower, like the current one, but it's not."

"The thing is that time ranges when those meteors could occur," Moffett said. "It could be associated with that meteor shower, or it could just be a completely random instance."

 

Video from White Horse Road in Greenville and from Anderson show the fireball falling from the sky at 12:21 p.m.

The National Weather Service in Charleston previously said the following "Many reports of a #fireball across the Southeast U.S.

It is not certain, but the satellite-based lightning detection shows a streak within cloud free sky over the NC/VA border, over Gasbury, VA. This streak was detected between 12:51 to 12:56 pm."

 

The WYFF News 4 newsroom started getting calls about 12:30 about a "fiery ball" falling from the sky.

David Pepper provided video from White Horse Road that shows something falling from the sky at 12:21 p.m. Watch video below. You can see it about 10 seconds into the video.

We have seen reports of the sightings in Georgia and Tennessee.

Jenny Boelter, the wife of accused double-murderer Vance Boelter, released her first public statement Thursday through her attorney, expressing shock, heartbreak, and sympathy for the families of the victims.

 

In a statement provided to Alpha News by Halberg Criminal Defense, Boelter said she and her children are “completely blindsided” by the killings and are cooperating fully with law enforcement.

 

“This violence does not at all align with our beliefs as a family,” she said. “It is a betrayal of everything we hold true as tenets of our Christian faith.”

 

Vance Boelter is accused of fatally shooting Minnesota House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, in their Brooklyn Park home on June 14. He is also accused of shooting Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, in their Champlin home.

 

Boelter was captured the next day in Sibley County after a statewide manhunt—the largest in Minnesota history.

 

Boelter family ‘voluntarily’ met with police

Jenny Boelter said she was contacted by law enforcement on the morning of the killings and voluntarily met with agents at a gas station. She stated that she was not pulled over, but instead parked and waited to speak with authorities.

 

“We are grateful for the diligent and professional efforts of the authorities to fully investigate these crimes. We thank law enforcement for apprehending Vance and protecting others from further harm,” she said.

 

Jenny Boelter requested privacy for herself and her children and said they will not be making any further public comments.

So America and Israel share a dislike for Iran and Iran dislikes Israel and America.

 

With nukes, Israel and America are existential threats to Iran. In response, with nuclear enrichment Iran can be an existential threat to Israel even without nuclear weapons.

 

Nuclear enrichment is permitted under the NPT, and nuclear weapons are not. So in order to justify threats, attacks and economic warfare, it is necessary for the US and Israel to assert that Iran is making nuclear weapons. (Even though all authorities refute that.)

 

The Lead Up

 

Israel wants Iran to be weakened to reduce the its own fears. Israel wants Iran defanged so it can't support Israel's victims. Israel wants America to fight Iran for it.

 

Israel knows its weapons cannot do significant harm to Iran on a strategic level, including the nuclear enrichment sites. So Israel came up with a plan to overthrow the Iranian government. The plan involved fifth column elements in Iran to carry out a coup, and a strong destabilizing decapitation strike by Israel to enable it.

 

Israel can't fly it's planes safely over Iran to do decapitation strikes with Iran's AD working. So a key part of the plan is to shut down the AD using a radio-inserted software virus to be delivered by Israeli experts working on site with fifth column elements in Iran. It's a good plan, and they get to work putting it in place.

 

The Turning Point

 

In early June, Iran snared a treasure trove of Israeli intelligence. This included enough information to expose (and thus nullify) Israel's regime-change plan. At this point, Israel had to choose to either use-it or lose-it. Driven by its usual hate, hubris, solipsism, fanaticism, and adding a worsening domestic situation and Bibi's corruption problems, Israel chose to use-it even though it was premature.

 

So Israel's sleazy attack was rushed ahead of schedule and they had no time to recruit the (potentially resistant) Trump administration to greenlight it. (Note that the usual level of coordinated stridency had not been built up in the MSM before the attack. While the co-opted head of the IAEA had spewed a few lies on June 12, it had not yet been widely circulated and gravely imprimatured by the Sunday pundits.

 

Also, after the vile zionists did their paltry attack, the puppet leaders of rabid 'western' countries were weirdly silent, presumably because they hadn't gotten any scripting.

 

Also weirdly silent was Trump, except for a couple of tepid, canned remarks favoring Israel in a rather pro forma way. Further in support of Trump not approving is the timing. It really seemed to take some wind out of his big parade. It seemed like he only got the B-teams with the A-teams somewhere busy prepping for eventualities.

 

Furthermore, Israel coming around mooching for the necessary bombs only after the events got rolling smacks of unpreparedness as well. Even Bibi's hasty scurry to Greece even suggests he had some reservations about the move.

 

So Israel attacked. The plan worked well for a few hours, giving Israeli planes freedom to bomb over Iran. Three problems arose quickly, however: (1) the Iranian regime was far more resiliant than Israel hoped, (2) Iran restored its air defenses before Israel was able to complete their physical destruction, and (3) (what they should have already understood) Iran's offensive missile capabilities are devastatingly effective.

 

So suddenly Israel is caught, it's strategy in disarray, no means to bring the fight to Iran effectively, and being pasted by missiles. And Iran, having been attacked, has every justification to bash Israel and no incentive to stop.

 

Israel is **, so it runs whining to America to pull its * out of the fire. Trump doesn't want a politically disadvantageous and economically destructive war with Iran, but the scumbag neocons and Israel Firsters still have influence, so he is compelled to do something.

Woman sentenced to nearly 24 years in downtown Minneapolis vehicular murder

Latalia Anjolie Margalli was sentenced Tuesday to 285 months in state prison for the crash that left 16-year-old De'Miaya Broom dead and injured five others.

A Minneapolis woman has been sentenced to nearly 24 years in prison for killing a teen and injuring several other people with her vehicle in downtown Minneapolis last fall.

 

Latalia Anjolie Margalli, 23, was sentenced Tuesday to 285 months in state prison for the Sept. 14, 2024, crash at North 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue that left 16-year-old De’Miaya Broom dead and injured five others before Margalli sped away from the scene.

 

The criminal complaint described that Margalli had encountered a male she knew, and they started to argue. A witness who had arrived at the scene with Margalli later told police that a group of unknown females started getting involved, telling Margalli to leave him alone. The witness said the argument escalated to a fight, at which point Margalli returned to her vehicle after one of the other females sprayed mace. The other females began taunting Margalli for leaving the fight, and one of their friends jumped out of the vehicle and re-engaged in the fight, the witness said. Margalli then drove her vehicle into the group that was fighting and then fled the scene.

 

The chaotic scene and crash was captured on video from a bystander in the area.

 

A witness to the crash followed Margalli out of downtown and into north Minneapolis, where police caught up with her and placed her under arrest. Meanwhile, videos posted online at the time showed several first responders tending to the injured parties at the scene.

 

Video also surfaced from about an hour prior to the crash that showed the vehicle Margalli was driving with one of the eventual injured parties dancing on the hood of the vehicle as Margalli tried to coax her back into the vehicle. The bystander who filmed the video turned it over to police after hearing about the crash from Crime Watch on social media.

 

Margalli pleaded guilty on May 27, 2025, to one count of second-degree unintentional murder, which had been amended from the original charge of second-degree intentional murder, and five counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. Margalli was sentenced to 180 months on the murder charge and to 21 months on each of the five counts of second-degree assault, all to be served consecutively.

 

“My thoughts are with De’Miaya’s family, and all others impacted by this tragic incident,” Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said. “Ms. Margalli chose to drive into the crowd, taking De’Miaya’s life and irreparably harming so many people. This sentence holds Ms. Margalli accountable and protects our community.”

 

Margalli will receive credit for 284 days spent in jail prior to sentencing, and is scheduled for release in July 2040 after serving just under 16 years incarcerated under Minnesota’s two-thirds sentencing guidelines.
