Illegal Imm*grant Allegedly Aided By Wisconsin Judge Agrees To Plea Deal

The illegal immigrant whom Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan is accused of helping evade arrest has accepted a plea deal in which he admitted to entering the United States illegally.

Mexican national Eduardo Flores-Ruiz faces up to two years in prison and a $250,000 fine under the terms of a plea deal filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin on June 23.

He is also subject to one year of supervised release. The plea deal states that Flores-Ruiz has agreed to be deported after completing a federal prison sentence.

According to the plea agreement, Flores-Ruiz first entered the United States illegally on Jan. 15, 2013, near Arizona. He was arrested and deported the next day but later re-entered the country.

Flores-Ruiz was arrested in Milwaukee on March 12 over a battery incident. He was subsequently charged with misdemeanor counts of battery, domestic abuse, and causing physical harm.

On April 18, when Flores-Ruiz was slated to appear before Dugan at a Milwaukee courthouse, Dugan allegedly escorted him out through a jury door and evaded immigration agents who were waiting to arrest him.

Federal officials stated that Flores-Ruiz escaped the courthouse and was apprehended by agents outside the building after a foot chase.

Where Is The Missing Uranium? – This Is A Question That The Entire World Should Be Asking

Nobody seems to know what happened to Iran’s enormous stockpile of enriched uranium. Until we learn the fate of that uranium, I think that it is premature for anyone to be declaring victory. Of course now that the ceasefire appears to be holding, everyone is declaring victory. Israel is declaring victory, Iran is declaring victory, and President Trump is declaring victory. But what is the truth?

The fate of Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium is of utmost importance. If that stockpile remains intact, it will be a major victory for the Iranians. But if it has been destroyed, it will be a major victory for the United States and Israel.

Unfortunately, the truth is that what happened to that stockpile is currently unclear…

Still unknown is what will happen to Iran’s enriched uranium, the key ingredient for making a nuclear bomb that Iran says it removed from its nuclear sites before the United States attacked.

“Significant nuclear materials remain unaccounted for,” said Kelsey Davenport, the Arms Control Association’s director for nonproliferation policy.

Vice-President J.D. Vance has publicly stated that he thinks that Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium was buried by the U.S. airstrikes, and he is dismissing concerns that the stockpile could have been moved prior to those airstrikes…

“The goal was to bury the uranium, and I do think the uranium is buried,” Vance said. Of the US, he said the goal of the bombing “was to eliminate the enrichment and eliminate their ability to convert that enriched fuel into a nuclear weapon. We don’t want that 60%-enriched uranium to become 90% enriched uranium. That’s the real concern”.

But Vance insisted it was not a concern that Iran could have moved it and claimed the bombing represented “mission success” because he said Iran no longer had the capacity to turn the stockpile into weapons-grade uranium. “And that was really the goal here,” he said.

But there are some experts that believe that Iran was able to move at least some of the enriched uranium before the airstrikes took place.

Former UN nuclear weapons inspector David Albright is one of those experts…

The former UN nuclear weapons inspector David Albright told CNN on Monday there are centrifuges that are “unaccounted for” that must still be dealt with to consider the US mission successful.

“I think that part of the mission has been accomplished,” he said. “Stocks of enriched uranium are one of them. I wish those stocks were buried, but our understanding is that some of them were taken away by Iran, and we don’t know where they are.”

Albright added that the question of the remaining, unaccounted-for centrifuges meant that “this problem isn’t over yet, but it is a manageable problem. Partly because turning that enriched uranium into weapons-grade uranium is not going to be a slow – a fast process”.

Web 3.0: A Decentralised Revolution For Freedom

The emerging web 3.0 provides numerous potential tools for circumventing the centralized control grid of the current internet space.

A technological revolution is underway as the current version of the internet known as Web 2.0, based on centralised control by large technology companies, gives way for Web 3.0. This latest iteration is decentralised and features evolving technologies, such as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) using blockchain, cryptography, peer-to-peer networks and user ownership. This shift was foreseen by Timothy C. May’s in his 1988 paper ‘The Crypto Anarchist Manifesto’ where he predicted a technological revolution featuring a truly decentralised internet free from authoritarian oversight. These features can be harnessed to protect human rights and democracy and increase trust, transparency and immutability.

DLT has immense utility because it addresses the problem of trust, providing a tamper proof and immutable ledger for data entry. Such systems protect data from third-party interference by ensuring the safe transfer and storage of data. Moreover, Web 3.0 and associated technologies can solve problems of trust and verifiability in logistics networks and supply chains, smart contracts and archive storage. Organisations implicated in human rights violations often seek deniability, in the first instance, and will usually commence a campaign of disinformation and misinformation. It can be difficult to gather and store evidence of atrocities or protect vulnerable witnesses and journalists, especially when governments are implicated and have the entire apparatus of the state at their disposal to censor information. According to Hellstern et al. (2022) databases stored on centralised systems and supported by Web 2.0 are vulnerable to attack and data leakages which can put victims at further risk of harm. However, DLTs using blockchains and other cryptographic technologies can create secure and immutable systems out of reach of third parties that would seek to tamper with the data. Metadata can be generated each time data are added and a unique hash created to provide further proof of time and location. Even if a central authority were to order a takedown of such testimony, the multi nodal nature of the architecture would make that impossible.

An example of how this technology is being used to create immutable historical archives comes from Starling Lab for Data Integrity, which represents a partnership between the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University and the Shoah Foundation. This project uses cryptographic tools and decentralised web controls to protect sensitive data and promote trust. The project seeks to understand how authentication technology can promote trust in journalism, how authenticated metadata can secure chains of evidence, and how cryptography can be used to preserve and protect digital records. Case examples include raising awareness of the destruction of wetlands in Brazil, verifying the authenticity of photographs taken during the US Presidential elections, and collecting the testimonies of 55,000 victims of the holocaust.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) sued the entire federal district court of Maryland on Tuesday.

The lawsuit challenges a standing order issued by the court to automatically block the deportation of any illegal migrant who files a petition for writ of habeas corpus. It names all 15 judges, as well as the court clerk, as defendants.

“Defendants’ automatic injunction issues whether or not the alien needs or seeks emergency relief, whether or not the court has jurisdiction over the alien’s claims, and no matter how frivolous the alien’s claims may be,” the lawsuit states. “And it does so in the immigration context, thus intruding on core Executive Branch powers.”

Chief Judge George L. Russell III, an Obama appointee, issued a standing order in May to block the administration from “removing Petitioners in such cases from the continental United States or altering their legal status.” The order remains in place until 4:00 pm on the second business day after a migrant files, unless extended by the judge.

District courts have “used and abused their equitable powers to interfere with the prerogatives of the Executive Branch to an unprecedented degree” in recent months and years, the lawsuit states.

“In the first 100 days of President Trump’s current Term, district courts have entered more nationwide injunctions than in the 100 years from 1900 to 2000, requiring the Supreme Court to intervene again and again in recent weeks to pause the unlawful restraint of the President’s exercise of core Article II powers,” the lawsuit states. “This lawsuit involves yet another regrettable example of the unlawful use of equitable powers to restrain the Executive.”

The clerk’s office at the District Court for the District of Maryland declined to comment. DOJ spokesman Chad Gilmartin wrote on X that this is the department’s latest action to “rein in unlawful judicial overreach.”

'Something unknown' hits key Russian drone facility in Taganrog, Ukrainian official says

A key military-industrial site in the Russian city of Taganrog linked to Moscow's production of combat drones and electronic warfare systems was damaged overnight, a Ukrainian official said on June 25, amid Russian reports of Ukrainian drones targeting the area.

"Something unknown flew into the Atlant-Aero plant in Taganrog," Andrii Kovalenko, head of the counter-disinformation center at Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council said.

"This is an important node in the Russian military-industrial complex, specializing in components for combat drones and control systems."

Kovalenko said the plant is involved in the production of "Orion" drones, electronic warfare complexes, and digital integration systems for strike FPV (first person view) drones and loitering munitions.

Russian authorities reported a wave of overnight Ukrainian drone attacks across multiple regions, including Rostov, which borders eastern Ukraine.

Russia's Defense Ministry said its forces shot down 40 Ukrainian drones over several areas, including the Crimean Peninsula and seven over the Rostov region.

Rostov Governor Yuri Slyusar said on Telegram that while there were no casualties, the strikes allegedly caused a fire at a sports complex and damaged a high school and two residential buildings in Taganrog.

In nearby Azov, a grain warehouse and industrial facility were hit, he added, without providing further detail. The Kyiv Independent could not verify the claims.

Throughout Russia's full-scale invasion, Ukraine and Russia have extensively invested in drone technology, revolutionizing the way wars are fought.

Ukraine has ramped up its domestic drone production and long-range strike capabilities as it seeks to weaken Russian military infrastructure deep behind enemy lines.

Earlier in June, Ukrainian drones targeted long-range Russian bombers in an operation dubbed "Spiderweb."

Russia has escalated its missile and drone attacks on Ukrainian cities, launching hundreds of drones during overnight assaults. Since February 2022, Moscow has launched 28,743 Shahed-type drones at Ukraine

Speaking at the NATO Defense Industry Forum in The Hague on June 24, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine can produce over 8 million drones of various types each year.

Speaking at the NATO summit on Wednesday, the US president said that the recent strike in Iran would help advance efforts to free the hostages held in Gaza. A source familiar with the matter agreed with that assessment, saying, “The dispute between Trump and Netanyahu on Tuesday – after Iran launched a missile and whether or not to respond – made Hamas realize that when Trump gives guarantees, he means it.”

Commenting on the president’s statement that “We’re close to a deal,” the Israeli official acknowledged that while there has been some progress and technically a deal is within reach, the central issue remains unresolved: what will happen on day 60, once the ceasefire period ends?

“That is not an easy issue to resolve,” the source noted.

An Israeli official told the Post that Israel hopes the dynamics that led to the January 2025 deal might repeat themselves.

“Back then, Sinwar and Nasrallah were eliminated, Hezbollah was defeated, and the Syrian army was destroyed – those factors helped bring Hamas to the negotiating table,” the source said.

“Now, with Iran having suffered a severe blow, Muhammad Sinwar eliminated, and IRGC Mostafa Izadi killed in recent days, there’s potential for momentum. We are working and hoping this will pave the way to a deal for the hostages’ return.”

Five teenage boys who escaped the first week of Russia’s 2022 invasion celebrated their bar mitzvahs this week in Ashkelon.

As Israel attacks, Hollywood plays defense

“[Israel’s message] Must be repeated ad infinitum until the people get it,” wrote Hollywood lawyer and producer Glenn D. Feig, in an email chain to many of Tinsel Town’s most influential executives. This was in response to the unprovoked 2014 Israeli attack on Gaza, one of the bloodiest chapters in over half a century of occupation.

Named “Operation Protective Edge”, the Israeli military engaged in seven weeks of near-constant bombing of the densely populated coastal strip. According to the United Nations, over 2,000 people were killed – a quarter of them children. 18,000 houses were destroyed, leaving more than 100,000 people homeless.

The Israeli military deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure, knocking out Gaza’s only power plant and shutting down its water treatment plants, leading to economic, social and ecological devastation in an area Human Rights Watch has labeled the world’s largest “open air prison”.

Many in Hollywood expressed deep concern. “We must make sure that never happens again”, insisted producer Ron Rotholz. Rotholz, however, was not referring to the death and destruction Israel imposed on Gaza, but to the fact that many of the entertainment world’s biggest stars, including celebrity power couple, Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem, had condemned Israel’s actions, labeling them tantamount to “genocide.”

“Change must start from the top down. It should be unheard of and unacceptable for any Academy Award-winning actor to call the legitimate armed defense of one’s territory…genocide” he continued, worrying that the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement – a worldwide campaign to put economic pressure on Israel in an attempt to push it to meet its obligations under international law – was gaining steam in the world of the arts. Israel’s legitimacy rests upon political and military support from the U.S. Therefore, maintaining support among the American public is crucial to the long term viability of its settler colonial project.

Rotholz then attempted to organize a silent, worldwide pressure campaign on arts venues and organizations, including the Motion Picture Academy in Hollywood and the Sundance and Cannes Film Festivals, to stamp out BDS, writing,

What we can do is urge the leaders of major film, TV and theater organisations, festivals, markets and potentially the heads of media corporations to issue official statements condemning any form of cultural or economic boycotts against Israel.”

Others agreed that they had to develop a “game plan” for opposing BDS.

Of course, when influential producers, festivals and heads of media corporations release statements condemning a certain position or practice, this is, in effect, a threat: stop taking these positions or suffer the professional consequences.

Iran Arrested 700 Mossad Operatives During War With Israel

Iran arrested more than 700 people suspected of working for the Mossad spy agency during the war with Israel, state-linked media reported on June 25, in the wake of a ceasefire between the two countries.

Israel started the war on June 13, stating that its goal was to cripple Iran’s nuclear program. A ceasefire was suddenly announced on June 24, just two days after the United States joined the war by attacking three key nuclear sites in the Islamic Republic.

“Since the beginning of Israel’s attack on Iran, the Zionist regime’s spy network has been highly active in the country,” said Fars News.

Also on June 25, the Iranian judiciary’s Mizan news agency announced that three people were executed for cooperating with Israel.

The agency named those executed as Idris Ali, Azad Shojai and Rasoul Ahmad Rasoul, saying they smuggled equipment used in the assassination of one unnamed person. The executions took place in Urmia, a northwestern city near the border with Turkey, according to Iran’s judiciary.

The men were “arrested and tried for… cooperation favoring the Zionist regime,” Mizan said, referring to Israel. “The sentence was carried out this morning… and they were hanged.”

Mossad played a key role in the opening strikes of the war. The spy agency reportedly set up a covert drone base near the capital, Tehran, and smuggled precision weapons systems into the Islamic Republic in preparation for the large-scale operation.

In the first hours of the attack, Mossad operatives deployed suicide drones to take out ballistic missile launchers and used guided missiles to hit air defenses in central Iran, degrading the country’s offensive capabilities and granting Israeli warplanes air supremacy.

More operations attributed to Mossad were reported in later days, including multiple assassinations, forcing Iran to take drastic security measures, including restricting traffic, limiting access to the internet and mobilizing the Basij paramilitary force.

The success of Mossad exposed serious problems within Iran’s security apparatus. Now, the Islamic Republic has a chance to fix these problems.

New York State Resident Reports “Hypersonic” Orbs That Traveled Through the Clouds

Anyone see anything they can't explain? A resident living in New York's upper Hudson Valley reported a strange site flying in the sky late Saturday night.

The person who filed the report even says the object was traveling through the clouds at a hypersonic rate of speed.

The sighting once again raises the question if the source is some sort of unidentified flying object, or simply something like miliary aircraft, or naturally occurring phenomena?

New York has a long history with unidentified flying objects, as the state ranks 5th overall for sightings across the United States.

It's no secret New York, particularly the state's Hudson Valley area, has a long history with unexplained flying phenomena and other strange sightings.

As stated many times, these observations of so-called UFOs can easily be explained as drones, military planes, communication satellites, or even a meteor burning up in the upper atmosphere, though.

New York State Resident Reports "Hypersonic" Orbs That Traveled Through the Clouds

A resident living in Climax, New York reported to the National Unidentified Flying Object Reporting center that they witnessed an object traveling at a hypersonic rate of speed the night of June 21.

The report describes what they allegedly saw as "orbs seen through cloud cover at incredible speeds."

The witness say that for about an hour they saw two white orbs "through thick cloud cover", flying across the sky at an extremely fast rate of speed.

The person say that this would continue every 5 to 10 minutes for roughly around an hour that night.

The report says that the person witnessed "the orb start as one", and then "split off and make a U-turn" through the sky.

A former Yale University professor who was previously terminated for allegations of being linked to a terrorist organizationhas encouraged Iran to target U.S. military bases.

Helyeh Doutaghi, a former educator at Yale University, recently made the comments about a potential Iranian attack on X. Internet personality Eyal Yakoby published a screenshot of Doutaghi’s June 12 X post.

“[A]ll US military bases in the region, the occupied Palestinian territories, and any state that enables aggression by allowing its airspace or territory to be used for attacks against Iran,” said Doutaghi, commenting on a separate post that stated that Iran has the right to defend itself.

Yale News reported that Doutaghi was placed on administrative leave from her position at Yale on March 6 after she was accused of being connected to theinternational Samidoun network—a designated terrorist organization.

Doutaghi reportedly refused to cooperate with the university, resulting in her contract being terminated. According to The New Haven Register, Doutaghi later claimed that she was experiencing retaliation for her support for Palestine.

Many of Doutaghi’s X posts reflect anti-West and anti-American sentiments.

“The West will not remain untouched by the barbaric violence it is inflicting upon our homelands,” Doutaghi said in a June 15 X post. “A deepening energy security crisis is coming. Global trade routes and energy flows will suffer. The cost of complicity will be felt.”

Regarding the United States, specifically, Doutaghi posted on Saturday that, “America’s direct military assault on Iran will conclude its decline as an empire-just as Israel’s aggression on Iran has put an end to its military illusion and exposed the fragility of its settler-colonial project.”

In another post on Monday, Doutaghi commented on the intercepted Iranian attack on U.S. bases in Qatar, saying “Morning: Iran hits a US proxy.

Afternoon: Iran hits a US base. And some still can’t see the empire crumbling.”

Failed Pregnancies Surge 43% Among Covid-Vaccinated Women

A group of leading researchers has uncovered explosive evidence buried in health data showing that failed pregnancies have surged dramatically among women who received Covid mRNA “vaccines.”

The study found that women who received mRNA injections during early pregnancy experienced significantly higher rates of miscarriage and fetal loss than expected.

The researchers found a staggering 43% increase in fetal loss rates for women vaccinated in weeks 8–13 of pregnancy after their first Covid shot.

The study is based on electronic health records (EHR) from one of Israel’s largest health insurance providers.

Key findings from the study include:

Dose 1 (weeks 8–13) was associated with 3.9 more fetal losses per 100 women than expected — a 43% increase (13 vs. 9 per 100).

Dose 3 (weeks 8–13) was linked to 1.9 more losses per 100 women, or 19% higher than expected (12 vs. 10 per 100).

Late pregnancy losses made up a significant portion of these outcomes. Among all women, 1.1% experienced pregnancy loss after week 24. That number rose to 2.7% for women who received dose 1 in early pregnancy and 1.8% for dose 3 recipients.

The study was led by Dr. Josh Guetzkow, a senior lecturer in criminology and sociology at Israel’s Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Guetzkow’s team of researchers includes top advisers to President Donald Trump’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The results of the study were published in the medRxiv journal.

The data showed that nearly half of the excess fetal losses occurred after week 24 of gestation, a stage where abortions are extremely rare in Israel and must be medically justified.

This, researchers say, points to a biological mechanism, not a behavioral one.

In contrast, influenza vaccination during the same gestational period (weeks 8–13) showed lower-than-expected fetal losses, with approximately five fewer per 100 women vaccinated.

Britain is set to hold public hearings at which military personnel can disclose their close encounters with UFOs.

The US-style hearings will allow RAF, Army and Navy whistleblowers to tell all about experiences they have been previously banned from revealing under military non-disclosure rules and for fear of ridicule.

The UK’s new UFO Disclosure Group has secured a meeting with a minister from the House of Lords to set up a forum where alien whistleblowers can come forward with their evidence.

The group was set up by documentary film maker Mark Christopher Lee to push for transparency on reported sightings of UFOs - aka unidentified aerial phenomena or UAPs.

As Daily Star revealed previously a letter from the body calling for full disclosure in the UK was sent to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.

Now an associate of the Brit leader has arranged for a minister from the House of Lords to meet with Mark to put the first steps in place to create a select committee to hear evidence from UFO experiencers.

Similar hearings before the US Congress have led to the release of previously classified documents revealing reported close encounters between military personnel and mystery craft.

Mark said it is essential whistleblowers can come forward without fear of ridicule.

Speaking at a screening of his latest documentary The Rendlesham UFO – The British Roswell at the Raindance Film Festival he said:

Former Government UFO Investigator Offered $100K for One Podcast

Sean Kirkpatrick is well known in the UFO community as a skeptic whose controversial 2024 Report on the Historical Record of U.S. Government Involvement with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Volume 1 threw cold water on the idea of alien off-world technologies.

While serving as the head of AARO, Congress’ UFO investigation office, Kirkpatrick also published an op-ed in Scientific American stating that many of supposed UFO encounters he investigated were “unauthorized disclosures of legitimate U.S. programs or related R&D that have nothing to do with extraterrestrial issues or technology.”

Now Kirkpatrick may be headed for a payday, as one of the top UFO content producers on YouTube is offering him $100,000 for a single unedited interview.

On June 22 Jesse Michels announced on his X account: “I would pay Sean Kirkpatrick $50K (on top of travel and accommodations) to come on my show and discuss these Wall Street Journal articles.

Surely if he’s correct and not cynical about his positions, basic incentives would apply. My only condition is that we don’t edit any of it.”

The next day, Michels doubled the amount, saying “My buddy Kyle offered to double this. So we are now at $100K payment for a simple, unedited podcast appearance from Sean Kirkpatrick.”

Michels brought up AARO in his June 3 Joe Rogan interview, calling it, “the modern Blue Book that’s, you know, basically saying ‘don’t look here’ like ‘this is all bull—’ or whatever. It’s run by a guy named Sean Kirkpatrick.

He has all these, like, atomic connections. He, like, worked at Oak Ridge for God’s sake.”

In a video posted to his own channel, Michels alleged that Kirkpatrick spoon-fed bad information to the WSJ for their recent debunking article about UAPs.

Clearly this would be an adversarial interview, but with $100K on the line it may be hard to say no. As of the time of this writing, Kirkpatrick has not issued a response.

According to the young lady who started the discussion, she would “never do coke the old way again.” Others responded, days later, extolling the pleasures of this new approach. “It hits you faster.” “The numbness.” “A more intense high.” I had to dig deeper and see if this was just an isolated incident or if it was, in fact, a trend on the rise.

The 2014 European Drug Report came out last week and told us exactly what we already knew: that Europeans are very fond of drugs.

For better or worse, the Old Continent has arguably been the world’s most prolific drug-consuming landmass for at least a century or so. In the 1930s, while Reefer Madness was convincing Americans that smoking weed would turn their children into rapists, Turkey was supplying Greek proto-hippies with the continent’s crumbliest hash; in the 80s, Zurich turned Platzspitz Park into a legal, open-air drug market; and, in the early 90s, half of Manchester spent their weekends existing almost exclusively on pills and poppers.

The situation is no different today. The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) report estimates that around a quarter of Europe’s adult population have taken an illegal drug in their lifetime, and states that the consumption of cannabis alone throughout the continent adds up to around 2,000 tons every year.

So the Iranians agree to allow the public destruction of their nuclear facilities, which they don't really need anymore as they already have the material and know how they needed from them. We get to say we destroyed their program. After a suitable performative counter strike Iran gets to keep their existing stockpile and knowledge base as long as they follow the Israeli model and don't talk about it. Then over time they can roll back the rhetoric and we all move forward.

Can I prove any of it? Nope. But it does fit the facts and historical precedent. Trumps not lying, we did blow up Fordo et. al. The Iranians aren't lying we didn't destroy their program. The Israelis get to puff up their chests and tell their people the Iran threat is ended. Russia gets to keep their vassal state and possibly Ukraine to sweeten the pot. The straits stay open and everyone goes back to their corner until the next round.

Occasionally being mistaken for UFOs isn’t the only way Starlink is impacting those hopeful for the discovery of extraterrestrial life, according to scientists with the SETI Institute who say the satellites can also interfere with the signals it monitors in its search for possible ET communications.

The ever-expanding network of SpaceX Starlink satellites surrounding the Earth engages in direct-to-cell signal transmissions that the SETI Institute’s Allen Telescope Array inadvertently picks up, heavily degrading radio frequency observations.

However, a new collaboration between the two organizations seeks to remedy the potential for signal contamination.

Combining their efforts, the SETI Institute and Starlink aim to preserve the integrity of radio astronomy, much like Starlink’s previous partnership with the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, which utilized real-time data sharing to facilitate mitigation techniques.

The Allen Telescope Array

“The SETI Institute is at the forefront of developing solutions that allow for the continued exploration of the cosmos while accommodating the rapid evolution of satellite communications,” said Dr. David DeBoer, an Allen Telescope Array researcher.

The Allen Telescope Array resides in the remote Shasta County, California, nearly 300 miles from San Francisco.

Allen began operations in 2007, over a decade before the first Starlink satellite was launched, but it’s now the latest focus center in efforts for the two cosmic endeavors to coexist side by side.

As the only telescope ever designed and built specifically to look for extraterrestrial life, the Allen Telescope Array has also been employed for functions beyond the search for ET signals, including monitoring fast radio bursts and pulsars.

Unfortunately, the high sensitivity, which makes the telescope an excellent research tool, also leaves it susceptible to interference from satellite communications.

Protecting Radio Astronomy from Starlink

Signal saturation occurs when a satellite’s orbit brings it over the top of a radio observatory, filling the highly sensitive receivers with enough noise to effectively make any observations meaningless for the duration of the passover.

With over 7,000 individual satellites in orbit, Starlink’s transmission of cell and text data on frequencies that the Allen Telescope Array can detect presents a major issue for SETI, potentially hampering data collection.

SpaceX previously partnered with the US National Science Foundation to understand and mitigate the interference issues.

Those solutions are now being implemented, with SETI’s Allen Telescope Array as one of the first sites to utilize the new techniques through its new Starlink partnership.

The changes have proven effective in minimizing disruptions to both Starlink service and telescope observations by targeting single satellites with brief interventions lasting only seconds.

Radio Zones

With its ongoing network expansion, SpaceX is working to minimize the radio frequency spectrum congestion it generates.

The work done at the Allen Telescope Array is a major step in the development of groundbreaking spectrum management techniques.

When making optical observations of the night sky from Earth, light pollution is a major concern, as local ambient light drowns out views of the distant cosmos.

To combat a radio equivalent of this issue, radio-quiet zones have been established on Earth, such as the National Radio Quiet Zone in West Virginia, located around the Green Bank Observatory. Unfortunately, the ever-increasing satellite traffic has led to space signals entering these zones from above.

One of the most significant developments out of the Allen Telescope Array research is a flexible frequency allocation concept called “radio dynamic zones,” which will help in allowing scientific and commercial space endeavors to avoid conflicts, at last preserving radio telescopes from interference from above.

Fundamentally, DeBoer and his colleagues believe the new collaboration could mark an important next step toward instilling harmony between the efforts of astronomers and other scientists, and the advancements in technology that occasionally come into conflict with their work.

“Our collaboration with SpaceX is an important step in demonstrating that scientific discovery and technological progress can go hand in hand with the right coordination,” DeBoer said.

Years spent searching more than 1300 sun-like stars for optical SETI signals have finally yielded unexpected results. A “signal” of two fast identical pulses, separated by 4.4s, was discovered in the light of HD89389.

No single pulses, even remotely resembling these, have been found in these searches. Close examination of this signal reveals that several unique features of the first pulse are repeated almost exactly in the second.

Comparison of this signal with those of airplanes, satellites, meteors, lightning, atmospheric scintillation and system noise, emphasizes their uniqueness.

During the re-examination of historical data, another pair of similar pulses was found in an observation of HD217014 made four years earlier. Not fully explained at the time, this signal had been dismissed simply as “birds.”

After all pulses were examined in detail, and shown that they could not have been made by birds, several theories are proposed that might explain their origin. A theory based on edge diffraction is discussed in some detail.

If correct, this theory should enable future observations to measure the distance to the occulting object, and using arrays of telescopes, determine its size, shape and velocity.

Scoop: Trump to limit sharing classified info with Congress after leak on Iran bombing damage

The Trump administration plans to limit sharing classified information with Congress aftersomeone leaked an internal assessmentsuggesting that Saturday's bombings of Iran's nuclear facilities weren't as successful as President Trump claimed, four sources tell Axios.

• The FBI also is investigating the leak, the sources said.

Why it matters:The leaking of the preliminary Defense Intelligence Agency's "Battle Damage Assessment" outraged Trump and top U.S. officials, who said it was incomplete and that its release was aimed at undercutting Trump's claims that Iran's nuclear sites had been "obliterated."

•"We are declaring a war on leakers,"a senior White House official said Wednesday.

• "The FBI is investigating the leak," the source said. "The intelligence community is figuring out how to tighten up their processes so we don't have 'Deep State' actors leaking parts of intel analysis that have 'low confidence' to the media."

Zoom in:The administration sources say they're planning to limit posting on CAPNET, a system the administration uses to share classified information with Congress.

•The DIA's assessment on the Iran bombings was put on CAPNET late Monday. The next afternoon, CNN and then the New York Times reported snippets of the assessment.

• The early media reports indicated that Iran's nuclear program had been set back only by a matter of months, instead of being "obliterated."

Zoom out:Democrats in Congress already were upsetat the administration for refusing to brief some members before the bombings, and the White House's plans to further restrict the sharing of classified information are likely to provoke a fresh round of criticism.

•Administration officials are unmoved, however.

• "Go figure: Almost as soon as we put the information on CAPNET, it leaks," an administration source said. "There's no reason to do this again."

Between the lines:Thesources who spoke with Axios said they couldn't disclose more detailsof the DIA assessment, but emphasized three aspects of the report:

It was put together in the 24 hours after the bombings and was based on a review of satellite photos and not on-the-ground witnesses to the damage.
It was just one early "snapshot" of information from only one of the 18 agencies in the intelligence community.
The report self-acknowledged the "low confidence" of the assessment, which was to be used as a tool to guide whether the administration wanted to bomb the facilities again.
Then there's the early assessment by Israeli intelligence services, who said the U.S. and Israeli strikes caused "very significant" damage.

The big picture:Since his first run for president in 2016, when his campaign was investigated for its ties to Russia, Trump has been deeply suspicious of the intelligence community. Tuesday's disclosures only increased that sense of paranoia.

•"Trump knows the IC [intelligence community] has spooks who hate his guts,"one adviser said.

What they're saying:At a NATO press conference in Europe on Wednesday, Trump criticized the coverage of the DIA leak, as did Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio, the secretary of state and national security adviser.

• They said the U.S. hit Iran's three nuclear sites with so many Tomahawk missiles and massive bunker-busting bombs that the country's program was set back significantly, echoing the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

• "All this stuff about the intelligence: This is what a leaker is telling you the intelligence says," Rubio said.

•"That's the game these people play. They read it and then they go out and characterize it the way they want to characterize it."

An odd piece of doorbell camera footage from California shows a strange figure resembling an alien creeping down the driveway of a house.

The weird video was reportedly captured earlier this month at a residence in Compton and was subsequently shared on social media by bewildered homeowner Jessica Ortiz.

In the footage, featured above, a diminutive figure that seems to sport a bulbous head reminiscent of a grey alien suddenly beside the front porch.

It quickly shuffles along the driveway before vanishing from sight. Moments later, a curious cacophony of sounds can be heard presumably caused by the presence of the eerie interloper.

Shedding some additional light on the mystifying footage, Ortiz told YouTuber Hidden Underbelly that the sound at the end of the video was that of her back gate. However, motion sensor cameras in the rear of the house did not detect the creepy visitor.

Interestingly, Ortiz indicated that "my aunt lives next door and she said at about 12:45 AM she heard three loud bangs on the roof of her house" and an unsettling scratching sound that caused her to flee to her room and pray.

To that end, the bizarre footage has understandably sparked considerable speculation online with many viewers positing that the peculiar figure could have been an otherworldly visitor.

More skeptical observers, however, argued that the 'alien' may have simply been a person sneaking around Ortiz's home while wearing baggy clothing that concealed their identity.

U.S. Marines and Sailors with the Marine Rotational Force – Darwin (MRF-D) 25.3 Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) arrived in Townsville to train alongside the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) during Exercise Southern Jackaroo 25, a multi-lateral exercise held from May 25 through June 13, 2025 at the Townsville Field Training Area, Queensland, Australia.

This year marked the largest iteration of the exercise with over 3,000 total participants, to include more than 500 Marines and 300 Japanese soldiers. Additionally, for the first time, MRF-D brought the full capability of the MAGTF to include MV-22B Ospreys assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 363, the MAGTF aviation combat element (ACE).

The Marines arrived in Townsville and immediately maneuvered to the Townsville Field Training Area where they began the force-on-force portion of the exercise, also known as the North Queensland Warfighter Exercise (NQWFX). The Marines, organized as a task force, worked alongside the Australian 3rd Brigade and a task force of JGSDF soldiers to seize and clear key terrain within the bounds of a complex scenario. This portion tested the combined force’s ability to receive and execute constantly evolving mission sets and provide a unified response.

The MRF-D task force served as an air assault element, leveraging support from Ospreys to insert into an objective, secure it with Marines with the MAGTF ground combat element (GCE), and withdraw, setting conditions for the ADF and JGSDF to achieve their respective follow-on objectives. The conversation shifted to money in politics, and Sanders made some great points.

But he made the fatal error of singling out Elon Musk, while ignoring George Soros, Reid Hoffman, and every other mega-billionaire. Rogan quickly called this out.

SANDERS: “Elon Musk—And I know Elon was on your show… he spent $270 million to elect Trump as president. I think that’s absurd that any one person—”

ROGAN: “What’s the most someone donated towards the Harris campaign?”

SANDERS (now disrupted): “They spent a lot of money on Harris as well.”

ROGAN: “They spent $1.5 billion just over the course of a couple of months.”

Ex-Biden official Neera Tanden admitted under oath to the House Oversight Committee during a closed-door testimony on Tuesday that she controlled Joe Biden’s autopen.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer recently identified five Biden aides who were involved in the cover-up of Joe Biden’s mental decline and autopen scandal.

Director of Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden was brought before the Committee on Tuesday and admitted she was authorized to use Joe Biden’s autopen between October 2021 to May 2023.

According to the Washington Examiner, Neera Tanden testified that she was also authorized to direct the autopen, however, she denied manipulation or abuse.

Excerpt from the Washington Examiner:

A top former aide to former President Joe Biden testified behind closed doors Tuesday for more than four hours as part of the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into his mental fitness to serve and his White House’s use of an autopen, confirming she was authorized to use the automatic signature device while pushing back on concerns about alleged manipulation or malfeasance.

Neera Tanden, who served as director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, explained in her opening remarks Tuesday that she was given authority to wield the autopen. She said she “was responsible for handling the flow of documents to and from the president” and was authorized to direct autopen use from October 2021 to May 2023 when she was serving as staff secretary and senior adviser to Biden.

Tanden confirmed that during her tenure as White House staff secretary, she oversaw the many documents coming to and from the president’s desk, and she noted that her role included authorization to direct autopen use.

“As staff secretary, I was responsible for handling the flow of documents to and from the president,” she said. “I was also authorized to direct that autopen signatures be affixed to certain categories of documents. We had a system for authorizing the use of the autopen that I inherited from prior administrations. We employed that system throughout my tenure as staff secretary.”

However, Tanden noted that she stopped overseeing autopen use after May 2023, when she became head of the Domestic Policy Council.

The Oversight Project previously pointed out that Neera Tanden was the White House Staff Secretary when Joe Biden autopenned pardons from a golf course in the US Virgin Islands.

Neera Tanden was a frequent mention in the leaked Podesta emails released by WikiLeaks.

Tanden was one of the most vocal Russiagate conspiracy theorists. She not only attacked Republicans while she was working for Hillary Clinton, but also went for the throats of Sen. Bernie Sanders and his supporters.

Earlier this year, the Oversight Project revealed six criminals were pardoned by Biden’s autopen on December 30, 2022, while Joe Biden was vacationing and golfing in St. Croix.

Based on Neera Tanden’s Tuesday testimony, she was likely behind the Biden autopen pardons while Joe Biden was golfing in the US Virgin Islands.

Neera Tanden briefly spoke to reporters following her closed-door testimony.

When asked if there was a cover up of Joe Biden health decline, Neera Tanden said, “absolutely not.”

President Trump recently said whoever used Joe Biden’s autopen “usurped the power of the presidency.”

Israel reportedly knows location of Iran’s enriched uranium stockpiles, Saudi outlet claims

The status of Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium is currently unclear following Israel’s 12-day campaign and US strikes.

Saudi news outlet Al Hadath reported on Tuesday, citing an anonymous Israeli security source,that Israel “knows exactly” where Iran is keeping its stockpiles of enriched uranium.The official who spoke to Al Hadath further claimed that “most of the enriched uranium is buried under the rubble in Iran."

The status of Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium remained a matter of speculation among officials since Israel launched preemptive strikes, including on various Iranian nuclear facilities, in the 12-day war that began June 13.

Such speculation continued following American strikes on Iran’s three main nuclear facilities: Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.

IDF monitoring, but status of Iran’s enriched uranium remains unclear

Earlier this week, IDF Spokesperson Effie Defrin said the Israeli military is closely monitoring the possibility of Iran moving its enriched uranium from sites that are damaged or destroyed to other sites, in a response to a question asked during a press conference on Sunday.

March 9, 2006. Iran had claimed in the past it moved enriched uranium from Fordow to other sites, as reported by the New York Times. The NYT report added that 880 pounds of enriched uranium had been removed to 60% purity, below the 90% needed for nuclear weapons. The US president has dodged questions about support for Kiev during a press conference at the NATO summit

US President Donald Trump has denied discussing a Ukraine ceasefireduring his meeting with Vladimir Zelensky on the sidelines of the NATO summit in The Hague, directly contradicting the Ukrainian leader’s earlier remarks.

Asked if the US would contribute to the $5 billion in military aid pledged to Ukraine by other NATO countries, Trump reiterated only that the conflict must end.

In another exchange, a BBC Ukraine journalist asked whether the US would sell Patriot missile systems to Ukraine. Trump replied that the systems were “very hard to get” and that the US also needed them. He noted that Washington was supplying Patriots to Israelbut would “see if we can make some available.”

Since taking office in January, Trump has repeatedly called for a negotiated settlement to the Ukraine conflict. Earlier this week, he said he hoped to reach a “deal with Russia” to stop the fighting.

The European Union has emerged as a hostile force to Moscow, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has claimed,accusing the bloc of arming the “neo-Nazi Kiev regime” to attack Russia.

In a Telegram post on Wednesday, Medvedev stated that the old EU as an economic union has “essentially ceased to exist,” and in its current “perverted form is no less of a threat” to Russia than NATO.

The EU, he said, is also sending personnel to train Ukrainian militants “so that they can kill our citizens and carry out terrorist attacks.” He also accused Brussels of “brazenly” using profits from Russia’s frozen assets to finance its “vile activities.”

Admission requires unanimous consent from all 27 EU member states. While some members voiced objections, Brussels has backed Kiev’s bid. The European Commission suggested Ukraine could join by 2029 if it made sufficient progressin areas such as political and judicial reforms, as well as in combating organized crime and corruption.

In his post, Medvedev proposed two outcomes for Ukraine:“Either the EU itself realizes that it doesn’t need the Kiev quasi-state at all, or, better, there is no state left to join the EU.”

I’m just going to outline this post as it is framed by Vice President JD Vance without anything…

JD Vance – “This is such a revealing clip. The American media is full of the least curious, least insightful people in our country.

To recap, an out of context, “low confidence” and incomplete intelligence report was selectively leaked to the media. The media reported on the findings without any real effort to figure out whether they represent any part of (much less the full) truth.The way the media has presented the report is contradicted by the IAEA, the Iranians themselves, and the administration’s political and defense leadership. More importantly, the media’s reports are contradicted by common sense.

[Vance, cont…] “To summarize: a dozen 30,000-pound bunker busters were dropped on Iran’s main nuclear site. (The other two sites that were targeted suffered heavy damage too). No one disputes they hit their targets. No one disputes the explosive or destructive power of the weapons. No one disputes that a week ago, Iran could have easily assembled a nuclear weapon and now they can’t.

The entire debate–even accepting the press’s dishonest framing–is not about whether Iran can now build a nuke. They can’t. It’s about how much rebuilding the Iranians would have to do in order to achieve a nuclear weapon.

In other words, after a wildly successful military operation with no American casualties, the American media is trying to blame Donald Trump for the existence of facilities that haven’t even been built yet.

(Set to the side Iran’s willingness to rebuild their program. As the President himself said, they now know there are serious consequences for rebuilding. They also learned that we can very easily set their progress back.)

There is actually an interesting story here, if the media was interested in telling it.

• Why are members of the intelligence community leaking incomplete reports against the elected leadership of the country?

• Why have the same reporters who have gotten so much wrong learned so little?

What is the purpose of these leaks–who is behind them, and what are they trying to achieve?

The media won’t investigate that story, though it would be in the public interest to do so.So pay attention to the reporters who are laundering talking points from junior careerists in the intelligence community.

WASHINGTON — ActBlue officials are being summoned to testify before House Republicans about potential “widespread” fraud on the massive Democratic fundraising platform, according to subpoena letters obtained by The Post — amid a parallel probe by President Trump’s Department of Justice.

A current ActBlue senior workflow specialist, who is unidentified, and former vice president of customer service Alyssa Twomey were sent the summonses on Wednesday from the GOP chairmen of the House Oversight, Judiciary and Administration committees, the letters show.

Both of the lefty officials had been prepared for voluntary interviews with the committee chairs before Trump authorized Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate “the unlawful use of online fundraising platforms to make ‘straw’ or ‘dummy’ contributions.”

Danny Onorato, a lawyer for the ActBlue employees, swiftly responded with an appeal to “withdraw requests for transcribed interviews until the Department of Justice completes its investigation or clarifies its position with respect to our clients,” according to the letters.

The DOJ probe, first revealed in the pair of letters, had been requested by Trump in an executive order signed April 24, which mandated a report on the alleged ActBlue fraud within 180 days.
