AOC Breaks Her Silence After Republican Blows Apart Her “Bronx Girl” Act With a Damning School Yearbook Photo

AOC has responded to having been exposed as a total fraud when an old yearbook photo emerged last week.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, a New York state lawmakercalled out Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., over her upbringing after she referred to herself as a tough “Bronx girl”during an internet spat in which she traded jabs with President Trump.

During one of her recent and stupid quips on Twitter/X, she called herself a Bronx girl and claimed she could eat Queens boys like Trump for breakfast.

But that’s pure fantasy, though, as Republican New York Assemblyman Matt Slater exposed her.

Slater shared an image of AOC during her freshman year in suburban Yorktown High School, which is in Westchester County and almost an hour north of the Bronx.

“If you’re a BX girl then why are you in my Yorktown yearbook? Give it up already,”Slater tweeted.

Slater’s exposé of AOC should sound familiar to many TGP readers. Six years ago, TGP’s Jim Hoft was the first to expose AOC for growing up in a wealthy Yorktown neighborhood.

An “anonymous classmate” reached out to The Gateway Pundit back then and sent several photos of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez from high school.

On Friday, AOC responded to her cover being blown.

“I’m proud of how I grew up and talk about it all the time!” She wrote on X.

“My mom cleaned houses and I helped,” she added. “We cleaned tutors’ homes in exchange for SAT prep. Growing up between the Bronx and Yorktown deeply shaped my views of inequality & it’s a big reason I believe the things I do.

MSNBC Host Symone Sanders Townsend Comes Unglued Ranting About SCOTUS Ruling on Birthright Citizenship

MSNBC host Symone Sanders Townsend came unglued on Friday during a discussion on the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) ruling on birthright citizenship, calling the ruling “insane.”

On Friday, SCOTUS delivered a powerful rebuke of activist judges and handed President Trump a pivotal legal victory by reaffirming the rightful balance of power between the judiciary and the executive.

In a 6–3 decision, the Court sided with the Trump administration, ruling that federal district courts lack the constitutional or statutory authority to issue so-called ‘universal injunctions.’ The ruling stems from challenges to President Trump’s executive order.

Hours after taking office, Trump signed an executive order ending birthright citizenship, which gives children born in the U.S. the immediate right to citizenship.

The rule of law was too much for Sanders Townsend.

“I just don’t, I can’t believe that we are asking the question, ‘is the 14th Amendment to the Constitution constitutional?’ That is what, it is crazy. And I am sorry, but people need to call, ‘this is crazy.’ They are asking us… They’re asking us not to believe our own eyes and our own ears. They’re asking us to go against everything that we know to be true. This is insane,” Sanders Townsend said.

Fellow MSNBC host Michael Steele added, “this is the landscape we find ourselves on now.”

“I mean, the reality is that they have been very effective. Trump and his minions inside the government have been very effective at setting the stairsteps to the various narratives that they want to get accomplished,” he said.

Following the ruling, President Trump told reporters, “We can now promptly file to proceed with numerous policies” that were previously blocked by radical left judges.

This includes previous executive orders and actions, such as “including birthright citizenship, ending sanctuary city funding, suspending refugee resettlement, freezing unnecessary funding, stopping federal taxpayers from paying for transgender surgeries and numerous other priorities of the American people,” the President told reporters.

Russia abandons nuclear deal with new NATO member

A long-standing agreement on emergencies is no longer tenable since Sweden joined the US-led military bloc, Moscow says

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin hasordered that an information sharing agreement with Sweden on nuclear accidents and nuclear installations be abandoned, after Stockholm joined NATO last year.

The relevant document was signed by Mishustin on June 24 and published on the state portal for legal information on Friday.

The deal, signed by the USSR and Sweden in 1988, taking force of April that year, stemmed from the 1986 International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident, in which the agency’s members agreed to notify each other of any nuclear accidentson their territory that could affect other countries.

Scientists at the Swedish nuclear power station at Forsmark were among the first in the west to detect increasing radiation levels on April 28th 1986, two days after the explosion at the Chernobyl power plant in Ukraine.

Sweden joined NATO in March 2024, abandoning its long-standing policy of neutrality. Stockholm has provided almost $10 billion in military and other assistance to Kiev since February 2022, while also announcing a major rearmament program at home.

Russia constitutionally remains a successor state of the Soviet Union, having exclusively incurred the bloc’s debt upon its dissolution,and Moscow recognises international treaties signed by the USSR.

Russian ambassador to Stockholm Sergey Belyaev told RIA-Novosti in May that Stockholm’s stance“indicates that Sweden has completely lost its status of a neutral countryand is turning into a springboard for the implementation of NATO’s militaristic ambitions.”

EU state’s president calls on other members to talk to Russia

Slovakia’s Peter Pellegrini has argued against using fear of Moscow to justify military spending

Slovak President Peter Pellegrini has called on EU members to reopen direct talks with Moscow, while stressing thatNATO military spending should reflect national priorities rather than fears of Russia.

“We need to start talking to the Russian Federation,” Pellegrini told TA3 television on Sunday. “Let two or three leaders step up… for example, [Italian] Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.”

He defended Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which had drawn criticism from several Western governments. The two leaders held talks in Moscow in May during WWII Victory Day commemorations, where they discussed bilateral ties and the Ukraine conflict.

The president also rejected NATO’s push for a rapid military buildup.

“It should not be fear of Russia that drives us into rearmament. We ourselves must decide what strength and condition we want our armed forces to be in,” he said.He added that the defense industry is unprepared for large-scale procurement and stressed that public views on Moscow vary across the bloc.

“Half of society may not even see Russia as a threat,”Pellegrini said.

Slovakia, along with Italy and the UK, supported setting 2035 as the target year for meeting the alliance’s goal of spending 5% of GDP on defense.

Pellegrini backed Fico’s demand for energy security assurances before approving the EU’s 18th sanctions package against Russia, saying he saw no reason to oppose the move if it served the country’s national interests.

Slovak Foreign Minister Juraj Blanar echoed Pellegrini’s position,stating that the Ukraine conflict cannot be solved militarily. Speaking to the local public broadcaster STVR, Blanar saidpeace requires renewed communication with Moscow.

“Let us return to respect for international law and seek ways to communicate with the Russian Federation,” he said, adding that the West should also find a way to work with Russia, “and perhaps even forgive everything that has happened.”

Along with Hungary, Slovakia has been one of the few NATO members to call for the de-escalation of tensions with Russia.

French gangsters ordering hits on ‘UberKills’ service – Le Monde

Police have linked a recent contract killing to an encrypted Telegram-based service, the outlet has reported

French gangsters are using a Telegram-based servicedubbed ‘UberKills’ to order assassinations, Le Monde has reported. According to the newspaper, clients communicate via the app with a service manager who passes target information and weapons to the assassin.

The killing of a 19-year-old man in eastern France in April has been linked to the network, Le Monde reported on Friday. The victim, Abdel-Hakim B., was shot three times in the head, and the attack was broadcast on the Snapchat social media app before emergency services arrived.

The victim and the suspected killer were both allegedly recruited via Telegram to work in local drug operations, according to Le Monde. Abdel-Hakim B., a computer science student with no criminal background, had reportedly answered an online job ad the day before the killing, offering €220 ($260) per day to supervise a drug-dealing point.

Surveillance footage and digital data allowed police to identify the suspected gunman, 18-year-old Mohamed G., within eight days. He had traveled by high-speed train from Paris to Lyon and arrived at the crime scene by taxi.

Mohamed G. was arrested at his parents’ home, where police found the clothing he wore during the killing. A woman who allegedly helped organize his travel and logistics was also arrested and charged, but denies knowing she was assisting in a murder.Authorities say she was paid €700, while the full fee for the killing was €2,500.

A senior police officer in Lyon said that over thepast three to four years, authorities had observed a rise in the use of apps and online networks in criminal activity. The trend, he noted, reflects what he described as the “Uberization of crime.”

Earlier this month Telegram founder Pavel Durov, who is under investigation in France, accused Le Monde of waging a smear campaign against his messaging platform, saying it had published 40 negative articles about Telegram in the seven weeks following his arrest at a Paris airport in August 2024.

Durov was detained on charges of complicity in crimes allegedly committed by Telegram users, including extremism and child abuse. He was later released on bail.

The Russian-born entrepreneur said that in most cases Le Monde did not request a comment from the company or ignored corrections provided by the platform. He claimed the newspaper was attempting to build a negative narrative about Telegram and described the charges against him as “absurd.”

Telegram said in a statement that it complies with EU laws and described it as absurd that the platform or its founder should be held accountable for user abuse.

Paris protest demands end to French military aid for Ukraine(VIDEOS)

The rally, organized by Florian Philippot and his party The Patriots, called for France’s exit from NATO and the EU

A demonstration in Paris on Sunday held by right-wing politician Florian Philippot's Eurosceptic party denounced NATO, the militarization of Europe, and the French government’s military support for Ukraine.

During its summit this past week, NATO agreed to significantly ramp up military spending, citing the perceived threat from Russia. Last month, the EU similarly approved a €150 billion ($171 billion) borrowing mechanism to fund its military buildup. Moscow has dismissed notions that it harbors hostile intentions toward the bloc.

Sunday’s rally in the French capital had the stated objective of “defending peace and a Free France,” according to the party’s posts on X. The protesters also slammed French President Emmanuel Macron over what they view as his increasingly confrontational policies in Europe.

Addressing the rally, Philippot proclaimed that “we have no place in NATO, this criminal organization that costs us dearly and should have disappeared long ago!”

Philippot, a former member of the European Parliament, also said that “France must leave the EU and NATO as quickly as possible through Frexit!”

Among the slogans emblazoned on the placards and chanted by the demonstratorswere “Frexit is another name for Peace” and “The patriots for peace.”

They also denounced the French government’s support for Kiev,insisting that they “don’t want to die for Ukraine.”

“Peace means refusing to send a single euro, a single weapon, and obviously a single French soldier to #Ukraine!” Philippot declared on X on the eve of the event.

Several hundred people are estimated to have taken part in the event, which was held near the Palais-Royal and Louvre museum.

A similar rally took place in Paris in late March in response to a €2 billion military aid package for Ukraine approved by Macron.

Earlier that month, a separate demonstration took place in the French capital after Macron suggested deploying France’s nuclear weapons to allied European states.

Speaking to RIA Novosti in May, Philippot praised Russian President Vladimir Putin’s proposal to re-start peace talks with Ukraine without preconditions. He argued that it would be impossible to resolve the Ukraine conflict unless the fundamental issues in relations between Kiev and Moscow were addressed.

Philippot also stated that Moscow’s offer “strikes a blow” to all the “warmongers” in the EU, including Macron.

Russia launches ‘massive’ strike on Ukrainian defense industry – MOD

Kinzhal hypersonic missiles and drones were used in an overnight attack, according to the military

Russian forces carried out a large-scaleovernight strike on Ukrainian industrial facilities involving long-range weapons and drones, the Defense Ministry in Moscow reported on Sunday. The Ukrainian authorities and media confirmed the attack, with somesuggesting it was one of the largest since the escalation of the conflict in 2022.

In a statement reporting the operation, the Russian Defense Ministry said that its forces had “conducted a massive strike, involving high-precision long-range air-, sea- and land-based weapons, including the aeroballistic hypersonic Kinzhal missile system, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles, targeting Ukraine’s military-industrial and oil-processing facilities.”

The ministry didn’t provide any further details, but stated that the“strike goals were achieved. All designated targets were hit.”

Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky confirmed the attack in a post on Telegram,claiming that it involved 477 Russian explosives-laden drones and 60 missiles of various types. He used the occasion to once again call on Kiev’s Western backers to provide it with more air defense systems.

Zelensky also revealed thatKiev lost a Western-supplied F-16 fighter jetwhile attempting to fend off the attack. The pilot perished in the incident.

Meanwhile, in a post on X, Ukrainian MP Mariana Bezuglaya accused the country’s military leadership of “murdering” fighter pilots by allegedly failing to develop effective anti-drone protocols.

According to theUkrainian military’s tally, more than 20 incoming rockets and 40 UAVs made it through the country’s air defenses during the strike.

In a post on Facebook, Stepan Kulinyak, the head of the military administration in the city of Drohobych in Lviv Region in Western Ukraine, said that “as a result of the air attack, a fire broke out at an industrial infrastructure facility.”Officials in the region stated that thestrikes did not cause any casualties but that critical infrastructure was hit.

In Poltava Region, an industrial site in the city of Kremenchuk reportedly came under attack.

While Ukrainian officials have not provided any details about the type of facilities hit and the extent of the damage inflicted, some local media outlets have pointed out thatthere are oil-processing plants in both Drohobych and Kremenchuk,and that they were likely the targets of the strikes.

Social media users have been posting videos purportedly depicting the Russian strikes and their aftermath in several Ukrainian regions.

Forensic experts have extracted DNA from the suitcase containing the Lockerbie bomb for the first time and will seek to match it against swabs taken from the Libyan explosives chief accused of Britain’s worst terrorist atrocity.

Advances in technology have allowed Scottish scientists to gather DNA from the suitcase lining and an umbrella packed into the luggage before Pan Am Flight 103 exploded in mid-air in December 1988, killing 270 people.

Prosecutors hope the new evidence could match samples from Abu Agila Masud, 74, the alleged bomb-maker, who is waiting to go on trial in America.

The potential breakthrough is outlined in US court papers obtained by The Sunday Times. The documents identify a list of expert witnesses for the prosecution, including Dr Nighean Stevenson, a leading authority in DNA analysis at the Scottish Police Authority (SPA). She has re-examined exhibits retrieved from the crash site more than three decades ago.

Pan Am Flight 103 was flying from Heathrow to John F Kennedy airport in New York four days before Christmas when it was destroyed by an explosion above Lockerbie in Scotland.

Send money. That is the message an exasperated United Nations delivered Monday as it hosted the biggest appeal for funds in a decadefollowing the withdrawal of the U.S. from aid agreements brokered by the globalist body.

At least 50 world leaders including French President Emmanuel Macron, Kenya’s William Ruto, E.U. chief Ursula von der Leyen and U.N. head Antonio Guterres are in Seville, Spain, for the hurried four-day gathering that seeks at least four trillion dollars to help the U.N. meet its aid targets.

The United States is snubbing the talks after President Donald Trump gutted the U.S. development agency USAID, as Breitbart News reported.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio struck out at what he called the U.S. “foreign aid industrial complex” during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing in May, despairing at the inability of USAID to deliver funds where they are needed most.

Rubio directly targeted the organization, adding the time has come for root-and-branch change.

“At USAID, 12 cents of every dollar was reaching the recipient. That means that in order for us to get aid to somebody, we had to spend all this other money supporting this foreign aid industrial complex,” Rubio said.

“We’re going to find more efficient ways to deliver aid to people directly. It’s going to be directed by our regional bureaus. It’s going to sponsor programs that make a difference. And it’s going to be part of a holistic approach to our foreign policy.”

The Seville conference sees more than 4,000 representatives from businesses, civil society and financial institutionsmake up the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development, AFP reports.

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Monday warned foreign aid budgets have already been “decimated,” pleadingthis isn’t a crisis of numbers but of “families going hungry, children unvaccinated, children dropping out of school.”

He noted that meeting the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals — a global agenda to end poverty, protect the planet and promote peace — requires about $4 trillion a year.

“But we are here in Seville to change course, to restore a message of fairness and justice for all,” Guterres added.

Israel: Peace with Syria, Lebanon — but Golan Heights not Negotiable

Israeli foreign minister Gideon Sa’ar revealed Monday on CNBC that Israel is, in fact,seeking a peace deal that includes Syria and Lebanon — but would not negotiate away the Golan Heights.

As Breitbart News reported, the U.S. and Israel are considering a large-scale peace plan for the Middle East in the aftermath of the victory over Iran in the 12 Day War. Peace with Syria is reported to be part of the deal.

Israel confirmed that part, at least, of the plan on Monday.

The Jerusalem Post reported:

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar on Monday said that Israel is interested in establishing official diplomatic ties with Syria and Lebanon during a press conference.

Sa’ar added that regarding Syria, Israel will not negotiate the Golan Heights in any peace agreement.

The Trump administration is expecting Syria to be one of the next countries to join the Abraham Accords, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said last Thursday.

Syria and Lebanon are considered something of a package deal, given the historical dominance of Syria over its smaller coastal neighbor.

The Times of Israel added that Syria may not demand the Golan, which Israel seized in the defensive Six Day War in 1967, and defended again after a Syrian surprise attack in the 1973 Yom Kippur War.

It may, however, demand that Israel return portions of southern Syria that it has occupied for defensive purposes since the fall of the Assad regime, including the peak of Mount Hermon, the highest in the region.

One portion of the Golan, the Shebaa Farms, is claimed by Lebanon and has been used by Hezbollah in the past as a pretext for attacks on Israel.

Feds Bust House in Los Angeles Linked to Iranian Terrorism

Federal officials say they have taken two individuals into custody at house in Los Angeles tied to a suspected Iranian human smuggling operation connected to terrorism.

The arrests come in the wake of Department of Homeland Security warnings of a “heightened threat environment” across the United States in response to the U.S. bombing of Iran’s nuclear facilities earlier this month.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the arrests in a post on X Friday,saying the house was used to harbor illegal aliens linked to terrorism.

“CBP executed a federal search warrant today at a human smuggling hub in Los Angeles tied to national security threats,” the agency wrote. “Two individuals were arrested during the operation, which was led by CBP’s Special Response Team with support from Border Patrol tactical units and Air and Marine Operations.”

Earlier in the week, seven Iranian nationals were arrested at the same location, CBP stated, adding that the suspects were on the FBI Terror Watchlist and connected to an Iranian human trafficking hub.

“The location has been repeatedly used to harbor illegal entrants linked to terrorism,” CBP alleged.

Officials did not identify the two suspects taken into custody at the home on Friday.

Apparently in response to continuing DHS concerns following the Iran bombing, the operation, according to CBP, was part of a broader national security effort involving multiple federal agencies.

“The ongoing Israel-Iran conflict brings the possibility ofincreased threat to the homeland in the form of possibly cyberattacks, acts of violence and anti-Semitic hate crimes,” said Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem the day before the June 24 ceasefire between the two countries was announced.

“It is our duty to keep the nation safe and informed, especially during times of conflict,” she said.
