Yes, all the time, they call 911 for not only lawful conduct, but constitutionally protected conduct, then the cops often come and violate rights. The problem is, cops have conditioned the public to "see something say something" and everything they don't like they think is illegal and call the cops. People have been conditioned not to do for themselves and their communities, just call the standing army, and that standing army responds to calls for lawful activity because more calls responded to equals more funding.

The public has been conditioned to call them for everything, which unfortunately includes those they think are homeless doing nothing illegal.

Frederick, MD Police Officer, Corporal James Dodson, was arrested Monday in Pennsylvania and charged with possessing child pornography and soliciting a minor.

He had fantasies about children and animals.

Cop unlawfully pulls over and detains them… because a woman said they took a picture of her. No crime reported, just a constitutionally protected activity. The cop is the only one to commit crime, but they think NOTHING of violating the law every day.

Coward off duty domestic enemy harassing family on their own porch pulls his service weapon for….. a pen.

He was there upset because the mans son drives past his house…. when they live on the same street.

Apparently pens are soooo scary. Like acorns they are feared deadly weapons!

Cop bothering auditor for recording a bank from public, which is a constitutionally protected right.

"They don't like you taking pictures of the bank" Well too damn bad.

The cop didn't do that bad, but he shouldn't have bothered him to begin with. A report of a constitutionally protected activity does not justify being questioned by police, if you want to investigate the non crime, observe him for a bit, do not harass him, that only serves to chill the right.

When the cop asked for his ID, he asked the cop to read the 4th amendment from a pocket constitution…. he wouldn't kek.

“Leave Now!” More idiots who don't know the law and try to unlawfully trespass from a post office.

Recording public areas of a post office for press purposes is constitutionally protected, as reminded by USPS memo to employees, poster 7 and Homeland Security. The lackey local employees, nor the cops, are authorized to deny that right or trespass a citizen from a post office for exercising that right.

I KNOW what they do in the videos I post is illegal.

Cops are violating our rights, laws, and constitution every single day, abusing citizens, while bootlickers happily turn a "blind eye".

Stalking is a repeated course of conduct that serves no legitimate (like press) purposes. Auditors can record you in public, no matter your appeal to emotion and made up "fear".

Joffrion Can’t Recall Trespassing Laws, or why he told civil rights activist Jeff Great why he can't stay on city hall property, a traditional public forum, with his "God bless the homeless sign"

This is the cop that said in response to it being constitutionally protected "doesn't matter, you can go to jail no questions asked" and "this isn't some free will state, this is the state of Mississippi".

If you want the entire deposition, he can't recall anything. Radio codes, laws, his oath (I'm not lying). He just said "I don't recall" to everything. Funny how cops forget everything when THEY break the law huh?

Joffrion can't recall vagrancy laws either, even though he immediately accused Jeff of vagrancy to justify the demand for ID. That law had been repealed 5 years prior.

Government parasites don't care about our actual rights, constitution and laws, they care only to abuse them to force people to obey their will.

Actual public servants SERVE THE PEOPLE and know they're beneath the people while on the job, not above.

The greatest among is is a servant, that doesn't mean a tyrant who beats and rules others while calling themself a servant.

Wanna bet? Have you seen what happens when people stand on a sidewalk and record a bank? Law enforcement doesn't care about the constitution, they serve P.

If you watch only one video I post here, watch this one… just a short.

Joffrion says "I literally don't care" about it being constitutionally protected and and "this isn't some free will state, this is the state of Mississippi. You can go to jail no questions asked", then testifies under oath he doesn't recall anything, including his oath.
