Each is dropped at a time they are being attacked and the media has no choice than to cover the bigger story.
I see the Chris Christie meme and remember that at one time I was very overweight too.
So I picked out 2 days a week, and limited myself to 600 calories on those days, and ate whatever I wanted on the other 5 days and I lost 100 lbs and have kept it off too.
We forget how good it feels to feel good.
