Weather manipulation?: Hill Country Flood 7/4
Lots info posted about weather modification /weather weapons and still trying to catch up but captured a couple of accuweather loops of the storm that seemed strange with transient patterns that appeared unusual.
This one loops twice so look for what anon thinks looks like a unique pattern that forms then blooms red. Don't know if it fits chemical drops or something else. Maybe experts would know more?
