What needs to be investigate with this storm flood is chem trails where it accumulated and look for signs of saturation with soft metals in that area because all that would be needed if a broad spectrum radiation to heat those nano particulates up thereby causing the storm to remain in a specific area and accumulate water. I believe this is how they are doing it and was actually done to Ashville and others. Space Force and Q Team need to investigate this and I am sure they will see that this was a correct assessment.
