• TVA maintains that it is respecting the community engagement process and making sure to capture all input.

• TVA has also emphasized the potential benefits of methane gas as a fuel source, including its role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions when captured and used for energy.

“Mister President — TVA has its foot on the throats of Cheatham County residents,” a Chetham County resident known as Mr. Wade said when Rich asked him if he had any words for Trump. “You are our only hope because they are unbridled otherwise.”

“The fix to this is simple: find an industrial place to put this or pick some of the 293,000 acres you people already own, TVA, and put it there,” Rich said. “Instead of upending the ecosystem, running people off their farms.”

It seems the attempts to undermine President Trump's motives are stronger than usual lately.

His "hand not on the Bible" been covered multiple times on this board.

Justice Roberts started the oath before then-President-Elect Trump's family had a chance to gather around him (including Melania - who had the Bibles). VP Vance's family - including his 3 little children - had taken a while to clear out of the way from the VP oath from Justice Thomas. And before Trump's family, including Melania, could get in place, Justice Roberts started the oath of POTUS.

In any event,

a. If President Trump is 45 through 47 (hence the dash on his caps instead of an "&"), no new oath would be needed, and

b. There is no requirement for the Bible to be present for the oath to be valid.

It seems the inevitable tension between clearing the way for rapid innovation to encourage investment, including but not limited to waiving regulations, to swiftly return an economic explosion (and actual survivability as a country) of a strong manufacturing base back to America, and to generate the extensive electricity needed to fuel AI innovations and expansions, on the one hand, and NIMBY ("not in my back yard"), on the other hand, has only just begun.
