There are over-development problems and people who own land on the river dam it and re-route it to make their own swimming areas and their land more valuable because it's "waterfront".

I wish Trump would put a freeze on new development and make the states evaluate existing residential and commercial real estate before allowing new development. I think existing vacant buildings should be also considered for renovation before allowing massive new construction.

While I'm on this topic, the Federal Government needs oversight of the buckets of money they give to State and cities, which is being wildly misspent, at least in Houston, it's at criminal levels.

This story has been around for a long time.

In the bible, Mary was given by her parent's to a bunch of pedophiles at the temple when she was three and then groomed until she was twelve and "betrothed" to one of the "Joseph's".

Of course, it's only alluded to, but if you read it carefully there is more than meets the eye, especially if you look closely at the art on the subject.
