Here is my Theory (working)

During the Church Commitee, we found out the C*A had a Heart Atack/Fast acting Cancer Gun.

So Pharmakia Comapanies who helped the C*A create the bullets in the gun with the ingredients, heart attack/Fast Cancer inducing ingredients.

Then said to themselves maybe we can use this on the public to make a lot of <<$$$$$$$>>

now we know that it works.

We can reduce the potency and vacinate everyone with it, and slowly create the biggest

cash cow we have ever known by slow dripping

the poison into the general public. Creating the never ending need for us to treat them forever.
