Deranged Jack Smith worked as an ostensibly crooked Prosecutor for the "International Court" at the Hague. The documents proving his crimes was turned over to the DoJ during the Biden regime tenure.

The Hague Court's law philosophy is called "Equity" and means the Judges can do whatever they please; if they deem something "just" they can enforce whatever it is. It's their word rather than the settled law.
