The mother of a baby found dead in a trash can on the University of Tampa campus will be going to trial in March.

Brianna Moore was originally set to stand trial in late July. However, a judge granted her attorney’s request for more time to try the case during a hearing last week, according to the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office.

Moore is facing several charges related to her newborn baby’s death in April 2024. Moore was 19 years old at the time.

According to investigators, Moore’s roommates reported finding a newborn baby girl no longer breathing and wrapped in a towel in the 19-year-old student’s trash can.

Authorities said Moore denied being pregnant at first but later told them she had given birth in her dorm room and held her baby tight to stop the crying.

An autopsy revealed the baby had multiple fractured ribs along her spine and hemorrhaging in her lungs, according to the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office.

The Medical Examiner ruled the baby girl’s cause of death to be homicide.

Moore was charged with aggravated manslaughter, as well as failure to report a death, improper disposal of human remains and child neglect.

Officials said she will stay behind bars until trial.

The State Attorney’s Office also noted that Florida has recently expanded its Safe Haven laws to allow parents to anonymously surrender newborns up to 30 days without any questions.

Parents can leave a newborn with medical staff at any hospital or fire station.

TAMPA, FL (October 18, 2024) — A former University of Tampa student faces charges of aggravated manslaughter of a child and child neglect with great bodily harm after authorities found her newborn baby in a trash can in April. Brianna Moore, 19, was arrested in her home state of Mississippi and will be extradited back to Hillsborough County to face charges. State Attorney Suzy Lopez will hold a press availability today at 1:15pm in the 3rd Floor Auditorium at the State Attorney’s Office located at 419 N. Pierce St. in Tampa.

Brianna Moore’s roommates reported hearing sounds of a baby crying and finding blood in their shared bathroom at McKay Hall on April 27. They called University of Tampa Campus Safety, who dispatched an ambulance to check on Moore. The suspect denied being pregnant and told an officer the blood in the bathroom was from her period.

The following day, Moore’s roommates found a bloody towel inside of the suspect’s trashcan and called police once again. Authorities discovered the dead newborn completely concealed inside of a towel. When Tampa Police interviewed Moore that day, she admitted to delivering the baby in the bathroom and holding the baby tightly to her body until she stopped crying. She told investigators she placed the baby in a towel and put her in the trashcan.

An autopsy revealed the infant had multiple fractured ribs along her spine and hemorrhaging in her lungs. The Medical Examiner determined the cause of death was asphyxia due to compression of the torso with the manner of death being homicide.

“It breaks my heart to know that this baby girl could still be alive today if this woman had alerted authorities that she needed help. Instead, she took actions that directly lead to the death of her newborn baby. This is a difficult and nuanced case to prosecute, and our community must continue to educate women about the many resources available to them in situations like this one. This baby’s death was avoidable,” said State Attorney Suzy Lopez.

Florida lawmakers recently expanded the state’s Safe Haven laws in July to allow parents to anonymously surrender unwanted newborns up to 30 days after birth without any questions. A parent who has just given birth can surrender a child to medical staff at a hospital or any fire station.

Moore faces a total of four charges including aggravated manslaughter of a child, child neglect with great bodily harm, unlawful storage, preservation or transportation of human remains, and failure to report death to medical examiner or law enforcement.

More Ukrainian drones target Moscow in renewed raid

Russia’s air defenses destroyed more than a dozen incoming Ukrainian drones approaching the capital overnight, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has said. The country’s Defense Ministry reported over 150 interceptions across multiple regions.

The intercepts occurred in the Bryansk, Oryol, Kaluga, Rostov, Tula, Kursk, Smolensk, Voronezh, and Moscow regions, with at least 158 hostile targets downed since 6:15pm Friday, the ministry said at arround 7:00am Saturday.

 

At least 13 of those drones were intercepted en route to Moscow, according to Sobyanin. There were no reports of casualties or damage, with emergency crews responding to the crash sites, according to the official.

Ukraine has been conducting UAV raids deep into Russian territory for months, often striking residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure.

The Russian government has decried the strikes as “terrorist attacks” which deliberately target civilians.

 

Kiev has intensified attempted drone attacks on Moscow over the past week, according to Sobyanin, who has been reporting similar nightly raids since Wednesday.

Last month, Sobyanin told reporters that the city’s air defense system operates at the “highest level,” intercepting 99.9% of targets.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov earlier emphasized that Russia employs layered air defense systems to minimize the threat posed by drone attacks.

The Russian military has carried out a series of strikes on Ukrainian defense industrial complex facilities involved in the production of drones and missile parts, the Defense Ministry in Moscow has said.

The oversight attacks involved high-precision air, land, and sea-based weaponry, as well as UAVs, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

“All of the intended facilities have been hit,” it read.

 

The ministry said in a separate statement that Russian warplanes, drones, missile forces and artillery targeted a Ukrainian military recruitment center, an airfield, and launch sites of Kiev’s UAVs.

Temporary deployment sites of the Ukrainian military were struck in more than 130 locations over the past 24 hours, it added.

 

The Ukrainian Air Force reported Russian strikes in Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava, Kharkov, Nikolaev and Sumy Regions as well as in other parts of the country.

Over the past week, Kiev has intensified its drone raids targeting Russian territory, including Moscow.

The Russian authorities describe the incursions, which happen on a regular basis, as “terrorist attacks,” saying that they are deliberately aimed at civilian infrastructure and residential areas.

 

The Russian Defense Ministry said earlier on Saturday that some 180 Ukrainian UAVs had been shot down inside Russia between 6:00pm on Friday and 11:30am on Saturday, with more than dozen of them having been en route to Moscow.

Russia frequently conducts drone and missile strikes on Ukrainian military infrastructure, maintaining that its operations do not target civilians and accusing Kiev of placing air defense systems in densely populated areas.

Drone pilots from the 4th Border Guard Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine used FPV drones to destroy a fuel and lubricants depot, three communication antennas, a UAV launch point, and three combat positions of Russian invaders on the Southern Slobozhanshchyna front.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced by the Kharkiv Operational Tactical Group on Telegram, which also released a video of the strikes.

 

"Drone pilots of the 4th Border Guard Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, operating as part of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, continue to effectively target enemy forces on the Southern Slobozhanshchyna front.

Using FPV drones, they precisely destroyed a Russian fuel and lubricants storage site, three communication antennas, three Russian combat positions, and a launch point for enemy drones," the message states.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, aerial reconnaissance units of the 4th Border Guard Detachment of the State Border Guard Service used Baba Yaga drones to destroy 11 Russian hideouts in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector.

Troops foil bandit attack, intercept surveillance drone in Katsina

Troops of Operation FANSAN YANMA have foiled a suspected bandit attack on military camps in Sabuwa and Faskari Local Government Areas of Katsina State.

The soldiers also intercepted an unidentified surveillance drone believed to have been deployed by the criminals.

 

According to a post on Friday by security analyst Zagazola Makama on X, the incident occurred around 10:25 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, when armed men on motorcycles were seen moving suspiciously around the Maiganguma village axis within the two LGAs.

Makama said a drone was also spotted hovering over Dandume and Machika villages, particularly near the Operation Sharan Daji Camp and Machika Military Super Camp.

 

Troops immediately launched checks across all security formations to determine if the drone belonged to any friendly force, but all units denied ownership or deployment of any UAV in the area.

The drone reportedly maneuvered behind Wori Rock and later re-emerged, prompting patrol teams to open fire. It was eventually flown back toward Wori Rock and disappeared.

 

The motorcycle-riding suspects fled into the bush and escaped arrest. No casualties were recorded.

Security authorities said investigations were ongoing to identify those behind the drone surveillance and uncover any links to planned attacks by suspected bandits.

Punjab: BSF recovers drone on Tarn Taran border

Vigilant BSF troops intercepted a drone movement on the Tarn Taran border on Saturday and conducted a search operation in the suspected area to recover a DJI Mavic 3 Classic drone from an irrigated field ahead of the border security fence, adjacent to the village of Khemkaran.

According to the press release from BSF, sharp observation followed by swift action of BSF troops thwarted yet another illicit intrusion attempt of a rogue Pak drone from across the border.

 

Earlier, BSF troops recovered six Pakistani drones along with four packets (over 2.30kg) of suspected heroin from the farming fields near Pulmoran village along the Indo-Pak border in Amritsar.

During the night hours of July 17, the BSF troops on duty intercepted successive drone intrusion on Amritsar border, said the force in a press release.

 

Responding quickly, the technical counter measures deployed on border were activated, which neutralised every narco drone coming from the Pakistan side.

Subsequent search conducted by the BSF recovered four DJI Mavic 3 Classic drones with three packets of suspected heroin (gross weight-1.744 kg) from the farming fields near village- Pulmoran.

The packets of narcotics were found attached to the drones.

British drone fires precision missile for first time in landmark weapons test

A British-made drone has been shot down by using precision missiles for the first time, in a significant breakthrough that could support troops defend against attacks.

The Malloy Aeronautics T-150 successfully deployed laser-directed rockets against flying drones during summer testing in the Utah desert.

 

The Berkshire-based company, a subsidiary of BAE Systems, confirmed the trials demonstrated the quadcopter's ability to destroy both ground-based and airborne targets with precision strikes.

Initially engineered to transport cargo loads of up to 68 kilograms, the T-150 quadcopters have been retrofitted with 70mm laser-guided rockets originally created for American military use.

 

Each drone costs tens of thousands of pounds, while the precision munitions cost approximately £15,000 per unit.

The unmanned aircraft are already operational with the Royal Navy's carrier strike group, ferrying supplies, post and equipment between HMS Prince of Wales and its escort vessels during Indo-Pacific operations.

 

Anthony Gregory, of BAE Systems Air, explained the rationale behind the development. He said: "Everybody can see what's going on in the world with drone technology.

So the counter-[drone] piece is on everybody's lips, and therefore trying to do that in a sustainable and affordable way.

 

"At the minute, people are having to fire patriot missiles and all that kind of stuff.

That's an expensive way of countering a very low-cost threat. So that's the genesis of why we've gone down this avenue."

 

Gregory noted that whilst laser weapons offer low per-shot costs, they require substantial, complex equipment.

Malloy and BAE started the programme to modify the T-150 to make it compatible with precision rockets in February.

 

A video released by the company shows the drone unloading rockets in the air, with missiles hitting a white van on the ground.

The Ministry of Defence has also joined with private companies to develop laser weapons which are capable of destroying enemy drones.

The lasers are set to be fitted on at least four Royal Navy ships from 2027.

 

Gregory argued the drone could be cheaper and would provide armed forces flexibility when trying to protect critical national infrastructure.

He said: "Lasers are big and complex. Per shot, they're incredibly cheap. But they are big, expensive, complex bits of kit.

The price of a drone is going to be cheaper, and you can probably have them in greater [numbers]."

Lawmakers on both sides of Capitol Hill are pressing the Pentagon to get serious about the threat cheap, small drones pose to U.S. forces at home and abroad—and to put them in the hands of American troops as quickly as possible.

Twin drafts of the 2026 defense policy bill making their way through the House and Senate include some of Congress’s strongest language yet in favor of deploying offensive small unmanned aerial systems to spy on or attack America’s foes and protecting U.S. assets from those same aircraft.

 

The Defense Department must make “substantial changes” to its policies and priorities to meet “intense global demand” for counter-drone systems, particularly in the Middle East and the Pacific, House lawmakers wrote in the draft 2026 National Defense Authorization Act.

“The Department has consistently returned to request from Congress additional counter-UAS authorities, despite not fully using available counter-UAS authorities,” the House Armed Services Committee said.

 

The congressional push to protect against a technology once seen as the purview of hobbyists comes as the Pentagon pledges to bolster U.S. drone manufacturing and rush them to the field.

“We will speed up the timeline of rapid innovation,” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said July 16. “We have to, on behalf of our warfighters, on behalf of the threats that we face around the globe, on behalf of the changing face of warfare.”

High-level interest in Washington could help the U.S. regain lost ground in an area of asymmetric warfare that has gained popularity and effectiveness while the Pentagon has poured money into high-end, stealthy equipment.

 

Ukraine’s June 1 surprise attack on Russian military aircraft using more than 100 small drones gave U.S. leaders a stark example of the havoc explosives-laden quadcopters can wreak at a fraction of the cost of traditional military vehicles and weapons.

Operation Spiderweb damaged more than three dozen aircraft at bases deep inside Russia, including around 10 that were destroyed, according to official and independent assessments.

 

The operation, which followed the January 2024 drone attack that killed three U.S. troops at a secluded base in Jordan, has injected new urgency into counter-UAS efforts after years of piecemeal attempts to shield American military installations from small drones with defenses ranging from nets to lasers.

Those initiatives are hindered by gaps in policy, law, and technology that have left the federal government struggling to identify, track, or destroy unfamiliar drones.

“The [Federal Aviation Administration] tends to frown on us shooting things down out of the sky,” Jeff Waksman, the Army’s acting installations chief, told senators June 25.

 

Now House legislation would order the Air Force to launch a pilot program with the FAA to plug into civil airspace monitoring tools to detect and identify troublesome drones loitering by domestic military installations.

At least two bases would be involved in the pilot, according to the chamber’s defense policy bill.

 

Another initiative would require the military to buy anti-drone defenses to protect four facilities or assets and deploy them within a year after the bill becomes law.

The Army’s Coyote counter-UAS system, designed by Raytheon, could also be useful for protecting Navy vessels, the House committee added.

 

The pilot programs could help resolve the shortcomings that allowed for one of the most high-profile incursions in recent years, when drones of various sizes surveyed Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, over the course of 17 nights in December 2023.

Langley is home to Air Combat Command headquarters as well as a fleet of F-22 Raptors, one of America’s most advanced fighter jets.

While then-Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh said last October the drones—including some the size of a small car—didn’t appear malicious, the military was trying to determine who controlled them nearly a year after the incident.

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) said June 26 the Defense Department still hadn’t offered lawmakers satisfactory answers about the airspace violation.

 

The House bill would also codify the Pentagon’s Joint Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office as the joint organization responsible for coordinating the military’s efforts to defeat small drones.

The office is tasked with developing a counter-UAS strategy and working with U.S. Northern Command to roll out new equipment and tactics in the field.

 

Other language calls for more details on small drones designed to collect intelligence that lack a clear path for regular use in the field, and for the Army to consider adding counter-UAS training into boot camp.

One amendment pushed for new armor to better protect troops from shrapnel flung by drone attacks.

 

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Allvin suggested earlier this summer that troops must also train differently to defend bases from drones after decades without fear of airborne threats.

Airmen are combining various counter-UAS tools and rethinking how to fend off attacks at home and abroad, he said.

 

“Having a unit trained ahead of time to know how to defend the base and … the force generation that it provides is absolutely key,” he told members of the House Armed Services Committee June 5. “I think we’re making some progress on that.”

The Republican-led tax-and-spending package enacted earlier this month also provides $1.3 billion to bring on new counter-UAS equipment.

The “One Big, Beautiful Bill” includes $50 million to accelerate the development of autonomous, one-way attack drones, as well as $1 billion to grow the industrial base for those systems.

 

Senators are likewise pushing the military’s acquisition and research officials to come up with a plan to revive American industry’s ability to build small drones.

Though groups like the Defense Innovation Unit’s Replicator program and Air Force’s Task Force 99 in the Middle East have made headway on repurposing commercial drones for combat use, and ground units carry military-grade UAS to scout out unfamiliar areas, the U.S. military hasn’t widely embraced the offensive possibilities that small drones offer.

That could soon change.

 

Defense officials earlier this week touted plans to arm U.S. troops with low-cost drones through a flurry of new domestic UAS manufacturing.

Perusing 18 drone prototypes arrayed in the Pentagon courtyard July 16, Hegseth pledged to cut through red tape that has slowed drone production and called for more designs that rely on commercial components rather than bespoke parts that take longer to create.

 

Emil Michael, undersecretary of defense for research and engineering, said recent directives from the White House and Pentagon look to broaden the scope of drones the military will accept.

Hegseth’s July 10 memo also allows base-level commanders to decide whether troops can use a certain drone rather than pushing that request up to the Pentagon’s top echelons.

 

The goal is to make drone warfare cheaper, more resilient, more powerful, and farther-reaching.

In the memo, Hegseth said he expects small drones will be “integrated into all relevant combat training” ahead of field experiments to prove their worth in real-life conflicts.

Drones apprehend people coming to the border

Drones have been used to survey the U.S.-Mexico border for more than 20 years, but relying on unmanned aircraft to help law enforcement track migrant criminals and cartel traffickers remains a sophisticated technological operation that requires constant upgrading.

That is especially true in rural areas like Cochise County, Arizona, where drones have provided the local sheriff’s department with aerial views of 6,200 square miles of terrain that line 83 border miles for several years.

But in a rural setting that includes wide swaths of desert and 10,000-foot mountain peaks, aging aircraft with limited battery life add to the challenge of effectively manning the border.

 

Drones that were considered state-of-the-art just three years ago are now available in the toy department of the local Walmart, Capt. Tim Williams, who oversees the department’s Special Operations division, said.

But the Cochise County department is part of a pilot program partnered with the world’s oldest drone manufacturer.

Hybrid-style drones being developed by Canadian tech company Draganfly will offer the Arizona department with unmanned aircraft that measures 9 feet wide, can travel up to 75 mph and can help apprehend criminals.

 

Williams calls the upgrade a “100% force multiplier” that, once fully operational in 2026, will eliminate much of the guessing game associated with securing the border.

“Once (deputies) get better information, they’re off to do their mission and there’s not a lot of questions at that point,” Williams told NewsNation.

 

How drones are used along the border

Customs and Border Protection began using the MQ-9 Predator B Unmanned Aircraft System to help monitor the U.S.-Mexico border in 2005. T

he agency has used a small fleet of unmanned aircraft to monitor 6,000 miles of land border and 95,000 miles of shoreline, according to the CBP website.

 

More recently, CBP has used drones to provide aerial support to federal agents and officers in areas like Los Angeles, where anti-ICE protests have continued.

But for local law enforcement departments where working the border is part of daily operations, the need for better air support has gradually increased. unmanned aircraft as part of their personnel ever since.

 

That includes Cochise County, where Williams said that the batteries of existing drones are limited to about 30 minutes.

Because some of the criminals the department is seeking may be up to two hours away, fighting time and dying batteries have created problems.

 

But once the Draganfly drones are ready for use next year, the new aircraft can remain in the air for nearly seven hours, allowing more time for deputies to get to hard-to-reach areas.

“This really opens the door for possibilities of what we can do,” Williams said.

 

Starting with a blank slate

Draganfly CEO Cameron Chell said that despite having existing drones and impressive artificial intelligence technology in place, the aircraft his company is developing has been “future-proofed.”

Besides extended battery life, the new drones can deliver up to 100 pounds in medical supplies, water and other items.

The aircraft also includes two generators to sustain its batteries, high-resolution cameras equipped with facial recognition technology and thermal cameras that can detect body temperatures of anyone in the area.

Once the drone zeroes in on its target, the aircraft that Chell says is the size of a small vehicle and equipped with eight spinning rotors has intimidating hovering capabilities to hold suspected criminals at bay until officers and agents can arrive.

“When this thing comes at you, you’re not going anywhere,” Chell told NewsNation.

 

The Draganfly drones are also designed to cope with the sophistication and jamming capabilities of drones being used by international criminal organizations.

Ron Vitiello, a senior adviser to CBP, recently told NewsNation that he suspects cartels “remain on the cutting edge of technology” and that drones “are part of their business model.”

 

Draganfly’s experience in combat-heavy areas around the world, like Ukraine, is also part of the future-proofing that will allow Cochise County to combat the cartels.

Chell says the cartel members have vast knowledge of not only the local terrain but also of the technology local law enforcement is using.

 

“A lot of it comes down to where we have failed,” Williams said. “We have that experience of what we really want and what we know would be better.”

Once developed, the new stock of drones is capable of sharing real-time information with agencies within 100 miles.

 

Visuals will arrive from a 10,000-foot aerial vantage point and will come from drones that can remain hidden from sight when the situation requires.

“That probably solves about 80% of the issues out there,” Chell, the Draganfly executive, said.

 

Managing data overload critical to the border mission

Despite a significant drop in illegal border crossings since January, Williams said tracking cartel and migrant criminals dressed in “head-to-toe camouflage” hoping to elude authorities remains among his unit’s top priorities.

Although Cochise County’s current drones have facial recognition and thermal capabilities, the fleet’s age limits its overall success.

The Cato Institute has argued that drones are ineffective in apprehending migrant criminals, reporting that drones led to only 0.5% of migrant apprehensions between 2013 and 2016, resulting in a cost of $32,000 per arrest.

 

Yet, despite challenges in combating the cartels and ever-evolving technology, Chell and Williams remain confident that the drones that Cochise County anticipates will soon be part of the department’s standard operating procedure can yield positive results.

But with an array of photos, video images and real-time information all coming in at once, part of Williams’ job comes down to balancing what he is seeing and dispensing necessary information to deputies in the field.

This avoids what Williams calls “data overload.”

 

“It all goes back to we’re trying to make our community safer,” Williams told NewsNation. “With the technology and personnel we have, (new drone technology) just enhances our ability to do that better.

It allows us to add another layer of technology to the border that’s going to make not only finding these individuals (easier) but (allows for) safer apprehensions and getting communities safer overall.”

Many travelers to the U.S. are now subject to a new $250 "visa integrity fee," part of the tax cuts and spending law signed by President Trump on July 4.

 

The fee is effective in the current federal fiscal year, which began on Oct. 1, 2024, and ends on Sept. 30, 2025, according to the text of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. For subsequent years, the amount will be adjusted for inflation, the law states.

 

The fee applies to visitors who come to the U.S. on nonimmigrant visas, such as foreign students attending American universities or workers who receive temporary work visas such as the H-1B, which is often used by companies to hire foreign engineers or other skilled workers.

 

In 2023, the U.S. issued more than 10 million nonimmigrant visas, according to data from the U.S. State Department.

 

Visa holders subjected to the fee may later be reimbursed as long as they comply with their visa's restrictions, such as leaving the U.S. within five days of the visa's expiration, according to the new law. However, the law doesn't specify how visa holders may apply for reimbursement of the fee, nor how the fee will be collected.

 

"The visa integrity fee requires cross-agency coordination before implementation," a spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security told CBS MoneyWatch in an email. "President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill provides the necessary policies and resources to restore integrity in our nation's immigration system," it added.

 

Given that fee isn't yet set up to be collected, it's unclear whether the visa integrity fee will be retroactive. The Department of Homeland Security didn't immediately respond to a question about whether the fee would be collected retroactively.

Materials That Shouldn’t Exist

Nolan’s government connections opened doors to analyzing physical materials allegedly recovered from UFO incidents. Working with legendary researcher Jacques Vallée, he examined metal fragments that defied conventional explanation.

One sample from Ubatuba, Brazil, dating to the late 1950s, consisted of 99.999% pure silicon — a level of purity requiring sophisticated industrial processes that weren’t available at that time or location.

“There’s no 99.999% silicon anywhere on planet Earth. It’s all contaminated,” Nolan stated.

 

Even more intriguing, some samples contained isotope ratios that don’t match anything found naturally on Earth. Every element on our planet has predictable isotope signatures based on how Earth formed.

Finding materials with different ratios suggests either extraterrestrial origin or manufacturing processes beyond our current understanding.

 

Technology That Summons UFOs

Perhaps the most extraordinary revelation is that Nolan’s team has developed technology that can allegedly attract these phenomena.

Through the Skywatcher organization, they’ve discovered an electromagnetic sequence that seems to summon UFO appearances. “I was there when it happened,” Nolan testified.

“We go out on these week-long events in like the middle of nowhere, and stuff shows up.”

This represents a potentially revolutionary breakthrough — the ability to study these phenomena on demand rather than waiting for random encounters.

 

Physics-Defying Characteristics

Based on government data and military reports, Nolan describes five characteristics of these phenomena that challenge our understanding of physics: instantaneous acceleration and deceleration, no visible propulsion systems, no heat signatures despite extreme speeds, no flight surfaces for lift generation, and the ability to travel seamlessly between air, water, and space.

The energy requirements are staggering. Nolan calculated that moving even a one-ton object at the speeds tracked by military radar would require more energy than the entire nuclear output of the United States for a year.

 

A Disturbing Conclusion

After years of analyzing classified medical data, impossible materials, and working directly with intelligence agencies, Nolan has reached a startling conclusion:

“If something is here, it’s likely been here longer than humans have even been civilized.” He referenced Charles Fort’s observation that “Earth is probably somebody else’s property.”

Mossad Chief Pushes For US Assistance In Removing Gazans To Outside Countries

 

According to a new report by Axios, Mossad director David Barnea visited Washington this week to seek US support for Israel's efforts to persuade regional countries to accept large numbers of Palestinians which Israel plans to forcibly remove from Gaza.

 

Citing two sources familiar with the discussions, Axios reported that Barnea informed White House envoy Steve Witkoff that Israel has been holding talks with Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Libya about taking in Palestinian refugees. This as there's been on and off negotiations with Hamas, which haven't produced any truce settlement, and the war with Hamas has continued to spiral.

 

While Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed that any relocation of Gaza’s population would be "voluntary," many international legal experts and war monitors argue that such a plan would amount to ethnic cleansing and should be deemed a war crime.

 

The sources cited in Axios said Barnea told Witkoff that the three countries showed a willingness to accept substantial numbers of Palestinians, and that he suggested the US provide incentives to encourage their cooperation.

 

In the case of two of the countries, Ethiopia and Libya, there are long-simmering clashes and the potential for renewed civil war present. Libya in particular is actually controlled by at least two rival governments and powerful warlords have sway over the east.

 

It doesn't appear that Witkoff has committed to supporting the proposal, and representatives from the three named countries have not issued public statement.

 

Back in February, President Trump put forward an ultra-controversial proposal to expel all two million Palestinians from Gaza, paving the way for Israel transform the strip into the "Riviera of the Middle East."

 

It was at that time that US officials reportedly began to pressure Prime Minister Netanyahu to identify countries willing to take in large numbers of Palestinians displaced from the Gaza Strip as a result.

Some of the probable estimates are that there could be a peaceful exchange of knowledge and technology, a cultural exchange where both parties learn different things about each other, or they could also be some sort of invasion or biological warfare.

All of these are speculations, of course.

 

In the past many predictions made by Baba Vanga and Living Nostradamus have turned out to be true. For instance, Baba Vanga had predicted 9/11 event, death of Princess Diana, among other things.

Similarly, the living Nostradamus has also been able to accurately predict Covid-19 pandemic and Queen Elizabeth's death.

Will their latest prediction doing the rounds about aliens making contact with humans turn out to be true? We shall find out in some months time.

Afghan data leak: Details of more than 100 British spies and SAS operatives included in breach

 

The details of more than 100 Britons including spies and special forces were included in a huge data leak that resulted in thousands of Afghans being secretly relocated to the UK, it has been revealed.

 

Defence sources have said that details of MI6 spies, SAS and special forces personnel featured in the spreadsheet after they had endorsed Afghans who had applied to be brought to the UK.

 

The dataset, containing the personal information of nearly 19,000 people who applied for the Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (Arap), was released “in error” in February 2022 by a defence official.

 

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) became aware of the breach more than a year later, when excerpts of the spreadsheet were anonymously posted in a Facebook group in August 2023.

 

Other details leaked included the names and contact details of the Arap applicants and names of their family members.

 

The information was revealed on Tuesday, July 15, after a super-injunction was lifted by a High Court judge.

 

Defence Secretary John Healey offered a “sincere apology” on behalf of the British Government for the data breach in a statement on Tuesday.

 

He later told the Commons the spreadsheet contained “names and contact details of applicants and, in some instances, information relating to applicants’ family members, and in a small number of cases the names of members of Parliament, senior military officers and Government officials were noted as supporting the application”.

All Palestinian nationals from the Gaza Strip who are not protected by the United Nations can receive refugee status in France because of "the risk of persecution by the Israeli armed forces," the nation's National Court of Asylum (CNDA) ruled on Friday.

 

This follows a previous ruling in September 13, 2024, that Palestinian nationals from the Strip protected by the UN could apply for refugee status in France given the fact that their protection on the spot could no longer be ensured.

 

Friday's decision was made under the 1951 Geneva Convention "because of the methods of warfare used by Israeli forces since the end of the ceasefire concluded on 19 January 2025 in March 2025."

 

It was sparked by a Gazan woman's application to CNDA for international protection alongside her son due to the fact she was not legally protected by the UNRWA the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East). Their case marks the first time in France that a resident of Gaza has been granted the status of refugee by CNDA.

 

The mother and son had been taken care of by the France embassy in Cairo and were able to enter France thanks to two consular passes, where they were then granted protection by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA) under European law "in view of the situation of indiscriminate violence of exceptional intensity resulting from the armed conflict between Hamas forces and the Israeli armed forces, in accordance with a case law of the Court of 12 February 2024."

 

Following this, the applicants asked CNDA to recognize them as refugees on the basis of the 1951 Geneva Convention relating to the Status of Refugees.

The Court announced that, following an examination of their application, and taking into account the current situation in the Gaza Strip following the end of the ceasefire in March 2025, the mother and son would be personally persecuted on account of their "nationality,” by the Israeli armed forces which control a substantial part of that territory.

 

In reaching this conclusion, CNDA relied on available public sources, in particular reports by UN bodies. It concluded that Israel's methods of warfare, "which directly and indiscriminately affect the entire civilian population of Gaza" are “sufficiently serious [to be considered] as acts of persecution.”

 

Grounds for granting refugee status under the Geneva Convention

The five grounds for granting refugee status under the Geneva Convention are persecution due to “membership of a group united by its cultural, ethnic or linguistic identity, its common geographical or political origins, or its relationship with the population of another State.”

Despite France not officially recognizing a Palestinian state, considering the two “stateless persons in Gaza,” it found that they possessed the characteristics of a ‘nationality” and were therefore eligible.

Australia Delivered Most Promised Abrams Tanks To Ukraine

 

Australia announced on July 19 that it had delivered the majority of the 49 pledged M1A1 Abrams main battle tanks to Ukraine.

 

“The Albanese Government continues its steadfast support for Ukraine, with the transfer of the first tranche of Australian-gifted M1A1 Abrams tanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Defense Minister Richard Marles said in a statement.

 

The American-made tanks were sent to Ukraine as a part of the 1.5 billion Australian dollars ($980.4 million) allocated in assistance for the country in response to the special military operation launched by Russia more than three years ago. The rest of the tanks will be delivered in the coming months, according to Marles.

 

The tanks are of the M1A1 AIM v.1 version, which keeps the same 120 mm L/44 M256 smoothbore gun and the Honeywell AGT1500 multi-fuel turbine engine, but features several upgrades.

 

These upgrades include a Forward-Looking InfraRed, or FLIR, and Far Target Locate sensors, a tank-infantry phone, communications gear, including FBCB2 and Blue Force Tracking to aid in crew situational awareness, and a thermal sight for the .50 caliber machine gun.

 

This version is not, however, equipped with the depleted uranium armor, which remains exclusive to the tanks in service with the U.S. military.

 

A total of 59 M1A1 AIM tanks were sold by the U.S. to Australia. Thus Ukraine could, in theory, receive more than the reported 49 tanks.

The company has quietly brought in dozens of veterans from Unit 8200, Israel’s shadowy military intelligence unit known for blackmail, mass surveillance, and targeted killings.

 

Many of these hires took place as Israel escalated its war on Gaza, and as CEO Tim Cook publicly expressed support for Israel while disciplining employees for pro-Palestinian expressions. A MintPress News investigation has identified dozens of Unit 8200 operatives now working at Apple. The company’s hiring spree coincides with growing scrutiny of its ties to the Israeli government, including its policy of matching employee donations to groups such as Friends of the IDF and the Jewish National Fund, both of which play a role in the displacement of the Palestinian people. The intense pro-Israel bias at the corporation has led many former and current employees to speak out.

 

This investigation is part of a series examining the close collaboration between Unit 8200 and Western tech and media companies. Previous investigations examined the links between Unit 8200 and social media giants like TikTok, Facebook and Google, and how former Unit 8200 spies are now responsible for writing much of America’s news about Israel/Palestine, holding top jobs at outlets like CNN and Axios.

 

A Few (Dozen) Bad Apples

Israel’s international reputation has taken a severe hit amid multiple spying scandals and ongoing attacks against its neighbors. During this same period, Apple has ramped up its recruitment of former Israeli intelligence personnel.

 

The Silicon Valley giant has hired dozens of former agents from the controversial Israeli intelligence outfit, Unit 8200, raising questions about the corporation’s political direction.

 

Nir Shkedi is among the most prominent examples. From 2008 to 2015, he served as a commander and Chief of Learning at Unit 8200, leading a team of approximately 120 operatives who developed new artificial intelligence tools to perform rapid data analysis.

 

Unit 8200 is at the forefront of this technology, and is known to have used AI to auto-generate kill lists of tens of thousands of Gazans, including children. These tools helped the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) bypass what it called human targeting, “bottlenecks,” and strike huge numbers of Palestinians.

 

Shkedi has been a physical design engineer at Apple’s Bay Area campus since 2022.

Milstein’s support for violent extremist Jewish groups is known, yet he retains his seats on the boards of “mainstream” Jewish groups as diverse as the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), which lobbies Washington on behalf of Israeli interests, and the Jewish Funders Network, which supports a number of liberal and “anti-racist” causes, including Roberta Kaplan’s ongoing Charlottesville lawsuit and the Anti-Defamation League.

 

Milstein’s most egregious hypocrisy is displayed with his Canary Mission project, which blacklists nationalists, Muslims, and leftists that are critical of Zionism or Jewish power in the name of “fighting hate.” Recently Canary Mission put the spotlight on this author, labeling me a “white supremacist journalist” with a profile attached that falsely and dishonestly links me to a supposed conspiracy to kill Jews by giving them COVID.

Opelika – Military compound either in or very near town.

Aliceville – WWII German POW camp – capacity 15,000

Ft. McClellan (Anniston) – Opposite side of town from Army Depot;

Maxwell AFB (Montgomery) – Civilian prison camp established under Operation Garden Plot, currently operating with support staff and small inmate population.

Talladega – Federal prison “satellite” camp.

 

ALASKA

Wilderness – East of Anchorage. No roads, Air & Railroad access only. Estimated capacity of 500,000 Elmendorf AFB – Northeast area of Anchorage – far end of base. Garden Plot facility.

Eielson AFB – Southeast of Fairbanks. Operation Garden Plot facility.

Ft. Wainwright – East of Fairbanks

 

ARIZONA

Ft. Huachuca – 20 miles from Mexican border, 30 miles from Nogales Rex ’84 facility.

Pinal County – on the Gila River – WWII Japanese detention camp. May be renovated.

Yuma County – Colorado River – Site of former Japanese detention camp (near proving grounds). This site was completely removed in 1990 according to some reports.

ARKANSAS

Jerome – Chicot/Drew Counties – site of WWII Japanese camps Rohwer – Descha County – site of WWII Japanese camps Blythville AFB – Closed airbase now being used as camp. New wooden barracks have been constructed at this location. Classic decorations – guard towers, barbed wire, high fences. Berryville – FEMA facility located east of Eureka Springs off Hwy. 62. Omaha – Northeast of Berryville near Missouri state line, on Hwy 65 south of old wood processing plant. Possible crematory facility.

 

CALIFORNIA

Vandenburg AFB – Rex 84 facility, located near Lompoc & Santa Maria. Internment facility is located near the oceanside, close to Space Launch Complex #6, also called “Slick Six”. The launch site has had “a flawless failure record” and is rarely used. Norton AFB – (closed base) now staffed with UN according to some sources.

 

Tule Lake – area of “wildlife refuge”, accessible by unpaved road, just inside Modoc County. Fort Ord – Closed in 1994, this facility is now an urban warfare training center for US and foreign troops, and may have some “P.O.W. – C.I.” enclosures. Twentynine Palms Marine Base – Birthplace of the infamous “Would you shoot American citizens?” Quiz.

 

New camps being built on “back 40”. Oakdale – Rex 84 camp capable of holding at least 20,000 people. 90 mi. East of San Francisco. Terminal Island – (Long Beach) located next to naval shipyards operated by ChiCom shipping interests. Federal prison facility located here. Possible deportation point.

 

Ft. Irwin – FEMA facility near Barstow. Base is designated inactive but has staffed camp. McClellan AFB – facility capable for 30,000 – 35,000 Sacramento – Army Depot – No specific information at this time.

 

Mather AFB – Road to facility is blocked off by cement barriers and a stop sign. Sign states area is restricted; as of 1997 there were barbed wire fences pointing inward, a row of stadium lights pointed toward an empty field, etc. Black boxes on poles may have been cameras.

 

COLORADO

Trinidad – WWII German/Italian camp being renovated. Granada – Prowers County – WWII Japanese internment camp Ft. Carson – Along route 115 near Canon City

Avon Park – Air Force gunnery range, Avon Park has an on-base “correctional facility” which was a former WWII detention camp. High capacity facility, presently manned and populated with some prisoners. Pensacola – Federal Prison Camp Everglades – It is believed that a facility may be carved out of the wilds here.

 

GEORGIA

Ft. Benning – Located east of Columbus near Alabama state line. Rex 84 site – Prisoners brought in via Lawson Army airfield. Ft. Mc Pherson – US Force Command – Multiple reports that this will be the national headquarters and coordinating center for foreign/UN troop movement and detainee collection. Ft.
