Those seven words, written before Epstein's first arrest, demolish Trump's narrative of minimal contact.

Microsoft has used engineers in China for the maintenance of US Defense Department computer systems with little oversight from US officials, which may leave some of America's most sensitive information vulnerable to Chinese hackers, according to an investigation done by ProPublica.

 

According to the outlet, with Microsoft's arrangement that was established over 10 years ago, the set-up has relied on "digital escorts" who have citizenship in the US and have security clearance to oversee the work of Chinese software engineers in an effort to prevent espionage and hacking. However, ProPublica has found that the "digital escorts" lack the skills necessary to police the foreign actors.

 

“We’re trusting that what they’re doing isn’t malicious, but we really can’t tell,” one of the current escorts told reporters. The "digital escorts" make just over minimum wage for their work. The program has never been made public previously.

 

Although Microsoft said it has disclosed the details of the program with US officials, government workers have never heard of "digital escorts" being used. The program is so low-profile that the DOD's IT department did not have an easy time finding someone who could speak to the details of the arrangement.

 

"Literally no one seems to know anything about this, so I don’t know where to go from here,” Deven King, a spokesman for the Defense Information Systems Agency said.

 

A former executive at the CIA Harry Coker said, “If I were an operative, I would look at that as an avenue for extremely valuable access. We need to be very concerned about that." The former official also wondered if the vulnerability "could be part of an explanation for a lot of the challenges we have faced over the years.”

 

A chief information officer for the DOD during the Biden administration was concerned about the report from ProPublica: “I probably should have known about this," he said, adding that the situation needs a “thorough review by DISA, Cyber Command and other stakeholders that are involved in this."

 

Microsoft did not have executives in the company take questions from the outlet but said that the Chinese personnel work in a manner “consistent with US Government requirements and processes.”

Davis heard about the dismissal the next day and said: “I thought it was an April Fool’s joke”. He added: “But more unprecedented was the way I was prevented before and during trial from presenting my case. The court rejected my original attorney and did not allow me to call any witnesses. Even the Defendants agreed I was entitled to the attorney of my choice.”

 

The Davis appeal counters Totenberg’s decision that Plaintiffs’ claims were speculative and did not represent a cognizable injury to a legally protected interest with three basic arguments:

 

The court erred in finding Plaintiffs no longer had standing since they had no change in status over the 7-year life of the case and standing was already determined years earlier;

Davis presented legally cognizable injuries to justify pursuing his claims such as inaccurate election results, system malfunctions and negligence by the Defendants;

The court abused its discretion by denying Davis the attorney of his choice, the ability to call rebuttal witnesses and previously deposed witnesses, to fully question Defendant witnesses and Plaintiffs’ experts and to designate deposition transcripts for the record.

Attorney David Oles, who argued valiantly for Davis, explained: “Ricardo Davis tried for seven years to show evidence of real problems in the Dominion Voting System. He was denied his day in court when that evidence was excluded.” Co-founder Garland Favorito, who attended trial every day as advisor to Davis, added: “It was the most judicially dishonest decision I have ever seen”.

The priority is for “geographic proximity to the fire perimeters of the Eaton, Hughes, and Palisades fires,” Newsom explained.

 

The California Department of Housing and Community Development’s Notice of Funding Availability for the $101 million pool details how funding will be awarded.

 

Included is $101 million in funding for multifamily low-incoming housing. Such projects must allocate 40% of its units for the homeless, or individuals who have spent at least 15 days in jails, hospitals, prisons, and institutions for mental illness.

 

Jennifer Seeger, the HCD deputy director of the Division of State Financial Assistance, stated that Newsom’s grants will make “funds more accessible to support the development of safe, fire-resilient multifamily low-income housing that will provide long-term stability, protect vulnerable populations, and contribute to a more equitable and resilient Los Angeles.”

 

The plan includes scoring preference for projects that are closer to the fire burn radius, have local government funding commitments, and are ready to start construction within 180 days of awarded funds.

 

It’s also possible to stack funding, contractors could utilize multiple programs within the grant to increase their project’s portion of grant-funded low-income housing units, which Newsom hopes will incentivize a greater supply of low-income housing to completed.

 

The State also released their MFSN Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) in February 2025 providing $382 million for development of affordable multifamily rental housing, which contractors could also leverage.

 

Newsom has also cut back some of California’s notorious red-tape on development to expedite construction. He additionally signed an executive order to remove certain permitting barriers for building homes and schools, accelerate permit approval, as well as delaying changes to the state’s building codes.

 

The debris removal effort was completed earlier this month, setting a record for the fastest disaster clean-up in American history. 16,000 first responders and recovery personnel have participated in the cleanup efforts.

 

Rare for California projects, this effort was completed ahead of schedule.

 

Local officials met with Newsom to unveil a blueprint for recovery, with step-by-step plans to accelerate rebuilding. The plan proports to focus on community needs, provide financial support to “cover gaps”, and ensure critical infrastructure is in place, and undergrounding powerlines.

 

“By prioritizing affordable housing projects that are ready to go, these funds will accelerate household stability, climate and health outcomes in communities,” said Tomiquia Moss, secretary of the California Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency

Trump Chickened Out on Plan to ‘Truly Decimate’ Iran’s Nuke Sites

President Donald Trump passed on a chance to launch a sustained strike on Iran that could have fully dismantled the country’s nuclear program.

 

Months in the making, the plan was crafted by the commander of theU.S. Central Command, Erik Kurilla, a four-star general nicknamed “the Gorilla=” and one of the few voices on the Middle East that Trump actually listens to, NBC News reported.

 

Instead of the one-night strike on three facilities,Kurilla proposed hammering six critical sites repeatedly over several weeks, which would “truly decimate” Iran’s nuclear capabilities, unnamed officials told NBC News.

 

Trump was briefed on the more aggressive plan but ultimately rejected it because he didn’t want to risk dragging the U.S. into another long foreign war given that he has touted himself as the “president of peace” and pledged to rein in America’s foreign entanglements. Trump also reportedly worried that a drawn-out missile campaign could rack up heavy casualties on both sides of the conflict.

 

“We were willing to go all the way in our options, but the president did not want to,” a source told NBC.

 

Instead, Trump greenlit Operation Midnight Hammer, carried out on June 22, which targeted three nuclear sites in Fordow, Isfahan, and Natanz.

 

Officials believe the attack severely damaged the Fordow enrichment facility, setting Iran’s nuclear capabilities at the site back by as much as two years. But the damage at Isfahan and Natanz was far less extensive; Iran could have those sites back up and running within months, sources told NBC.

 

Trump has frequently overstated the success of the military operation even after a preliminary report from the Pentagon showed the attacks did not fully destroy all three of the targeted nuclear facilities.

 

“We destroyed the nuclear,” Trump said in June. “Iran will not have nuclear. We blew it up. It’s blown up to kingdom come.”

 

The Pentagon also seemed to walk back its earlier assessment of the damage to the facilities at Natanz and Isfahan in a statement to NBC News: “The credibility of the Fake News Media is similar to that of the current state of the Iranian nuclear facilities: destroyed, in the dirt, and will take years to recover,” chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell told NBC.

 

“President Trump was clear and the American people understand: Iran’s nuclear facilities in Fordow, Isfahan, and Natanz were completely and totally obliterated,” he added. “There is no doubt about that.”

 

White House spokesperson Anna Kelly further said that Operation Midnight Hammer “totally obliterated” Iran’s nuclear capabilities and that “America and the world are safer, thanks to [Trump’s] decisive action.”

 

The White House and the Pentagon did not immediately respond to a request for further comment from the Daily Beast.

The U.S. Court of International Trade incredibly ruled against the United States of America on desperately needed Tariffs but, fortunately, the full 11 Judge Panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Court has just stayed the order by the Manhattan-based Court of International Trade.

Where do these initial three Judges come from? How is it possible for them to have potentially done such damage to the United States of America?

Is it purely a hatred of “TRUMP?” What other reason could it be?

I was new to Washington, and it was suggested that I useThe Federalist Societyas a recommending source on Judges.

I did so, openly and freely, but then realized that they were under the thumb ofa real “sleazebag” named Leonard Leo, a bad person who, in his own way, probably hates America, and obviously has his own separate ambitions.

He openly brags how he controls Judges, and even Justices of the United States Supreme Court — I hope that is not so, and don’t believe it is!

In any event, Leo left The Federalist Society to do his own “thing.” I am so disappointed in The Federalist Society because of the bad advice they gave me on numerous Judicial Nominations.

This is something that cannot be forgotten!With all of that being said, I am very proud of many of our picks, but very disappointed in others.

They always must do what’s right for the Country!

In this case, it is only because of my successful use of Tariffs that many Trillions of Dollars have already begun pouring into the U.S.A. from other Countries, money that, without these Tariffs, we would not be able to get.

It is the difference between having a rich, prosperous, and successful United States of America, and quite the opposite. The ruling by the U.S. Court of International Trade is so wrong, and so political!

Hopefully, the Supreme Court will reverse this horrible, Country threatening decision, QUICKLY and DECISIVELY.

Backroom “hustlers”must not be allowed to destroy our Nation!

The horrific decision stated that I would have to get the approval of Congress for these Tariffs.

In other words, hundreds of politicians would sit around D.C. for weeks, and even months, trying to come to a conclusion as to what to charge other Countries that are treating us unfairly.

If allowed to stand, this would completely destroy Presidential Power — The Presidency would never be the same! This decision is being hailed all over the World by every Country, other than the United States of America.

Radical Left Judges, together with some very bad people, are destroying America. Under this decision, Trillions of Dollars would be lost by our Country, money that will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

It would be the harshest financial ruling ever leveled on us as a Sovereign Nation. The President of the United States must be allowed to protect America against those that are doing it Economic and Financial harm.

Not that it really matters, but a terribly untalented writer for badly failing Forbes Magazine, Dan Alexander, who probably can’t get a meaningful job in the business, has written so inaccurately about me that it is ridiculous.

I felt a lot of sympathy for Kerry Cassidy when she hit a brick wall in explaining the importance of telling the full truth for leaders of the MAGA movement when it comes to controversial subjects such as Jeffrey Epstein, extraterrestrial life, galactic slave trade, etc.

 

MAGA advocates such as President Trump, Juan O'Savin, etc., constantly pander to the Christian Patriot community. They express themselves in ways so they get the full support of and don't estrange themselves from Evangelical Christians, who make up about 80 million of the US population.

 

The problem is that Kerry is correct; to fully deal with these ET-related problems, one must embrace one's own starseed origins, being an alien hybrid, and being an expression of infinite source intelligence in order to be a courageous truth-teller.

 

However, when it comes to ET disclosure, which is essential for dealing with such problems, Trump, O'Savin, et al., remain silent as they know most Evangelicals regard ETs as demons/fallen angels, and therefore would not support anyone advocating cooperation or dialogue with ETs.

Ballston Spa, New York is a village and the county seat of Saratoga County, New York, United States, located southwest of Saratoga Springs. In 1803, Ballston Spa's Sans Souci Hotel, at the time the largest hotel in the United States, was built by Nicholas Low. Presidents, Vice Presidents, Senators and Governors stayed there, as well as many wealthy private citizens.[5] Ballston Spa was incorporated as a village in 1807.

 

At different times, the village was served by four railroads: the Delaware and Hudson Railway, the Ballston Terminal Railroad, the Schenectady Railway Company,[6] and the Hudson Valley Railway.[7]

 

The village was famous for its mineral water spring used for healing in sanatoria,[8] including the Hawthorne and Lithia springs.

 

The effervescent water, tonic, and cathartic from this city is also known as Ballston Spa. The liquid contains common salt and carbonates of magnesium and calcium.

An investigative report by Reuters in 2021 revealed that AT&T played a key role in creating, funding and sustaining One America News Network (OAN), a far-right TV network known for promoting conspiracy theories.[197] According to 2020 sworn testimony by an OAN accountant, 90% of OAN's revenue came from AT&T. According to OAN founder Robert Herring Sr., AT&T wanted to create a conservative network to compete with Fox News. Court documents showed OAN promised to "cast a positive light" on AT&T during newscasts. AT&T denied the allegations.[198][199] NAACP president Derrick Johnson and comedian John Oliver criticized AT&T for funding OAN.[200][201]

Leaking data to Wall Street

 

In March 2021 the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed suit against AT&T and three of its executives for violating the Fair Disclosure Rule against making selective disclosures of "material nonpublic information" to analysts and others. The SEC alleged that beginning in early 2016 these executives leaked key information to Wall Street analysts in order to manipulate revenue forecasts for the company.[202]

 

In December 2022, without acknowledging any guilt, AT&T agreed to pay $6.25 million in fines to settle the lawsuit. The individual executives were also on the hook for $25,000 each.[202][203]

 

 

John T. Stankey(born 1962) is an American businessman who is the chairman and CEO of AT&T. He previously was AT&T's president and COO and before that CEO of WarnerMedia.[1][2][3] He assumed the CEO role of AT&T in July 2020, succeeding Randall L. Stephenson.[4]

Stankey was raised in Los Angeles, the youngest of three children.[5] His father was an insurance underwriter and his mother a housewife.[5]

In 2018,[11] Stankey was named CEO of WarnerMedia,[12] which owned various media and film corporations, including Warner Bros., HBO, Turner Broadcasting System, and CNN.[13] On October 1, 2019, he became president and COO of AT&T, while continuing to serve as the CEO of WarnerMedia.[14]
