The Q and the plan came from a dude with a blanket over his head time traveling in his mind, looking into the future and using the past and the present to paint a picture..He hadn't eaten in like a week and his homies got him some mcdonalds which he attempted to eat and failed.. it was pretty crazy but that could have been due to the fact he hadn't shit in like two weeks.
