All I found was Rafael Aguilar and Carmelo Marmolejo-Calixto were shot and killed, found in Myrtle Beach, SC, next day after Seth Rich's death.
Socastee is 6-7 hours drive from Washington DC/
But cannot find info about their affiliation with gangs.
