Federal immigration judges fired by the Trump Administration over e-mail this month lashed out at Trump in an interview with CBS Evening News.

More than 100 immigration judges have been fired or resigned since President Trump took office this year.

In July, 20 immigration judges were fired.

Three of the fired judges – George Pappas, Jennifer Peyton and Carla Espinoza – spoke to CBS about their terminations. The disgruntled judges claimed they were politically pressured by the Trump Administration to grant motions to dismiss cases.

“It was arbitrary, unfair,” George Pappas told CBS News of his abrupt firing. “And it’s an attack on the rule of law. It’s an attack on judges.”

“My email was three sentences,” Jennifer Peyton whined. “I had no cause. I had no explanation.”

“We as judges, were in fear, we were concerned,” Carla Espinoza said. “That makes it very difficult to be impartial. We were not succumbing to that pressure but it does feel like pressure.”

Payton whined that once the illegal alien left the courtroom, ICE would handcuff them and whisk them away.

George Pappas, Jennifer Peyton and Carla Espinoza were all federal immigration judges fired this month by email. The three ruled on thousands of immigration cases in Chicago and Boston.

Pappas served as an immigration judge in Boston until this week, overseeing more than 2,000 cases during his two years on the bench. Peyton led Chicago’s immigration court for nearly nine years, hearing thousands of cases until she was abruptly fired over the 4th of July weekend.

Peyton oversaw Espinoza, who was appointed in 2023 and decided more than 1,000 cases in the last fiscal year, double the average for immigration judges.

Peyton told CBS News she received no reason for her firing. Immigration judges are under the authority of the Justice Department’s Executive Office for Immigration Review

MASSIVE Obama Phone fraud!!!

Issa Asad, the owner of Q Link Wireless, an Obama Phone vendor, and his company were ordered to pay $128 million and serve 5 years 'imprisonment' for defrauding the FCC over the Lifeline program (Obama phones).

The company made $618,736,494 off the Lifeline program from 2013-2019.

He and his company stole over $109,000,000 from the government in fraudulent billing and then made up fake records to try and cover this up once he realized he was being investigated.

According to the Federal Register, Q Link Wireless made $618,736,494 from the Lifeline (Obama phone) program from 2013 through 2019.

At least $50 million of his funds were sent to bank accounts controlled by his family in Jordan.

This wasn't Asad's first run-in with law enforcement, either.

In 2014, Asad deliberately ran a man over in a parking lot in Dania Beach, FL over $65 that the victim claimed he was owed for work he completed. The victim, Mike Kramer, died from his injuries after being in a coma for several days.

Asad was originally charged with murder but in 2019, he pled nolo contendere to misdemeanor culpable negligence and was ordered to pay a $225 fine and given one year probation for deliberately running a man over and killing him.

Lets hope "imprisonment" doesn't mean home confinement. If that's the case, stand by for a big story 😎

he House Ethics Committee on Friday told Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to make additional payments for her attendance at the 2021 Met Fashion Gala, where she drew attention for wearing a dress adorned with the message “tax the rich.”

The ethics panel, which found the New York Democrat had underpaid for some of the services and clothing for the event, also issued reports Friday on unrelated ethics allegations against Reps. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania, Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick or Florida and Henry Cuellar of Texas.

In a 31-page report on the allegations against Ocasio-Cortez, the Ethics Committee said she had tried to comply with House rules on accepting gifts but failed by “impermissibly accepting a gift of free admission to the 2021 Met Gala for her partner and by failing to pay full fair market value for some of the items worn to the event.”

As a guest of Vogue, Ocasio-Cortez and her partner received tickets to the gala valued at $35,000, as well as customized clothing, hair and makeup styling and a hotel room to prepare for the high-society event.

The congresswoman worked with an attorney to comply with House ethics rules and paid for most of the goods and services with personal funds, but the ethics panel found “the payments were significantly delayed and some payments fell short of fair market value.”

In a statement, Ocasio-Cortez’s chief of staff, Mike Casca, said: “The Congresswoman appreciates the Committee finding that she made efforts to ensure her compliance with House Rules and sought to act consistently with her ethical requirements as a Member of the House. She accepts the ruling and will remedy the remaining amounts, as she’s done at each step in this process.”

The panel also said Kelly and his wife, Victoria Kelly, should divest of any stock in the company, Cleveland-Cliffs, before the congressman takes any further official actions related to it.

While the committee said it “did not find evidence” that Kelly “knowingly or intentionally caused his spouse to trade based on insider information,” its report also said it “did not receive full cooperation from Mrs. Kelly and was therefore unable to determine whether her stock purchase was improper.”

However, the report said, “Representative Kelly’s failure to acknowledge the seriousness of the alleged misconduct” and of the investigation itself was a violation of the code of official conduct. The committee did “not find a clear violation” of conflict of interest.

The congressman said in a statement Friday, “My family and I look forward to putting this distraction behind us.”

Kelly noted the investigation has “unnecessarily” lasted for nearly five years, and in the time since the Cleveland Cliffs Butler Works plant faced an uncertain future.

“Throughout this process, I have fought for the 1,400 workers at the plant, I’ve spoken with these workers, and they appreciate the hard work we have done to fight for those jobs and for Butler,” Kelly said.

The investigation was launched after a July 2021 referral regarding allegations the congressman’s wife may have purchased stock based on confidential or nonpublic information he had learned during official duties.

The Ethics Committee staff reviewed more than 25,000 pages of documents, the report said, and interviewed people including the congressman. It found Kelly had advocated for so-called Section 232 tariffs for the product the plant produced even after Mrs. Kelly held stock in Cleveland-Cliffs.

“He took several actions to specifically benefit Cleveland-Cliffs during the time his wife had a direct financial interest in the company,” it said.

The House Ethics Committee announced Friday it had unanimously voted to reauthorize an investigative subcommittee to examine allegations involving Florida Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick.

In May, the Office of Congressional Ethics referred several allegations to the House Ethics committee, including claims Cherfilus-McCormick, a Democrat, accepted campaign contributions tied to official actions and requested community project funding for a for-profit entity.

The south Florida congresswoman has previously faced scrutiny over her campaign activities and the use of her congressional office. And earlier this year, a Florida state agency sued a company owned by her family, alleging it overcharged the state by nearly $5.8 million for pandemic-related work and has refused to return the funds.

In a statement, Cherfilus-McCormick underscored that the ethics panel had not reached any final decision and that the further review does not mean she made any violations.

“I fully respect the process and remain committed to cooperating with the Committee as it works to bring this inquiry to a close,” she said.

The House Ethics Committee also reauthorized its investigation into Rep. Henry Cuellar over whether he engaged in multiple illegal abuses of his office. The committee launched its investigation into the Texas Democrat last year after the Justice Department indicted Cuellar on numerous federal charges, including bribery, conspiracy and money laundering.

The committee said in its reauthorization that lawmakers are “aware of the risks associated with dual investigations” and cautioned that “the mere fact of an investigation into these allegations does not itself indicate that any violation has occurred.”

Cuellar’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

FAFO💥: Federal authorities arrested two staff members of a clinic in Ontario, California, for allegedly interfering with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrest.

Earlier this month, Honduran national Denis Guillen-Solis, a landscaper, allegedly left on foot to evade law enforcement and went inside the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center, where he was not a patient.

"To be very clear, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you work, if you assault our agents or otherwise interfere with our operations, you will be arrested and charged with a federal crime," US Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli said.

The criminal warrants were signed off by U.S. Magistrate Judge Sheri Pym for two of the staffers, Jose De Jesus Ortega and Danielle Nadine Davila, for allegedly "forcibly assaulting, impeding, and interfering with a federal officer involving physical contact" and "conspiring to prevent, by force and intimidation, a federal officer from discharging his duties."

Ortega was arrested on Friday morning, and Davila was arrested hours later after being considered at large earlier in the day.

A billboard recently went up in the area, headlined with the demand to “Say No to the Blue Angels.” Below it are pictures of children clutching their ears, a dog, and a Muslim woman wearing a hijab (because, of course, there is). Beside them are the claims that the Angels are “Too Loud,” cause “War Trauma,” and create “Pollution.”

Left wing activists are like spoiled children who have never been told ‘NO’ in their entire lives. It’s why they are often so shocked when they get pushback on their usually insane ideas.

A New Whites-Only Settlement Is Making National Headlines — Here’s Why

Here’s a controversial one for you. A far-right group called Return to the Land (RTTL) has built a whites-only community in northeastern Arkansas and is planning to expand this concept to Missouri.

RTTL characterizes itself as a “private membership association, (PMA)” according to The Independent. The objective is to build a refuge for folks with “traditional views and European ancestry.”

The group, founded in 2023, has established two compounds in the Ozarks. Members live off the grid in a community with cabins, wells, and even a schoolhouse. It rejects multiculturalism, immigration, and “forced integration” and seeks to “separate ourselves from a failing modern society.”

The group bans nonwhites, LGBTQ people, and non-Christians from living in its community.

Co-founder Eric Orwoll describes the community as a “fortress for the white race.” In a promotional video, Orwoll says, “You want a white nation? Build a white town? It can be done. We’re doing it.”

The co-founder has expressed vast ambitions for RTTL, including an international expansion and monetary incentives for white births. “I would like to have more communities so that people in all parts of the U.S. have this as an option if they want.”

He argues that the PMA structure will protect the group’s exclusionary practices from civil rights legislation. “The attorneys we’ve consulted believe what we’re doing is legal,” he said in an interview.”

The group uses social media to recruit followers and raise funds while displaying explicitly racist views. “Even if an individual has all the same values that I have, if they have an ethnic identity that other people share and care about, their children will also have that identity,” he said, explaining his reasons for excluding nonwhites.

Members of the group have shared racist views in its Telegram channel — even going so far as to discuss a “second coming” of Adolph Hitler. Orwoll defended this, saying the mainstream opinion on Hitler is “one-sided” and skewed by World War II propaganda. “I think all historical figures are complex, multi-dimensional,” he said.

He continued, saying “I’m not saying you’re going to have to wait for a new person to start a new Holocaust,” but that “you are going to wait for a charismatic leader who is going to advocate for your interests because that’s how a lot of people see Hitler.”

However, not everyone agrees with the group’s argument about the legalities of the initiative. Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin said, “Racial discrimination has no place in Arkansas or anywhere in a free society.”

Barry Jefferson with the Arkansas NAACP speculated that such a movement could pull the nation backwards. “I just truly believe that we don’t need to get back to the Jim Crow era.”

When pressed about his references to Adolf Hitler and RTTL’s white supremacist content, Orwoll doubled down, saying history’s view of Hitler is “one-sided” and asserting: “I am saying you are going to wait for a charismatic leader who is going to advocate for your interests because that’s how a lot of people see Hitler.”

Legal experts have also disagreed with RTTL’s arguments about the legal issues surrounding its community. But so far, nobody has filed a lawsuit against the group. Orwoll insists that RTTL is merely exercising “freedom of association.”

So, my views on this story might be a bit controversial — but I’m actually fine with what this group is doing. After all, why in the name of all that is holy would I want to live next to braindead racists?

I am a strong supporter of racists going away from the rest of us to build their own communities. I have no desire to live among people who treat me as inferior because my skin is darker than theirs. In fact, I don’t believe most white people want to associate with people like this either.

So if they want to move away from everyone else, it works for everyone, doesn’t it?

The thing about racism is that, while I despise it, it likely won’t affect me or others like me unless they are using the government to exert their will on us. As long as these people aren’t trying to inflict their racism on others through violence or other types of force, they can do whatever they want — far away from me, preferably.

Of course, there is the question of whether people having racist attitudes can harm society. Sure, it can. However, this is a societal issue that can — and has — been largely resolved through dialogue and persuasion. People like musician Daryl Davis, a black man who got people to leave the KKK by befriendeing them, are prime examples of how these issues can be solved — especially in 2025 when we are no longer living under Jim Crow.

But the reality is that there will always be ignorant racists in every demographic group. If these people want to leave our non-racist society, then perhaps we should simply say "good riddance" and go about our lives.
