When will we have cures for Chron's Disease, IBS?

We already know what the cure is (gut bacteria), but they won't release it, and no amount of reaching out to the FDA has helped. Even the guy in DC right now trying to get meetings with the FDA and HHS is being totally frozen out. To be fair, he's kinda a weird guy, but being chronically ill is like that. How much longer do we have to wait?

Please help the chronically ill, not just the boomers who are sick, help us young people. We are the Fucked Generation.
