Newly declassified records report that
President Obama, VP Biden, Clapper, Comey + others were briefed August 3, 2016 by Brennan on the "intelligence received concerning the referenced plan by the Clinton campaign."
This provides more context to the "Brennan Notes" that were declassified by then DNI, now

"Brennan's handwritten notes stated, in part, 'We're getting additional insight into the Russian activities (that) cite alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on 26 July of a proposed plan by one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a Scandal claiming Russian interference by the Russian security services."

We uncovered this annex, along with thousands of other documents, buried in a back room at the FBI.
It revealed a highly classified piece of the Durham report: evidence that the Clinton campaign plotted to frame President Trump and fabricate the Russia collusion hoax.
We worked with Chairman Grassley and declassified the documents immediately. And now the American people can see the truth for themselves.
The Russia hoax was a disgrace that President Trump and our country should’ve never been put through.
