They can print any number of shares to sell to anyone and can then move those positions off balance sheet Enron style. Mutual Funds don't have any stocks just IOU's shit is way more fucked up than anyone thinks. Gamers exposed that shit in 2021 and they had to turn off the buy button because shit was about to explode. Since then they made it so there is literally almost zero real supply and demand. That is why Bitcoin is so attractive. Real supply and demand. MVIS might be great but that won't stop them from keeping the price LOW
