As part of this investigation consider not only the victim but those that knew the victim who may be a target of the DS that these people would have been a life line for. Understand that these people have no regards for life whatsoever, but only for their criminal system. They consider all targets fair game, and will even kill the youth if they feel they will one day avenge their relatives. As part of their cruelty, they will even kill a targeted individuals life lines first, so that they can torture their targeted entity to a greater extent.
