But there’s something even more revealing within the interview.

Context:Devin Nunes is the chair ofthePresident’s Intelligence Advisory Board, an alternative mechanism-to review and analyze global and domestic intelligence information– with overlay against truth and reality that underpins the issue(s). (The President’s IAB is basically another Intelligence Agency keeping an eye on all the 18 others, to make sure truth is told)

Action:Accepting the intent of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, now insert the recent DNI Tulsi Gabbard's directiveto stop information sharing with allied countriesas it specifically relates to President Trump’s efforts to create a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia.

Nunes says what we all know,the DOJ under Trump never investigated all the criminal referrals from the house to them. Sessions, Barr and everyone below the DOJ, FBI, IC angencies, even Congress and senate all betrayed Trump and allowed the Russia Hoax to continue.

I wonder if that is why in Oct 2024 Trump fired Barr, he was allowed to say he resigned, but he was fired.

Territory is not what Russia is interested in – Lavrov

Moscow’s goal is to defend the Russians and Russian-speaking people in Ukraine from persecution, the foreign minister has said

Russia has no interest in seizing Ukrainian land but wants to protect ethnic Russians and Russian-speaking people from persecution by Kiev, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.

In an interview with NBC on Sunday, Lavrov was askedwhether halting Moscow’s military offensive was the only concession it was prepared to make.

”We don’t have any interest in territories. We have the biggest territory on Earth,”Lavrov said. “What we are concerned about… is the people who live on those lands, whose ancestors lived there for centuries.”

Lavrov saidMoscow’s goal is “to remove any security threats to Russia coming from Ukrainian territory” as well as “to protect the rightsof the ethnic Russian and Russian-speaking people who believe they belong to Russian culture and Russian history.”

“The only way to protect them against this Nazi regime is to give them the right to express their will,”he stressed.

Lavrov went on to underscore that “Ukraine has the right to exist,” but it should be ready to “let people go.”

He noted, however, thatUkrainian officials have consistently sought to dehumanize and portray as “terrorists” peoplein its five former regions that voted to join Russia in 2014 and 2022.

Since the Western-backed armed coup in Kiev in 2014,Ukraine has moved to sever centuries-long ties with Russiaand introduced restrictions on the Russian language in the media. It has also sought to phase out Russian in schools, and impose broader curbs on its use in social life.

Kiev has also embarked on a campaign to eliminate cultural ties with Moscow, particularly through its controversial decommunization campaign, which involved renaming cities, streets, and landmarks that bore Soviet-era or Russian-linked names.

US seeking diplomacy, EU pushing war – Lavrov

European NATO members insist that Russia cannot be allowed to prevail in the conflict, the foreign minister has said

Kiev’s backers in Europe want the conflict in Ukraine to continue, unlike US President Donald Trump, who seems to have genuinely embraced the path of diplomacy, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.

Speaking in an interview with NBC aired on Sunday,Lavrov said that the reaction of many European officials to the summit in Alaska, and alsotheir rhetoric during follow-up talks several days later involving Vladimir Zelensky, revealed that the European NATO nations remain as bellicose as everabout the Ukraine conflict.

“The reaction… of these European representatives and what they were doing… indicates that they don’t want peace.They say we cannot allow the defeat of Ukraine. We cannot allow Russia to win,” Lavrov said.

Meanwhile,the minister noted that US President Donald Trump has opted for another approach. “We respect President Trump because President Trump defends American national interests,” he said, adding that the US leader seems to respect Russian President Vladimir Putin for doing the same for his country.

“What… they discuss between themselves is not a secret.We want peace in Ukraine. President Trump wants peace in Ukraine,” Lavrov stressed.

He also noted that Russia and Ukraine came close to a peace agreement early in the conflict during talks in Istanbul. “We proposed several times a peaceful resolution on a diplomatic basis.And as I said, it was not us who blew up the deal… in April 2022. It was personally [then-UK Prime Minister] Boris Johnson and… several officials from the Biden administration, the French and the Germans.”

During those negotiations, Russia and Ukraine discussed a draft agreement that entailed a neutral status for Ukraine, a scaling back of Kiev’s military, and security guarantees. Moscow has accused Johnson of intervening to urge Kiev to reject the proposed deal and continue fighting, a claim the ex-UK prime minister has denied.

Following the Alaska summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Trump held talks with Zelensky and several European leaders, which focused on potential security guarantees for Kiev. Several European governments have also floated the idea of deploying troops to Ukraine once the conflict ends, a step Russia has described as a red line.

Outline #5 – The Prequel

If you have followed the construct of the Trump-Russia collusion story, you are likely outraged that accountability has not followed. There’s a very frustrating reason for that and I will explain howtwo distinctly different issues are being conflated. Separating them is the key.

Thefirst issue is the FBI’s illegal surveillanceof presidential candidates’, including candidate Donald Trump. Thesecondissue is the Clinton campaign inspiredRussia-Collusion story, that led toCrossfire Hurricane, colloquially known as “Russiagate.”

All investigative emphasis, including John Durham, has been on the latterwhich takes you into a DC silo construct where all tentacles lead to dead ends and inaction.

Russiagate was a Clinton-inspired political smear campaign that was given the patina of credibility by the FBI opening the investigation called “Crossfire Hurricane.” If you focus on that storyline, you end up with zero accountability and endless talk that goes nowhere.

However, if President Trump and DNI Tulsi Gabbard reveal the first element, the FBI’s illegal surveillanceof candidate Donald Trump, that path has a physical trail and documents that cannot be deflected by political obfuscation.

♦THE FBI SURVEILLANCE– The original agreement between Clinton and Obama going back to 2008 was for Obama to take the nomination, the presidency and then eventually support Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election bid.

Obama would be President. Obama would appoint Clinton to Secretary of State, Hillary would then use her office to build wealth for herself and her family, and then HRC would exit the Dept of State to begin her presidential run.

John Podesta would enter the Obama administration as Hillary left (post Benghazi mess) in 2013. Podesta would look out for Hillary’s interests from his position inside the Obama White House.The Clintons and Obamas never fully trusted each other.

Barack Obamawould put all the mechanisms into place that would transition his administration into Hillary Clintons’. That was always the plan running in the background.

In 2015 Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama had a check-in meeting; just touching base to firm up the goals and objectives as Hillary began her campaign launch. Podesta then left the White House to take up position inside the campaign, and Obama would maintain Clinton’s interests as planned without a monitor.

All of President Obama’s appointments in/after 2015, were essentially through the prism of assisting Hillary Clinton to win in 2016. Attorney General Loretta Lynch (tarmac meeting), Deputy AG Sally Yates, Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe and FBI Director James Comey were all part of that.

This is a key point missed by many. In the last two years of Obama, the cabinet and top-tier members of the administration would align their institutional interests to that of Hillary Clinton.

Technically Hillary had eyes and ears all over the White House at the time, and with Hillary Clinton being a foregone conclusion per the expectations of Washington DC, everyone would fall in line during the transition from Obama to Clinton.

Again, this was the general plan.Obama would show up in 2016 to campaign for Hillary and all would be seamless.

The FBI was aware of the plan for transition from Obama to Clinton. Hence,the FBI role in eliminating the threat later presented by the Hillary Clinton laptop scandal, private servers and the subsequent issues of her receiving and transmitting classified information.

Remember,Clinton’s motive as Secretary of State was to sell her position for material wealth. That’s why she used a personal email, maintained her own servers, and generally controlled how her activity could be monitored and tracked. [Also, she didn’t fully trust Obama]

The FBI activity was to support, defend and facilitate the Clinton effort.This is again a key to understanding “Russiagate.”

After March 2016 (Super Tuesday) it became obvious Donald Trump was going to win the Republican nomination. Trump would be Clinton’s opponent.

♦The surveillance – Using access to the NSA database, the U.S. Govt., specifically “FBI Contractors”, began doing political surveillance of Donald Trump’s campaign. This intel was then sent to the Clinton team. Clinton would benefit from knowing the communication inside the Trump campaign. All of that intel was in the metadata captured by the NSA and searched by the FBI contractors. Clips 1 and 2

All of this activity was political surveillance, using govt resources to feed the Clinton team the info.

♦”RUSSIAGATE”– When the Clinton campaign launched the Russia Collusion dirty trick move against her opponent Donald Trump, originally using Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson, the role of the Obama administration was to facilitate the political hit, and at the very least not impede it.Hence, former CIA Director John Brennan briefing Barack Obamaon the status of the Russia collusion hoax as it spread in 2016 via the Clinton campaign.

However, as a result of the circle of information, Obama had a problem. The sourcing of the intel could trace to the illegal FBI surveillance of the NSA database. That’s why they needed a plausible shift within the surveillance. That’s where the Carter Page FISA comes in.==

Specifically because President Obama was, by extension, now a participant in the Clinton created “Russia Collusion hoax,” and specifically because his administration officials were participants in the process (DOJ, FBI), when President Trump won the 2016 election President Barack Obama was now exposed by the threat the operation represented. This context is the impetus for the January 5, 2017, meeting and subsequent Susan Rice memo.

Following the surprising result in the 2016 election, theteam around Obama was constructing plausible deniability.

PresidentObama did not orchestrate the Russia Collusion hoax; he facilitated itby not interfering with his administration officials who were assisting Hillary Clinton.This is a key distinction.

President Obama knew what was going on and he was willfully blind as it was carried out. However, the mess andfallout from the effort his FBI and DOJ officialsput into assisting Hillary Clinton eventuallyrepresented a threat to President Obama.

With an assist frompressuring allies in the legislative branch, Robert Mueller and all 19 of his Clinton-aligned Lawfare operatives were put into place to cover-up the mess createdwithin the Russia Collusion operation. Mueller +19 Lawfare embedscontinued the Crossfire Hurricane operation, while the extreme Lawfare strategy was deployed against the Trump administration.

That’s the short, encapsulated version.

The Russia Collusion hoax was created by Hillary Clinton, spread to media through Fusion GPSand given the patina of credibility by the DOJ and FBI. President Obama facilitated the operation by not interfering in it, until it became a threat to him personally.

Both the Obama and Clinton political teams supported and organized the Robert Mueller cover-up. All of this activity is because Hillary Clinton was supposed to win.They all knew the “dirty tricks” that were deployed and specifically what systems were utilizedin order to carry it out.

♦ Awakening the public.Among the information President Donald Trump has requested for declassification, there are two important document sets being overlooked.

#1 is the 2017 99-page opinion of FISA Courtpresiding Judge Rosemary Collyer covering 2016 FBI Contractor abuse of the NSA database.Tulsi Gabbard needs to get the unredacted version, read it and declassify it.[Yes, revealing the names of the actual FBI contractors]

#2 are the NSA “audit logs” which were preserved by NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers, as outlined in his testimony. Where does NSA store their audit logs?

Both document trails outline the FBI conducting political surveillance of the 2016 Republican Presidental nominee, Donald Trump.

This is the originating data that follows a parallel path in the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

Both paths, (1) the FBI illegal political surveillance, and (2) the Clinton campaign Russia Collusion/Crossfire Hurricane investigation, intersect at the Carter Page FISA warrant, and merge together. However, it is important to see them as two distinctly different paths.

The illegal surveillance pathwas made legal retroactivelyby the FISA Warrant against Carter Page.

Investigating ‘Russiagate‘, as dirty and unseemly as it was, takes you to a place where politics infected the DOJ/FBI and every participant carries plausible deniability.However, investigate the 2016 illegal surveillance of Donald Trump’s campaign via the NSA database and all of that activity cannot be justified.

Do you understand the difference?

If you understand the difference above, then you start to realize why John Solomon is focusing on Russiagate. Beware the person who picks up the flag at the front of the parade, for they are likely steering the crowd for a reason. (Sundance has mentioned Solomon before, andnow John is interviewed by Epoch Times as a hero which is very strange. Remember the two IC guys told John what to focus on, and he did it. Sarah Carter was not included and gets no credit.)

Focus on the FBI surveillance of the GOP in 2016, byfocusing on how they exploited the NSA database.

As to the Audit Logs preserved by Director Rogers, there are two strong likelihoods:

#1) I suspect one of the workstations involved in the database searches could be identified as an FBI workstation in the DC Law Office of Perkins Coie. At least that workstation could be in communication with the NSA search results.

#2) I also suspect one of the workstations involved in the database searches will be located in the office of Samantha Power at the State Department; with a user id login designated to Power (but she may not have physically logged in). This would be an external, non-domestic, workaround to the legal limits of surveillance. A log-in that can take place from any country not technically bound by the 4th amendment search restrictions found domestically==.

Both #1 and #2 above are directly connected to Hillary Clinton. #1 was her campaign law firm, and #2 was her former office in the State Dept.

Bottom line. Authorized “contractors” with the USIC were conducting illegal political surveillance on the 2016 GOP presidential contenders and funneling the results to the Clinton campaign.

There is a document trail directly to this activity, and audit logs showing exactly who was doing it.(Maybe Admiral Rogers has access to it or turned it over to someone trustworthy that would release it when needed. Its needed now by PDJT and Tulsi now.)

US President Donald Trump has announced the appointment of a new ambassador to India and special envoy for South and Central Asian affairs.

Sergio Gor, who originates from the former Soviet republic of Uzbekistan, has served the Trump administration as Director of Presidential Personnel, playing a critical role in recruitment, and is regarded as one of the president’s most trusted advisers.

Announcing the move on social media, Trump described Gor as a “great friend” and longtime ally, praising his loyalty and work within the administration. “Sergio’s role as Director of Presidential Personnel has been essential to delivering on the unprecedented Mandatethat we received from the American People,” he wrote on Friday. “For the most populous Region in the World, it is important that I have someone I can fully trust to deliver on my Agenda and help us, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.”

UN watchdog reacts to Ukraine’s attack on Russian nuclear plant

A drone has damaged a transformer at the facility, causing a fire, Russian officials have said

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is “aware” of reports about a fire at the Kursk nuclear power plant (NPP) in Russia,which it said started due to “military activity.”(the cowards will never name Kiev as the repeating culprit)

Russian officials earlier said that the plant, located about 50km from the border with Ukraine,had been targeted by a drone raid.

Air defense forces overnight reportedly intercepted a Ukrainian UAV which detonated on impact near the Kursk NPP,damaging an auxiliary transformer and triggering a fire, which was later put out.

“Radiation levels at the site and in surrounding areas remained unchanged,”a statement on the NPP’s official Telegram channel read.

While no casualties were reported, the NPP had to decrease the load on one of its three working units by 50%, officials said.

In a post on X on Sunday,the IAEA stopped short of assigning the blame, saying only that it “is aware of media reports that a transformer at the Kursk NPP in Russiahas caught fire due to military activity. While the IAEA has no independent confirmation of these reports, [Director General] Rafael Grossi stresses that ‘every nuclear facility must be protected at all times.’”

The Kursk nuclear facility was put at risk due to the conflict with Ukraine, particularly after Kiev’s military invaded the regionin force in August 2024. Russian officials declared in April that Ukrainian troops had been expelled from Kursk Region following a months-long counteroffensive.

Russian authorities have claimed that Kiev intended to seize the site,warning that if such plans had succeeded, it could have caused a nuclear accident on par with the 1986 Chernobyl disaster.

The Kursk NPP has also come under several Ukrainian strikes in recent months.

Ukraine issues military warning to Belarus

Upcoming ‘Zapad’ military drills will feature the Russian Oreshnik intermediate-range hypersonic missile

Ukraine has told Minsk to stay away from its borders during upcoming joint military exercises with Russia to be held in Belarus. The warning came ahead of the ‘Zapad-2025’ military drill, scheduled for September 12–16.

Belarus allowed Russian forces to use its territory when the conflict with Ukraine escalated in February 2022. Since then,Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has repeatedly said that Minsk has no intention of attacking Kievand will only resort to military action if his country is attacked

In a statement on Friday, Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry accused Belarus of aiding Moscow and issued a caution.

“We warn Minsk against reckless provocations and urge it to remain prudent, refrain from approaching the borders, and avoid provoking Ukraine’s Defense Forces,” Kiev’s Foreign Ministry has said.

This year's military exercises, which include counter-sabotage operations, drone warfare, electronic interference scenarios, and assaults, will also feature the Russian Oreshnik intermediate-range hypersonic missile, according to Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin. First battle-tested in November 2024 in a strike on Ukraine’s Yuzhmash facility in Dnepr, Russian officials have compared its conventional destructive power to that of a low-yield nuclear strike.

US approves sale of cruise missiles to Ukraine – WSJ

The US has approved the sale of 3,350 air-launched ERAM cruise missiles to Ukraine,the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday, citing two unnamed US officials.(bullshit then, divide and conquer tactic against the U.S. and Russia)

The munitions, which have a range of up to 280 miles, will reportedly arrive in Ukraine within six weeks.Several US officials told the WSJ that Ukraine would have to seek the Pentagon’s approval when using them.

While US President Donald Trump had criticized the previous administration of Joe Biden for its unconditional aid to Kiev,he said earlier this week that Ukraine has “no chance of winning”unless it is capable of striking targets in Russia. Ukrainian troops have been steadily losing ground to Russian forces over the course of 2025 and struggled to replenish their ranks.

After months of uncertainty over America’s commitments, Trump said in July that any additional weapons delivered to Ukraine would be paid by NATO members in Europe.

Ukraine’s key European backers, including France and Germany, are increasingly pushing for further weapons deliveries as part of security guarantees to be provided to Ukraine after the end of the conflict. Russia, however, maintains that Western military aid is an obstacle to reaching a peace deal.

The Pentagon has blocked Ukraine from striking deep inside Russia with American-supplied missiles, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported Saturday, citing US officials.

According to the paper, the Department of Defense has been preventing Kiev from firing long-range ATACMS missiles since late spring. On at least one occasion, Washington reportedly turned down a Ukrainian request to hit a target on Russia’s internationally recognized territory.

The WSJ linked the policy shift to President Donald Trump’s effort to “entice” Moscow into peace talks. Last week, Trump met with Russian President Vladimir Putin for the first time since 2019 and several days later held talks with the leaders of Ukraine, NATO, the EU, and several European states in Washington.

Although Trump urged Moscow and Kiev to reach a peace deal as soon as possible,he said on Thursday that Ukraine has “no chance of winning”without striking Russia.

Trump has also criticized the previous administration for providing unconditional military aid to Ukraine andin February accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky of “gambling with World War III.”

Russia has warned that by supplying Ukraine with weapons, Western countries are de facto directly participating in the conflict. Moscow has listed an end to foreign military aid as one of its conditions for a lasting ceasefire.

‘Resist’ IRS Lawyer Put On Leave After Daily Wire Report On Far-Left Advocacy

A top IRS lawyer who once advocated for action to “resist” President Donald Trumphas been placed on administrative leave as officials probe whether he has put his words into action at the powerful tax-collecting agency, The Daily Wire has learned.

The inquiry was launched after The Daily Wire reported on Wednesday that Anthony Sacco, a lawyer for the IRS Chief Counsel’s office,has a history of advocating for far-left positions, including fighting back against Trump, whom he now serves under. Sacco holds a key role at the IRS, where he interprets how convoluted federal tax law is applied in specific situations.

Sacco was brought on by the Biden administration as a career employee in September 2022. The vast majority of positions at the IRS are considered career roles, with only the commissioner and chief counsel being politically appointed. Before joining the IRS, Sacco worked under Oregon Democratic Senator Ron Wyden for the Senate Finance Committee, according to his LinkedIn.

In his role at the IRS, Sacco has co-authored multiple revenue rulings under both Biden and Trump, including as recently as April 17, 2025. Revenue rulings are authoritative IRS interpretations of how tax laws are applied by agency officials.

Sacco locked his X account shortly after The Daily Wire reached out to him for comment, but not before his posts were archived. His posts included calls for Democrats to “pack” the Supreme Court as a way to “resist” Trump.

“The Republican Party has completely obliterated principles, integrity, and norms. Screw ‘going high.’ Pack the Court. #resist #gop #election#vote #packthecourt,” he posted to X in September 2020 ahead of the vote to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.

The disciplinary action came as the Trump administration works to root out government bureaucrats who may attempt to stymie the president’s agenda.

On Thursday, Treasury Secretary and Acting IRS Commissioner Scott Bessent received a briefing from IRS officials that included a discussion of the Trump administration’s push to de-weaponize the federal government, the department told The Daily Wire. They discussed Bessent’s desire to make the IRS a non-political agency after years of accusations that it was targeting Christian groups and conservative advocacy organizations.

Present at the meeting were IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who investigated Hunter Biden over his shady tax practices. Both Shapley and Ziegler said the Biden administration retaliated against them based on their investigation into Hunter.

When made aware of the posts, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) called for Sacco to be fired.

“With deep state leftists in its leadership, it is no wonder the IRS has repeatedly targeted conservatives and conservative organizations,” Cotton told The Daily Wire on Wednesday. “This individual should be fired immediately.”

In another post, he shared a call from anthem-kneeler Colin Kaepernick to “abolish” the “white supremacist institution of policing” and another post that claimed “policing is based on race” and that the job itself was “racist.”

Outside of social media, Sacco helped prepare a lengthy academic article published by the Harvard Law Review that argued that prisons should be abolished. In the article, the primary author argued “that white supremacy is deeply woven into the fabric of every legal institution in the United States.”

Gorsuch Gives Rogue Courts The Smackdown They Deserve

America’s lower judiciary is out of control — and Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch is putting it on notice.

In a Thursday order, the nation’s highest court granted (in part) a request by the Trump administration to temporarily pause a lower court blockade on the National Institutes of Health’s bid to terminate DEI-related grants totaling nearly $800 million. The ruling was 5-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts and the court’s Democrat appointees saying they would have denied the administration’s application in full.

The granting of stay was one of several instances in which the Supreme Court has been asked to weigh in on injunctions issued by (primarily) left-wing district judges. Such orders have often come at the behest of Democrat activists seeking to sabotage the Trump administration via a judicial coup.

In addition to signing onto the majority’s Thursday decision,Gorsuch penned a concurring opinion in the case in which he ripped into the lower judiciary’s out-of-control behavior. While noting that “[l]ower court judges may sometimes disagree with this Court’s decisions … they are never free to defy them.”

Citing a related case recently before the Supreme Court (Department of Ed. v. California), the Trump appointee highlighted how the high court “granted a stay [in that case] because it found the government likely to prevail in showing that the district court lacked jurisdiction to order the government to pay grant obligations.” He wrote,“Californiaexplained that ‘suits based on “any express or implied contract with the United States”’ do not belong in district court under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), but in the Court of Federal Claims under the Tucker Act.”

“Rather than follow that direction, the district court in this case permitted a suit involving materially identical grants to proceed to final judgment under the APA,” Gorsuch wrote. “As support for its course, the district court invoked the ‘persuasive authority’ of ‘the dissent[s] in California‘ and an earlier court of appeals decision California repudiated … That was error.”

Gorsuch went on to underscore that “the promise of our legal system that like cases are treated alike means that a lower court ought not invoke the ‘persuasive authority’ of a dissent or a repudiated court of appeals decision to reach a different conclusion on an equivalent record.”More to the point, however, he noted that the district court’s apparent rebuke of the precedent very recently established by SCOTUS in the California case is not an isolated incident among the lower courts.

“If the district court’s failure to abide by California were a one-off, perhaps it would not be worth writing to address it.But two months ago another district court tried to ‘compel compliance’ with a different ‘order that this Court ha[d] stayed,'” Gorsuch wrote.“Still another district court recently diverged from one of this Court’s decisions even though the case at hand did not differ ‘in any pertinent respect’ from the one this Court had decided… So this is now the third time in a matter of weeks this Court has had to intercede in a case ‘squarely controlled’ by one of its precedents.”

The Trump appointee concluded his concurrence by laying down a marker in the sand that, regardless of their personal opinions, lower court judges are obligated to abide by the Supreme Court’s guidance and the existing constitutional framework.

“All these interventions should have been unnecessary, but together they underscore a basic tenet of our judicial system: Whatever their own views, judges are duty-bound to respect ‘the hierarchy of the federal court system created by the Constitution and Congress,'” Gorsuch wrote.

Gorsuch was joined in his opinion by Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who concurred in part and dissented in part, according to Thursday’s order.

Report: Boston Police Secretly Helping ICE Nab Illegals Behind Mayor Wu’s Ban

==Boston cops are defying left-wing Mayor Michelle Wu by secretly providing immigration officials with information to help arrest criminal illegals, according to acting ICE Director Todd Lyons.=+

Wu has been prominent among the many extremist Democrat mayors who are openly rebelling against federal immigration law, welcoming illegal aliens, and demanding that her administration block the enforcement efforts of ICE and other federal law enforcement officials.

But, if Lyons’ comments can be believed, many Boston police officers are engaging in a rebellion of their own.

“They can’t cooperate openly out of fear of getting in trouble or getting fired. But they’re helping us anyway,” Lyons said on the Howie Carr Show on Wednesday.

Lyons added that Boston is not the only city where police officers are quietly aiding ICE.

“That’s the issue we’re seeing in so many jurisdictions,” Lyons continued. “We have so many men and women on the Boston Police Department and other jurisdictions that are so pro-ICE, that want to work with usand that are actually helping us behind the scenes.”

“And that’s what I think local leaders don’t understand, is they need to talk to the men and women on the ground, because… there are so many of these criminal aliens that keep getting released to go out and commit more crimes that the local law enforcement have to deal with. We can take that violent criminal alien instantly out of the neighborhood,” he added.

Meanwhile, Wu is hyperbolically accusing ICE officers of being something akin to neo-Nazis or being Trump’s “secret police.”

Lyons, though, is unimpressed with Wu’s name calling and recently said he and his department intends to “flood the zone” to enforce immigration law despite Wu’s censures.

“We’re definitely going to, as you’ve heard the saying, flood the zone, especially in sanctuary jurisdictions,” Lyons told Carr.

“Boston and Massachusetts decided to say that they wanted to stay sanctuary,” Lyons told the conservative talker. “Sanctuary does not mean safer streets. It means more criminal aliens out and about the neighborhood. But 100%, you will see a larger ICE presence.”

European Postal Services Suspend Shipment of Packages to US over Tariffs

ATHENS, Greece (AP) – Multiple postal services around Europe announced Saturday that they are suspending the shipment of many packages to the United States amid a lack of clarity over new import duties.

Postal services in Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Italy said they will stop shipping most merchandise to the U.S. effective immediately. France and Austria will follow Monday, and the United Kingdom Tuesday.

Under a decree signed by President Donald Trump last month, international goods that were previously exempt from U.S. tariffs – those valued under $800 – will be subject to import duties from Aug. 29. Letters, books, gifts and small parcels worth less than $100 will continue to be exempt.

A trade framework agreed by the U.S. and the European Union last month set a 15% tariff on the vast majority of products shipped from the EU.

Many European postal services say they are pausing deliveries now because they cannot guarantee the goods will enter the U.S. before Aug. 29.They cite ambiguity about what kind of goods are covered by the new rules, and the lack of time to process their implications.

Starting Saturday, Deutsche Post and DHL Parcel Germany said they “will no longer be able to accept and transport parcels and postal items containing goods from business customers destined for the US.”

Postnord, the Nordic logistics company, and Italy’s postal service announced similar suspensions effective Saturday.

“In the absence of different instructions from US authorities … Poste Italiane will be forced, like other European postal operators, to temporarily suspend acceptance of all shipments containing goods destined for the United States, starting August 23. Mail shipments not containing merchandise will continue to be accepted,” Poste Italiane said Friday.

Shipping by services such as DHL Express remains possible, it added.

Björn Bergman, head of PostNord’s Group Brand and Communication, said the pause was “unfortunate but necessary to ensure full compliance of the newly implemented rules.”

In the Netherlands, PostNL spokesperson Wout Witteveen said the Trump administration is pressing ahead with the new duties despite U.S. authorities lacking a system to collect them. He said that PostNL is working closely with its U.S. counterparts to find a solution.

“If you have something to send to America, you should do it today,” Witteveen told The Associated Press.

Austrian Post, Austria’s leading logistics and postal service provider, stated that the last acceptance of commercial shipments to the U.S., including Puerto Rico, will take place Tuesday.

France’s national postal service, La Poste, said the U.S. did not provide full details or allow enough time for the French postal service to prepare for new customs procedures.

“Despite discussions with U.S. customs services, no time was provided to postal operators to re-organize and assure the necessary computer updates to conform to the new rules,” it said in a statement.

The UK’s Royal Mail said it would halt U.S. shipments on Tuesday “to allow time for those packages to arrive before duties kick in.” Items originating in the U.K. will require a 10% duty for items over $100, it said.

PostEurop, an association of 51 European public postal operators, said that if no solution can be found by Aug. 29 all its members will likely follow suit.
