They were looking for a prior owner who has had no interest in the property for over 5 years.

There is no incentive for domestic enemies to do their job correctly when they face no penalty for doing it incorrectly. Deprivation of rights under color of law is a CRIME. When those domestic enemies raided that house, the homeowners rights were violated.

No. Scotus does not grant a right and can not take a right away, we the people reserve and retain our rights, even those not enumerated in the constitution (9th amendment).

It was recognized as a right to burn a flag under freedom of expression, because burning a flag for political expression is exactly that, freedom of expression. Speech is NOT just verbal, or symbolism is also speech.

What IS happening is Trump is doing what cops do every single day, trying to find a loophole around rights and charge them under something else, like cops do when they charge someone who flipped them off with improper signal or disorderly conduct, only Trump is doing it to shine a light on it.
