A California school district has enacted a new rule for young girls who are uncomfortable sharing a bathroom with biological males pretending to be girls, requiring the girls to file a mental health accommodation request.

The Temecula Valley Unified School District TVUSD has reportedly enacted a rule that tells female students who feel uncomfortable sharing bathroom space with biological males must file a mental health accommodation request under federal law if they want privacy.

The move has prompted outrage from parents and others who say that the rule treats those girls who object to sharing private space with biological males as the problem and treating their request for privacy as a type of disability.

The form, required by the school district, falls under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and California Education Code § 56000.

U.S. District Court Judge Dianna Gibson ruled that the maps need to be redone because state lawmakers ignored an independent commission that was established by voters to limit partisan gerrymandering.

 

A judge on Monday ordered the Republican-dominated Utah legislature to redraw its congressional map ahead of the 2026 midterms, after the body appeared to ignore safeguards voters put in place to ensure districts aren’t gerrymandered.

 

The Congressional map, which was drawn in 2021, divided the Democratic Salt Lake County into the state's four districts, which diluted Democratic influence. The districts have since been won by Republican candidates, per the Associated Press.

 

U.S. District Court Judge Dianna Gibson ruled that the maps need to be redone because state lawmakers ignored an independent commission that was established by voters to limit partisan gerrymandering.

 

"[The violation lies in] the legislature’s refusal to respect the people’s exercise of their constitutional lawmaking power and to honor the people’s right to reform their government,” Gibson wrote in the ruling.

 

The ruling comes as redistricting feuds dominate state politics ahead of the midterms. The feud picked up when Texas debated its map, which it adopted last week and potentially gives Republicans five more seats in Congress. California then advanced an effort to redo its map to offset the Republican advances in Texas.

 

Democratic leaders in New York and Illinois have also floated redoing their maps to help offset Texas' gains, but Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said his state's efforts to redo its districts come after blue states were already gerrymandered.

The digging began.

Using LinkedIn—no special access required—a picture emerged.

CMN's team: Former intelligence operatives. Ex-Secret Service. DCGS-A (Distributed Common Ground System-Army) specialists—battlefield intelligence infrastructure installed at a former president's home.

They share a motto with Mission1st Group:

"We do what others will not."

 

Then, the network revealed itself: Chris Cooper and Roger K., Secret Service veterans who called themselves "TSD Wizards." Cooper's timeline:

March 2021: Retires from Secret Service

February 2022: Returns to the Secret Service

Roger K. followed the same pattern.

US President Donald Trump has said he would like the United States to obtain ownership of the land where its military bases are located in South Korea, instead of leasing it.

 

Sitting alongside South Korea’s new president, Lee Jae-myung, on Monday, Trump claimed thatWashington has invested heavily in infrastructure on the Korean Peninsula and maintains “over 40,000 troops” there, yet the land under those facilities remains leased from Seoul.

 

“Maybe one of the things I’d like to do is ask them to give us ownership of the land where we have the big fort,” he said. “I would like to see if we could get rid of the lease and get ownership of the land where we have a massive military base.”

 

Trump did not specify which military “fort” he meant.The largest US facility in South Korea, Camp Humphreys, was completed in 2018after a decade-long relocation project and billions in funding from both governments. The United States currently operates its overseas bases under long-term lease agreements and Status of Forces treaties, which grant Washington operational control while maintaining de jure sovereignty for the host country.

 

The actual number of American troopscurrently stationed in South Korea is estimated at around28,500, making it one of the largest US military presences abroad after Japan and Germany. Trump said that during his previous term Seoul had agreed to cover the costs of US troops’ upkeep, but that President Joe Biden had reversed the arrangement.

 

“We were getting paid billions of dollars. But then Biden ended that for whatever reason,” Trump said, calling the move “unbelievable.”

 

Trump’s remarks are consistent with his long-standing view that Washington’s partners must pay more for American “protection,” whether through direct financial contributions, larger defense budgets, or expanded economic ties with the US.

 

During both his first and current term, he has pressed NATO members to increase their military spending, repeatedly threatening to reconsider commitments and arguing that US taxpayers should not shoulder what he calls a “disproportionate burden.”

 

The South Korean leader has not publicly responded to Trump’s comments. North Korea has for decades criticized the US military presence as an occupation force and condemned its drills with Seoul as rehearsals for invasion.

Several layout patterns are often recommended to take advantage of how people scan or read through a design. 3 of the more common are the Gutenberg diagram, the z-pattern layout, and the f-pattern layout.

 

Z-Pattern Layout

As you would expect the z-pattern layout follows the shape of the letter z. Readers will start in the top/left, move horizontally to the top/right and then diagonally to the bottom/right before finishing with another horizontal movement to the bottom/right.

 

The z-pattern is sometimes called a reverse-s-pattern, which might indicate more of a curved path as opposed to the hard angled path. Otherwise they’re basically the same thing.

 

The main difference with the Gutenberg diagram is that the z-pattern suggests viewers will pass through the two fallow areas. Otherwise they still start and end in the same places and still pass through the middle.

 

As with Gutenberg a designer would place the most important information along the pattern’s path.

 

The z-pattern is good for simple designs with a few key elements that need to be seen. Any storytelling aspect of the design would follow the path of the z.

Trump threatens sanctions and tariffs on Ukraine

Russia will not face restrictions alone if no progress in settling the conflict is made, the US president has warned

 

Washington could impose sanctions and tariffs on both Russia and Ukraine if the two adversaries fail to make progress in settling hostilities, US President Donald Trump has said.

 

Trump made the remarks to reporters at the White House on Tuesday. The US president said thatit “takes two to tango,” suggesting that Ukraine’s leader, VladimirZelensky, “was not exactly innocent” as far as the lack of progress in ending the conflict.

 

“Thousands of young people, mostly young people, are dying every single week. If I can save that, by doing sanctions or by just being me, or by using a very strong tariff system that’s very costly to Russia or Ukraine or whoever we have,” Trump stated.

 

He also reiterated his readiness to slap new restrictions on Moscow. “We want to have an end. We have economic sanctions. I’m talking about economic because we’re not going to get into a world war,” he said.

 

Trump also seized the opportunity to take jabs at his predecessor Joe Biden, calling him “grossly incompetent” for allowing the Russia-Ukraine conflict to happen in the first place.

 

“Nobody goes into a war thinking they’re going to lose. They go in – I’m sure that Ukraine thought they were going to win. It’s going to be, you know, we’re going to win.You’re going to beat somebody that’s 15 times your size. Biden shouldn’t have let that happen,” Trump stated.

 

The US president also appeared to dismiss Moscow’s concerns about the legitimacy of Ukraine’s leader, suggesting that such statements were mere talk.

 

“Doesn’t matter what they say. Everybody’s posturing. It’s all bullsh*t, ok? Everybody’s posturing,” Trump told reporters.

 

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov reiterated Moscow’s stance in an interview with NBC aired on Sunday. Russia’s top diplomat called Zelensky the “de facto head of the regime,” and stressed the person signing any peace deal must have legal authority to do so.

Apple defies Trump with India production plans – media

The iPhone maker plans to invest $2.5 billion to boost manufacturing in the South Asian country

 

Apple Inc. is defying US President DonaldTrump’s request to reduce manufacturing in India and is planning to invest about $2.5 billion to boost iPhone production in the South Asian country, the Times of India (TOI) reported on Tuesday.

 

The newspaper cited Indian government sources as saying that the company would make 60 million iPhones per year in the country, up from the current 40 million.

 

In May, Trump told Apple CEO Tim Cook that he didn’t want the tech giant to manufacture in India. “I said to him [Cook], ‘my friend, I treated you very good. You’re coming here with $500 billion, but now I hear you’re building all over India. I don’t want you building in India,’” the US President told reporters in May.

 

During the company’s quarterly earnings call in May, Cook said themajority of iPhones sold in the US “will have India as their country of origin.”

 

An Indian government source told TOI this week that such “expansion plans will continue as previously envisaged.”

 

Imports from India to the US will get more expensive as of Wednesday, when Trump’s 50% tariffs come into place. However, smartphones, computers, and other electronics are exempted from these tariffs.

 

Apple exported $17 billion-worth of iPhones from India last year and also secured a significant double-digit market share in the country’s domestic premium smartphone sector.

 

With more than 60 million iPhones expected to be sold annually in the US by the end of 2026, Apple would need to double production in India, according to analysts.

The main reason, according to Cook, is the skill required in tooling engineering. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. touted that the One Big Beautiful Bill dramatically raises funding for rural hospitals, during Tuesday’s White House Cabinet meeting.

 

Kennedy was the first member of Trump’s Cabinet to provide an update on their work and emphasized the meeting is “about working Americans, bringing jobs back to this country, and particularly rural America.”

 

“I want to mention the Big, Beautiful Bill. Right now, we spend 7 percent of Medicaid dollars on rural hospitals. They’re getting the short end of the stick. It’s about $19 billion a year,” he explained.

 

“Under the Rural Transformation Program, we give theman extra $10 billion a year, so we’re raising aninfusion of cash to rural hospitals and rural communities by 50 percent,” Kennedy added.

 

Kennedy said the funding boost will do wonders for rural communities.

 

“It’s going to be the biggest infusion in the history, and it’s going to restore and revitalize these communities,” he said.

 

“We can’t survive as a nation if we don’t honor our rural communities.

 

They’re the source of our values, our virtues, our character, our economy, our food, and you are bringing that back,” he told Trump. “You are bringing those communities back.”

 

Kennedy also detailed thatthe United States is deep into Most Favored Nation (MFN) status negotiations with 14 different drug companiesas he and Trump look to lower prices for American consumers.

 

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick has worked with Kennedy in the administration’s effort to bring down costs, and Lutnick stated that the MFN, in conjunction with the 232 pharmaceutical tariffs, will “really give Bobby the tools to go execute” the president’s plan.

 

Trump told Kennedy thatsecuring MFN drug prices is the “most important thing that can be done.”

 

“We’re not talking about a 25% cut…we’re talking about a 1,500% cut,”Trump said.

Maryam Abu Daqqa was my friend. She was a photojournalist, and a mother. On Monday, she was killed by the Israeli army in a “double tap” attack on Nasser Hospital, along with four other journalists. She was 32 years old.

 

I first met Maryam in 2015 during a photography course at the Italian center in Gaza City, where she was one of the trainees. I was drawn to her energy. I remember thinking how quickly she spoke, as if she had more ideas than time to express them.

 

She came from Abasan, east of Khan Younis, an agricultural town famous for its fruits and vegetables, and its delicious cuisine. Whenever I reported on farming there, I knew I could turn to her. She was always ready to help, and her photos of the village and its people never failed to inspire me.

 

At first, I didn’t know that Maryam was a mother. One day before the war, while I was working in Abasan, I heard a boy call out to her: “Mom.” I was surprised. She laughed and introduced me to her son. “This is Ghaith,” she said proudly. “He is my man, and he will protect me when he grows up.” She told me all of her work was for him.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is seeking to dismiss a $100 million lawsuit filed by the Proud Boys over the political persecution they suffered in the wake of the January 6th protests.

 

In a court submission on Monday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed, stating that “the malicious prosecution claim lacks merit; and the United States is not liable for punitive damages.”

 

The filing undercuts the argument long supported by the Trump administration that those who were imprisoned following the January 6th attacks were the victims of political persecution.

 

The suit was filed in June by Enrique Tarrio, the former Proud Boys leader, along with Joseph Biggs, Ethan Nordean, Zachary Rehl, and Dominic Pezzola.

 

Their lawsuit argues that their prosecutions were “an egregious and systemic abuse of the legal system and the United States Constitution to punish and oppress political allies of President Trump, by any and all means necessary, legal, or illegal.”

 

Despite President Trump’s decision to offer an unconditional pardon to all involved, it appears that Pam Bondi and the Justice Department do not agree that they were victims of the Biden regime.

 

The Gateway Pundit was one of a few media outlets that led the way in reporting on the extensive abuse and even torture of January 6th protesters and their families, which was carried out in a systematic campaign of political persecution by Joe Biden and his Democratic allies in the Department of Justice.

 

Of course, this ruling comes as a shock to those who followed the Proud Boys “trial of the century” coverage at The Gateway Pundit.

 

The US Government set up the Proud Boys with bogus charges, used a witness who lied numerous times under oath to save his skin, and the feds even planted evidence in the Proud Boys’ social media hangout!

 

“It defies ‘judicial experience and common sense’ to believe that Plaintiffs cannot make more specific allegations at this stage about what evidence was false, fabricated, or wrongfully withheld as part of their prosecution,” they wrote.

 

The DOJ also emphasized that a federal court had already reviewed the charges at detention hearings and determined that the “weight of the evidence is strong.”

 

Prosecutors pointed to “incontrovertible photo evidence of Nordean, Biggs, and Rehl inside the Capitol building,” material used “to support their arrests and detentions.”

 

“And while Tarrio was not at the Capitol on that day and the district court found there was no ‘smoking gun,’ the court considered Tarrio’s contrary arguments and still found the evidence of his involvement in a seditious conspiracy to be ‘very strong.’”

 

It will now be up to a federal judge to determine whether the lawsuit can move forward.

In 1970, biggest epidemiological study in history was done in Wisconsin. They looked at 900,000 children. They were looking for autism, what it looked like. And they were very, very precise about it and found an incident rate of 0.7. In other words, less than 1 for every 10 thousand children. Today, our most recent numbers are one in every 31 kids. It's probably actually much worse than that because California, which has the best collection system, is reporting one out of 19 American children as autism. One in 12.5 boys. So it's gone, from less than one in 10,000 in 1970 to one in 12.5 boys.

Think of those numbers. So there has to be something artificially causing this, meaning a drug or something. And I know you're looking very strongly at different things, but I hope that you can come out with that as soon as possible.

A crime boss involved in Victoria’s tobacco war is suspected of conspiring with Iranian spies to carry out the firebombing of a synagogue, leading to Australia to sever diplomatic ties with the Islamic regime.

 

On Tuesday, Anthony Albanese said ASIO had discovered that Iran was behind two 'extraordinary and dangerous acts of aggression' on Australian soil: the Adass Israel Synagogue firebombing in Melbourne on December 6 last year, and the Lewis Continental Kitchen arson in Sydney's Bondi Beach two months earlier.

 

'ASIO assesses it's likely Iran directed further attacks as well. These were extraordinary and dangerous acts of aggression orchestrated by a foreign nation on Australian soil,' the Prime Minister told reporters.

 

Albanese revealed that Iran's ambassador, Ahmad Sadeghi, had been expelled, while operations at Australia's embassy in Tehran had been suspended.

 

The government has also listed Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organisation.

 

Now it has emerged that authorities suspect illicit tobacco boss Kazem ‘Kaz’ Hamad was behind the synagogue firebombing in a big to curry favour with the Iranian regime, according to Nine Newspapers.

 

Hamad, who was deported to Iraq in 2023 after serving an eight year sentence for drug trafficking.

 

From his foreign base he is suspected of profiting from the illegal tobacco trade in Victoria by allegedly ordering dozens of firebombings and some gangland hits.

 

The AFR reported that ASIO agents identified Hamad as a suspect in several anti-Semitic firebombings after the same stolen blue Volkswagen Golf was used in an arson attack and a shooting, both linked to the illegal tobacco trade.

 

It remains unclear how ASIO were able to determine that Hamad was acting on the orders of the IRGC.

 

'ASIO is still investigating possible Iranian involvement in a number of other attacks, but I want to stress we do not believe the regime is responsible for every act of antisemitism in Australia,' ASIO Director-General Mike Burgess said on Tuesday.

 

'It goes without saying that Iran’s actions are unacceptable. They put lives at risk, they terrified the community, and they tore at our social fabric.

 

'Iran and its proxies literally and figuratively lit the matches and fanned the flames.'

 

Burgess explained that there isn't a direct line between IRGC and those accused of carrying out the anti-Semitic attacks on Australian soil.

 

Instead, it operates like a 'layer cake' of intermediaries and cut-outs.

 

'In between them, they tap into a number of people, agents of IRGC, and people that they know in the criminal world, and work through there, so it's a series of chains,' Burgess added.

 

'They're just using cut-outs, including people who are criminal and members of organised crime gangs to do their bidding or direct their bidding.'

 

The IRGC answers directly to the Supreme Leader and operates as both a military and political force.

They manipulate procedures meant to ensure fairness and justice, twisting them into tools of delay, obfuscation, and protection for the guilty. I choose the first path, but choosing it is not enough. Action is required. Accountability must be demanded. Every corrupt actor must be exposed. Every abuse of power must be met with consequence. Every decayed institution must be torn down to its foundations and rebuilt upon truth and transparency.

 

Without accountability, every campaign promise, every policy debate, every speech about “reform” is meaningless. They are hollow gestures draped over a broken system. Until the cancer is cut out, the Republic cannot heal.

 

This is not a call for vengeance. It is a call for survival. The American people already see what is happening. They know the system is failing. The question is not whether corruption exists but whether leaders will find the courage to confront it or shrink back and allow history to record them as cowards.

 

This is the moment of decision. Either the rot is exposed and ripped out by deliberate effort, or the decay consumes what is left of our Constitutional Republic.

Vanity Fair employees have reportedly threatened to walk out in protest if First Lady Melania Trump is chosen to be featured on the magazine’s cover.

 

According to a report by the Daily Mail, multiple staffers, who wished to remain anonymous, said that if the magazine’s global editorial director, Mark Guiducci, pushed through with his suggested plan to put the GOP first lady on the cover, the fashion magazine’s employees would face a meltdown.

 

Some even suggested that the company would face a significant upheaval. (like what SALES??}

 

“I will walk out the motherf—– door, and half my staff will follow me,” one editor told the outlet.

Semafor first reported that Guiducci was reportedly considering putting Melania on the cover.

 

The stunning first lady was notably left off the cover of Vanity Fair and Condé Nast’s Vogue during her husband’s first term presidency, despite the magazines historically spotlighting incoming first ladies, such as Michelle Obama, Jill Biden, and Hillary Clinton.

 

Former First Lady Michelle Obama was featured on the cover of Vogue three separate times during President Barack Obama’s two terms in office, and Jill Biden landed two Vogue covers during President Joe Biden’s term.

 

However, Melania did appear on the cover of Vanity Fair Mexico in 2017, and she was previously featured in Vogue in 2005, shortly after marrying now-President Donald Trump. At the time, Trump was best known as a wealthy New York real estate developer and a household name as the star of NBC’s hit reality show “The Apprentice.”

 

Another Vanity Fair staffer told the Daily Mail that their objection was wholly political.

“We are not going to normalize this despot and his wife; we’re just not going to do it. We’re going to stand for what’s right.” A despot is a ruler with absolute power and authority.

 

The staffer emphasized that they would even go as far as to risk their career over the decision, and predicted that many in the writer’s room would do the same.

“If I have to work bagging groceries at Trader Joe’s, I’ll do it. If [Guiducci] puts Melania on the cover, half of the editorial staff will walk out, I guarantee it,” the editor asserted.

However, not everyone agreed with the idea of a walkout. Another employee told the Daily Mail that the work chatter and backlash would be short-lived — suggesting that the other staffers were just being dramatic.

“It’s all talk. If they put her on the cover, people will protest and gripe about it, but I don’t see anyone quitting such a prestigious job over that,” the staffer said.

 

“Honestly, there will be people who push back, but it’s ultimately Mark’s decision. He’s the one who will sink or swim over that choice, not the rest of us,” they added.

For an administration under fire—from the Epstein cover-up to tanking approval ratings and mounting constitutional crises—flag burning serves as symbolic outrage staged as political cover, a culture-war diversion to distract from more serious abuses of power.

 

Consider the timing: on the very same day Trump announced penalties for flag burning, he also signed an executive order establishing “specialized” National Guard units to patrol American cities under the guise of addressing crime.

 

This is the real bait-and-switch: cloak military policing in patriotic theater and hope no one notices the deeper constitutional violations taking root.

 

In other words, Trump’s flag fight is a decoy.

No. Scotus does not grant a right and can not take a right away, we the people reserve and retain our rights, even those not enumerated in the constitution (9th amendment).

 

It was recognized as a right to burn a flag under freedom of expression, because burning a flag for political expression is exactly that, freedom of expression. Speech is NOT just verbal, or symbolism is also speech.

 

What IS happening is Trump is doing what cops do every single day, trying to find a loophole around rights and charge them under something else, like cops do when they charge someone who flipped them off with improper signal or disorderly conduct, only Trump is doing it to shine a light on it.
