Courtney Love, Frances Bean Cobain, Send Cease-and-Desist to Journalists Covering Cobain’s 1994 Death

 

Nearly 30 years ago, popular rock musician Kurt Cobain was found dead in his Seattle home on April 8, 1994. Cobain was the lead singer of “Nirvana,” a band that was enormously popular in the early 1990’s with hits like “Smells like Teen Spirit” and “Drain You,” from their 1991 album, “Nevermind.” Questions at the time about Cobain’s suicide, and various conspiracy theories about his death, have persisted ever since.

 

Inconsistencies related to the death and investigation include:

 

Cobain’s death was ruled a suicide the day Kurt’s body was found, with zero toxicology results, zero fingerprint results, and not one person was interrogated.

The coroner, whom had practically no experience, tried to hide the fact that Kurt’s shotgun blast allegedly occurred post-mortem.

1.52 mg/l of heroin was found in Cobain’s system, which is approximately 5 times the lethal dose for a habitual heroin user.

Zero identifiable fingerprints were found on the shotgun barrel, the stock or the trigger. Zero identifiable fingerprints were found on the gun case and red pen.

Two witnesses see Kurt’s body deceased, in the greenhouse, on April 3rd, two days before the coroner’s estimate, and

5 days before Kurt’s body was eventually found.

Zero interviews and interrogations were performed by Seattle Police, even though 9 people were confirmed to have been with Kurt at the house just hours before his death.

Multiple handwriting experts opined that Kurt Cobain did not write the last four lines of the ‘suicide letter’, and only those four lines say or hint at anything considered to be ‘suicidal’ in nature.

Separate receipts for the gun and shells appear to have been placed on his person and next to him.

One witness from the house was repeatedly threatened by the killers years after the event.

Some believe that there were two or three murderers, who were witnessed by at least two people who were at the home the night Cobain died and witnessed the murder in the act.

New York: A posthumous and “unsparing” memoir by one of Jeffrey Epstein’s most prominent accusers, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, will be published on October 21, publishing house Alfred A. Knopf announced on Sunday (Monday AEST).

 

Giuffre, who died by suicide in April aged 41, had been working on Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice with American author-journalist Amy Wallace. She had completed the manuscript for the 400-page book, according to the publisher.

 

The publisher’s statement includes an email from Giuffre to Wallace a few weeks before her death, saying that it was her “heartfelt wish” the memoir be released “regardless” of her circumstances.

 

“The content of this book is crucial, as it aims to shed light on the systemic failures that allow the trafficking of vulnerable individuals across borders,” the email reads.

 

“It is imperative that the truth is understood and that the issues surrounding this topic are addressed, both for the sake of justice and awareness.”

 

Giuffre had been hospitalised following a serious accident on March 24, Knopf said, and sent the email on April 1. She died on April 25 in Western Australia.

 

“In the event of my passing, I would like to ensure that NOBODY’S GIRL is still released. I believe it has the potential to impact many lives and foster necessary discussions about these grave injustices,” she wrote to Wallace.

 

In 2023, the New York Post had reported that Giuffre had reached a deal “believed to be worth millions” with an undisclosed publisher. Knopf spokesperson Todd Doughty said she initially agreed to a seven-figure contract with Penguin Press, but moved with acquiring editor Emily Cunningham after Knopf hired Cunningham as executive editor last year.

 

Giuffre had often stated that, in the early 2000s, when she was a teenager, she was caught up in Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring and exploited by Britain’s Prince Andrew and other influential men. Epstein was found dead in a New York City jail cell in 2019 in what investigators described as a suicide. His former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted in late 2021 on sex-trafficking and other charges.

 

Andrew had denied Giuffre’s allegations. In 2022, Giuffre and Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement after she had sued him for sexual assault. A representative for Andrew did not immediately return a request for comment.

Nobody’s Girl is distinct from Giuffre’s unpublished memoir, The Billionaire’s Playboy Club, referenced in previous court filings and initially unsealed in 2019. Through Doughty, Wallace says she began working with Giuffre on a new memoir in 2021.

 

Giuffre’s name has continued to appear in headlines, even after her death. In July, United States President Donald Trump said that Epstein had “stolen” Giuffre from Mar-a-Lago, his private club in Florida where she once worked. She had alleged being approached by Maxwell and hired as a masseuse for Epstein. Maxwell has denied Giuffre’s allegations.

 

Doughty declined to provide details about the Epstein associates featured in Nobody’s Girl, but confirmed that Giuffre made “no allegations of abuse against Trump,” who continues to face questions about Epstein, the disgraced financier and his former friend.

 

Knopf’s statement says the book contains “intimate, disturbing and heartbreaking new details about her time with Epstein, Maxwell and their many well-known friends, including Prince Andrew, about whom she speaks publicly for the first time since their out-of-court settlement in 2022.” In a statement, Knopf publisher and editor-in-chief Jordan Pavlin called Nobody’s Girl a “raw and shocking” journey and “the story of a fierce spirit struggling to break free”.

 

Giuffre’s time with Epstein is well documented, although her accounts have been challenged. She had acknowledged getting details wrong, errors she attributed to trying to recall events from years ago. In 2022, she dropped allegations against Alan Dershowitz, saying in a statement at the time that she may “have made a mistake in identifying” the famed attorney as an abuser.

 

“Nobody’s Girl was both vigorously fact-checked and legally vetted,” a Knopf statement reads.

 

Wallace, Giuffre’s co-author on her memoir, is an award-winning magazine and newspaper reporter whose work has appeared in The New York Times and the Los Angeles Times, among other publications. She has also collaborated on two previous books, Pixar co-founder Ed Catmull’s Creativity, Inc. and former General Electric CEO Jeff Immelt’s Hot Seat.

A police officer has been shot amid reports two others are missing after a shooting at a rural property in Porepunkah, about 300 kilometres north-east of Melbourne.

Manly P. Hall Murder

Manly P. Hall, the renowned occult scholar and founder of the Philosophical Research Society, died on August 29, 1990, at the age of 89.

His death has been the subject of persistent speculation and allegations of murder, primarily from his widow, Marie Bauer Hall, and others close to him.

Marie Hall believes her husband was murdered during a vacation trip in August 1990 by three individuals: Daniel Fritz, his son David, and Mogins Brandt.

She alleges that Fritz, who was her husband's assistant and caretaker, had gained significant influence over Hall in his final years, including power-of-attorney, and that the men planned the trip to manipulate Hall into signing a new will.

 

The circumstances surrounding Hall's death were highly suspicious. According to Marie Hall, when she and their daughter Jo Ann returned to their home in Los Angeles around 10 A.M., Hall's body was already on a stretcher in the living room, and two attendants from Forest Lawn were waiting to take it away.

She claims Fritz and Brandt had ordered the cremation without consulting her and that professional carpet cleaners were operating in Hall's bedroom and hallway while his body remained in the house.

The autopsy reportedly revealed several bruises, smudges of soil, and evidence of trauma, leading some to believe the death was not natural.

Marie Hall also stated she heard heavy breathing and it suddenly stopped, which she believes was the moment her husband died.

 

The Los Angeles Police Department's homicide detectives have stated that the case remains open, and Marie Hall has consistently maintained her belief that her husband was murdered.

Although a Superior Court judge, Harvey A. Schneider, ruled in 1993 that Daniel Fritz had exerted undue influence over Hall and invalidated the will that transferred Hall's estate to Fritz, no criminal charges were ever filed against Fritz or the others involved.

The investigation into the death did not result in any convictions, and the case was eventually closed after Fritz's death in 2001 and the passing of his son David in 2003.

The legal battle over Hall's estate, which included his 18,000-book library and other artifacts, was costly and contentious, ultimately resulting in a settlement in 1994.

Manly P. Hall died on August 29, 1990, and the initial coroner's report attributed his death to heart disease.

However, the circumstances surrounding his death were highly suspicious, leading to further investigation. An autopsy reportedly revealed bruises, smudges of soil, and evidence of trauma on his body, prompting some to believe his death was not natural.

Julie Kelly: How the President Can Circumvent GOP Gamesmanship on Appointments

 

There are about 2.5 million civilian employees in the executive branch of the federal government. The American people have the opportunity to vote for only one officer of that branch—the president of the United States—who, together with his selected vice president, serve as the head and the embodiment of the principle of consent of the governed in the executive branch. To ensure that executive branch employees work in tandem with the agenda of the president elected by “We the people,” there are about 1300 officers who are appointed by the president after the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate.

 

Some of these officers are members of part-time boards and commissions, or ambassadors to a variety of small countries around the world. These employees don’t really have a role in supervising the numerous executive departments and agencies. What remains are about 800 positions that the president can fill with the Senate’s consent, to oversee the vast bureaucracy. And of those remaining 800, about 177 are in “term” positions or carryovers from the prior administration for which President Trump has not made a replacement nomination.

 

But he has nominated 371 people thus far, according to the tracker compiled by The Partnership for Public Service and the Washington Post. Of those, the Senate has confirmed only 126. More than half a year into President Trump’s term, these 126 are expected to oversee a bureaucracy of some 2.5 million. To put that in context, President Obama had nearly 300 of his nominees confirmed by this time in his first year in office.

 

Languishing in the Senate are 241 nominees, including nominees to such national security positions as the inspector general of the CIA, the director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, the inspector general of the Intelligence Community, the general counsel of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the undersecretary for intelligence and analysis at the Department of Homeland Security, the undersecretary for nuclear security at the Department of Energy.

 

Given the explosive recent revelations and criminal referrals by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard about how Obama and Biden administration officials manipulated intelligence assessments to create a phony narrative meant to undermine President Trump’s first administration, these positions should be extremely high priority. So should top positions at the Department of Justice, where the criminal referrals were sent, but even there, key roles such as the associate attorney general (the third highest position in the department) and the assistant attorney general for the criminal division, remain languishing in the Senate.

 

One suspects that President Trump is growing increasingly (and rightfully) frustrated by the inability of the U.S. Senate to act on his nominees for these and many other crucial positions in the Executive branch—particularly since the Senate is ostensibly under majority control of the president’s own party. Yet the Senate, under the leadership of the Senate Majority Leader, Republican John Thune, adjourned on Saturday night, August 2, without acting on the hundreds of pending nominations. A single U.S. Senator will now participate in a charade, convening at 1:00 p.m. every third day for a brief moment in a pro forma session in order to not be formally in “recess.” Why? Because under Article II, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution, the president has the power to appoint people to vacancies when the Senate is in recess for more than 10 days.

 

Preventing the president from exercising his recess appointment power may make some sense when the Senate is controlled by the opposition party, but when, as now, it is controlled by the president’s own party, whose ability to confirm his nominees has been obstructed by delay tactics of the opposition minority party, the pro forma sessions only serve to reward those trying hamper the president’s ability to get people in place to help him with the agenda he was elected to pursue.

 

The House of Representatives began a similar set of every-third-day “pro forma sessions” a week earlier, reportedly to avoid a roll call vote on a call to release the Jeffrey Epstein files. That makes little sense, however, because the possibility of such a vote will still be there when the House returns from its August recess in September.

 

So why is the House also in pro forma sessions every third day? Because Article I, Section 5, Clause 4 of the Constitution provides that “Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days.” So the failure to go into recess and allow President Trump to make recess appointments is back on Majority Leader Thune, and he seems adamant about not taking a real August recess that would allow the president to exercise his recess appointment power.

 

There is, however, a constitutional way around this logjam, though the authority has never been utilized. Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution gives the president the authority to “adjourn” the two houses of Congress “to such time as he shall think proper” “in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment.” House Speaker Mike Johnson has it fully within his authority to reconvene the House in a regular session instead of a pro forma session, hold a vote to adjourn for the entire August recess, and request the Senate’s consent to the adjournment. If the Senate refuses to consent, the president’s power to adjourn the Congress until whatever day he thinks proper—the date both Houses have already determined to end the “pro forma session” charade and return to full duty in early September would be a good one—would be triggered, as would his recess appointment power.

 

Speaker Johnson, the country is waiting for you to act so that President Trump can get his nominees in place and move forward implementing the agenda for which “We the People” voted.

I’ve had my instruments posted towards ATLAS faience I first heard of it. I can’t get a continual data stream, but every 24 hours, I get a small chunk of data every time my gear is pointed towards the object.

 

I didn’t want to blow any alarms early, but I now believe I need to and since this board is the only one I know that can be the most good, I might as well share it here. So, here it goes.

 

The ATLAS object isn’t a comet. It’s giving natural readings, but energy signatures that are not matching. Basically, it LOOKS like a rock, but ACTS like a battery, or an active capacitor. It’s “humming” with a resonance that isn’t natural.

 

I’ve looked over the public data, for which there is very little of despite the public interest. Two things are jumping out at me, trajectory and rate of travel. Its rate of travel is strange to say the least…it isn’t behaving like a comet through open space and it surely isn’t accelerating like one. In fact, it’s altering its exact speed, which is never a thing. Second, the trajectory is baffling. It is making precision decisions that are allowing it to pass by planets in our system, and has shown to have done course corrections WEEKS ago to achieve this level of navigation.

 

Suffice it to say, it is being actively controlled. While I can’t say there’s aliens on it, I can say without a doubt that it was made by them. It isn’t a random rock hurling through space, that is certain. In fact, the ‘glow’ it is showing on its bow is actually causing serious instrument failure as if trying to read it is being hampered by it. This happens similarly to when nuclear energy is read.

 

It may not be Ayyys, but it surely was made by them.

Stone of Scone

The Stone of Scone, also known as the Stone of Destiny, is a symbol of Scotland's monarchy with a long and complex history. It is a sandstone block of the Scone Sandstone Formation, geologically dated to the Early Devonian period, approximately 400 million years old, and likely quarried near Scone, close to Scone Palace in Perth.

The stone was taken by Edward I of England from Scone Abbey in 1296 and incorporated into the Coronation Chair at Westminster Abbey, where every subsequent English and later British monarch has been crowned upon it.

 

The Stone of Scone was returned to Scotland on St Andrews Day, 30 November 1996, following an announcement by Prime Minister John Major in July of that year.

In 1998, two years after its return, the British Geological Survey conducted a technical examination inside Edinburgh Castle’s Crown Room, confirming the stone’s geological origin as matching the Scone Sandstone Formation.

More recently, advanced digital scanning and scientific analysis by Historic Environment Scotland (HES) have revealed new details, including previously unrecorded markings resembling Roman numerals on its surface. A high-resolution 3D model has been created, allowing for detailed study and aiding in preparations for its use in coronations, such as that of King Charles III.

 

Scientific analysis has also uncovered traces of copper alloy on the stone’s top surface, suggesting contact with a bronze or brass object in its past, as well as microscopic remnants of gypsum plaster, possibly from a historical plaster cast. Additionally, conservation work after its 1996 return uncovered a hidden lead tube containing a paper offcut from an authentication document, inserted in the 1970s as a means of verifying authenticity if the stone were ever stolen.

 

The stone has endured several incidents, including damage during a 1914 suffragette bombing of the Coronation Chair, which may have contributed to a crack later noticed when the stone fell during a 1950 theft attempt by Scottish students.

That theft and subsequent repair in Glasgow before its return to authorities in 1951 remain notable episodes in its modern history.

I had a friend that I had known since 15. He always had bad socialist tendencies that went into overdrive when Trump was elected in 2016.

I no longer associate with him, since his TDS led to him trying to poison me. The cops do know, but there is not enough evidence to lay any charges. The local Masonic Clowns are also involved. Apparently I am know to the police as a T.I. Targeted Individual.
