Join a food co-op run by local farmers.

Go In With friends on a 1/2 or 1/4 beef

Look fit a local butcher- someone is processing hunter’s elks and deer

Stop going to the grocery gulags that bought up the local grocers, and forced you to walk one way down their aisles during Covid, and faked shortages so they could gouge prices.

Grocery stores that have pharmacies that give you free vaccines- catch up. Figure it out along with everyone else to break the hold they have on us. Put a tomato plant in a pot on your patio. Rice and beans make a complete protein.

Find your freedom.
