The above were yesterday's notables that I did research on because President Trump said they had a court hearing on tariffs, stating that if these liberals judges rule against the current tariffs that we might have to payback up to $17 trillion dollars that we have collected. Does anyone have any feedback on what happened today in court? Did we use these precedent rulings which authorizes the POTUS to make such calls as the "sole organizer" for making contracts with foreign entities?
